I took my wife there for the first time. This was my 2nd. Time. We enjoyed the hamburgers. She loved hers. We both liked the onion rings. We got the frozen custard of vanilla, heath, and caramel. That was ok but reminded me dairy queen. I will try a different flavor next time. They give military discount. We will go back.

I had happily eaten at this Culver several times before with great satisfaction. However, after the movie Saturday evening, when we stopped into Culver's, I found it to be mostly disappointing. I ordered a Butterburger and plainly stated, "no cheese," but I got cheese. I had ordered caramelized onions, and it's obvious those had been cooked earlier in the day or some other time, refrigerated, and a little teaspoon of them was dumped right in the middle of my hamburger bun. Once I found them, I discovered they were only room temperature at best, and my single Burger must have been on the grill too long as the edges were all burnt. My mashed potatoes were a solid lump in the middle of the bowl. Thankfully, the gravy was hot enough to make the top & edges of the lump to be warmer and "soupier." Hubby was more than satisfied with his burgers and the chili. Fortunately, my strawberry sundae was very good even though one of the strawberries was iced. My husband's chocolate custard was also great. The women's restroom could've used some attention, but it wasn't disgusting. I realize I set the bar very high for Culver's, because in the past, they had always been excellent, so I was disappointed at things I might not have noticed at some other restaurant. The servers all seem to be very exhausted and/or new on the job. Actually, they just look tired to me. The exceptions were those who were cleaning in the eating area, and they immediately attacked any seating area that was vacated, and I'm quite sure not a crumb or even a germ managed to escape them. They were almost running from spot to spot and doing an outstanding job. After the next movie, perhaps we'll try them again or find the closest Freddy's.

This is my favorite for now. Culver's, I absolutely loved each and every bite! We went for lunch and were surprised that they are so affordable, fresh, and absolutely delicious! You have gained a customer for life!

We ordered way early in the day for pick up at 9:15pm, even though we arrived at 9:45 our food was correct still very hot and fresh and nothing was missing. The girl who brought our food to us was still professional but could tell was very tired! Thankyou for giving us good warm food and great service even for arriving 15 minutes before close after a long shift!

We haven't had Culver's in a while. My family and I went to Culver's to eat lunch before we went to see Spider-Man. There was not a line but did wait a minute or two to order. Which was fine the menu is a lot to take in. My guys ordered combo meals, BBQ pub burgers and a spicy chicken sandwich combo. I ordered a kids meal, it's pricey for a kids meal but it includes, burger, fries, scoop of ice cream and drink. Service was ok, we had a new team member who needed to ask questions. That's fine since everyone has been the new person. The wait for our food was longer than expected but it allowed us time to visit. The food was just ok. Burgers were not as I remembered, and the buns were not fresh I think that's why we liked them in the past. Today was just an off day for this restaurant, that's why I rated them at 4. Service people are struggling right now, so I really try to show some grace.

I really like eating at Culver's Restaurant. Their Culver's Deluxe with fries and a drink is delicious, and I can't get enough of their turtle sundae. The customer service is always great, and it's in a good location with tasty food.

Culver's is an American chain burger/dessert/food establishment in the same vein as a Dairy Queen. This particular location is just off Preston Highway near/in the hillview portion of the city of Lousiville. The outside has a very nice patio and yeh inside is larger than expected and pretty clean. When this location first opened ten plus years ago or so I made a visit and I honestly can't remember my experience there So yesterday on a Thursday around noon I made a return trip with my wife and a couple of friends around noon. The place was packed to the brim. I personally got a bacon cheeseburger with cheese curds and a Andes mint concrete mixer (there blizzard). My wife got a peanut butter chocolate shake. The burger for me was lacking. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't anything to bring me back. The cheese curds I did enjoy. They were pretty filling and not very greasy with a good cheese flavor. The Andes mint mixer was great. It was nice And unique to see the pairing with that National chocolate mint brand. Pricing was about on par for places that aren't quite "fast food" but not quite fine dining. So no complaints there. I had slight service issues in that when they gave me my table number to sat at my table that they took away after giving me my ice cream and not my food. So I had to track my food down. Overall it was a solid experience. I may come back for some deserts and curds and to try something different. Maybe I won't wait ten years this next time.

Really good experience we had at Culver's. This was my first trip to this establishment and I must say their burgers are very tasty and priced well. I recommend it very much

We had a couple cocktails in here and the service was excellent even though it appeared they were filled to capacity. There were 4 of us in our party and we were seated at a table in the corner near the bar. Was definitely a cozy spot with so many people being in there and the bar being full. I had The Holy Ghost cocktail and it was a pomegranate hibiscus sour, it had just the right amount of sour! I do not like bitter drinks and this one was good and easy to drink. My husband had a couple of dark beers, I do not remember which ones but he liked them. They had a nice outdoor area but it was a bit too cool for that but it may be worth a return in the Spring to check it out. Bathroom was also really cool as the decor and theme spilled over into it. We will be back.

We were told to come back at 7:00 PM, so we did. When we returned, we were seated, but then told it would be another hour before our order could even be taken and our food brought out. That part was really frustrating--if we had known that upfront when we first put our name down, we could have planned differently. As for the food, it was decent. The burger itself was delicious and definitely the highlight. The fries were very oily but crispy--I personally liked them since I prefer well-done fries, but my daughter wasn't a fan. The layout of the place was also a bit confusing--it took a while to even find the restroom since it was tucked away in another area. Service-wise, I also had to ask for a refill--and only got one--which was disappointing, especially with such a big burger. Overall, spending close to three hours from arrival to finishing our meal just didn't feel worth it, especially with the lack of communication about wait times and limited service. Not a terrible spot food-wise, but the experience could definitely be improved.

There are also picnic tables out front. You get a faint whiff of the grill/smoker upon entering. Kylie was our bartender and she was fabulous - knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions with patience. Wife ordered a mango margarita and doesn't like a lot of tequila, so Kylie went half and gave her a shot on the side in case she wanted to add more. It was wonderful. I had a couple of beers. We started with the fried mushrooms, which aren't what you would expect. It's two large portobellos cut into chunks, battered, fried, and served with sun-dried tomato mayo. They were great. I then ordered a duck taco, brisket taco, and a side of Grippo Fries with smoked mayo. I'd never tried duck but that taco was smack-a-lackin'. The brisket taco was also good, and the fries were fantastic - sweet and spicy, fresh cut, and crispy. Wife ordered a pork belly slider and truffle fries. She enjoyed the slider but didn't care for the fries - just not her thing. The portions here are large. A side of fries will feed three people. We took a hefty portion of them home, as well as some of the mushrooms. We could've sat there at the bar and spent 3 hours socializing and enjoying a smattering of cocktails - love the setting. Look forward to going back and trying one of the burgers at some point.

This place is quaint, nice location (on a corner ) decent seating, not a big outdoor dining area, the bar is long and has the memories of the old day saloon. Now the food; terribly good! Menu isn't extensive but good items and variety that will satisfy anyone's appetite. It was Father's Day but as soon as it opened they were quickly filled with patrons and people kept coming; even waiting to get in. The fries in duck fat were awesome. Since so many baskets of fries like this for a long time. The smoked wings are great, meaty and savory. I had the pork belly tacos; my only disappointment was you only get 2 per order. The fine combination of ingredients were splendid and the pork belly so tender. My wife had the bbq pork sandwich on pretzel bun. Very good tasting and this was with no bbq sauce on it. If you're in the area, do yourself a a favor and stop in. I can't wait to go back ( as we live in southern Indiana) so might be a bit but definitely want to try a few other items.
