Before the pandemic, I would eat at this location regularly. However, the franchise owner is destroying the Culver's brand and reputation with her mismanagement. We were dismayed that all of the "Mask required" and "One party in the restroom" signs were pulled down. Customers were invited in without masks. There were no barriers to protect the employees' health. No tables were blocked for social distancing. The bathroom was not being maintained. Ms. Rose (who puts her name on the door as a 'proud' owner) is treating her restaurant as if we aren't in a worldwide pandemic and it is horrible. I feel bad for the employees. Instead, it's worth the drive to find a better location, like the one on Southern and Rural which has better outdoor dining, and is taking COVID-19 precautions seriously. read more

I have never been to a Culver's that is not worthy of (at least) a 4-star, but this location is not nearly as good as the Chandler location. The food is still tasty but the service mediocre. At the other location (and at locations in the Midwest where Culver's originated), they are thorough with asking what you do/don't want on your burgers and go around asking if they can get you anything, taking your trays, etc. they often will grab a highchair for me as well if they see my hands full. While our kids meal and burgers were great, we were missing toppings and not offered any assistance, which is slightly disappointing. Still a tasty meal and friendly service, just don't expect them to go above and beyond. Butter burger deluxe, crinkle fries, custard, cheese curds, buffalo chicken strips(the regular have a breading that is not as good) , salads and grilled cheese for kiddos are great at all locations and food always comes out fresh! read more

Culvers has Walleye! I tried this fish in Minnesota and loved it. Don't find it towards the west coast. The Walleye fish and chips was amazing. Don't even need the chips! Casual atmosphere, order at the counter and they bring it to you. Burgers are fresh and hot. Order the cheese curds, it is an extra $1 with your basket, but they are like mini cheese sticks! The custard (ice cream!) is smooth and made on site. Great as shakes too. read more

Only selected 1 start because there is not a 0 star available. We have gone to this restaurant dozens of times over the years, and had excellent (5 star) service. However last night I was craving a good fish sandwich and had my wife stop and get us dinner. When she got home I bit into the sandwich to find a nice piece of plastic wrap (See picture). Also several bites felt like they had bone in the meat (to disgusting). So disappointed! As a result I threw the entire thing away. And our family will NEVER visit this place again. 3:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday and went through the drive-thru at Culver's, ordered five items. Two sandwiches, cheese curds, french fries and one drink. we received a bag and we're told to have a nice day, we pull forward approximately 10 ft and I realize there are no cheese curds nor french fries in the bag. The slip that has the order on it is attached to the outside of the bag and clearly states five items should be in the bag. We drove around to the front entrance and realized that the entrance is locked due to the pandemic. So I called the store and kindly asked them to bring out our french fries and cheese curds. my husband enjoyed his cod sandwich and cheese curds. My patty melt was sloppily put together all the fried onions were in the middle of the sandwich and the burgers thrown between two pieces of toasted bread. Super greasy and not much flavor. The french fries were crisp, well salted and delicious. Hope they can get their service issues together and take your time when preparing people's orders especially when you are not very busy. There is no dining room to deal with so I'm not understanding how a bag of food could not be put together correctly or neatly.. I don't know if I would recommend this location. read more

Update - First trip was a fluke, bad sandwich. I would say steer clear of the patty melt. We have eaten here a few times since and it has been stellar. The custard is out of this world, the kids meals come with a free custard which is a nice touch. I still like the burgers at In N Out better, but I have definitely eaten here quite a bit more than I have there in the past couple of months so that may change. read more

This location is so hit or miss, and usually a miss. After waiting 5 minutes, in the drive thru for the car in front of me to finally get to order, the burgers are dry and pretty tasteless. The saving grace tonight was the cheese curds. Who doesn't love tasty little fried chunks of cheesy heaven. I went here tonight with my mom. There was a long line; which is understandable because of COVID-19. I'm no tv upset about that, but upset with the service we received. I ordered our food and 2 concrete mixers. They didn't give us them at the window. When we parked to wait they came out with our food and no mixers. I asked where they were and a lady came out saying only 1 had been rang up when the guy taking the order repeated 2 back to me before I went to the window. It was infuriating because she came back with one that I had to pay for again and assumed that I already had the one I paid for. She didn't seem to care and had an attitude. Finally she came back with the other mixer and a coupon for next time. Seriously???? A coupon???? My food was cold and the first mixer was melted before I got home. Uggghhh. Three times in a row (different trips/occasions) this location has gotten my drive thru order incorrect and by incorrect I mean I didn't get everything I paid for. When you go inside it's a bunch of kids who don't care or have the slightest clue what is going on. Last night I went inside and showed my receipt and they looked at me like I was wasting their time. One of the women at the register rolled her eyes when I said it was the third time this has happened. I asked to speak with the manager and some blonde headed kid that looked 17 years old with a pony tail came to the counter. I told him what happened and he didn't care. He just said, thanks for letting them know. He proceeded to turn around and yell my order at kids in the back. I said I added bacon and jalapeño to my order and he didn't bother to include it and that was right in front of me. I came back inside AGAIN and they acted bothered that they forgot the bacon that I PAID FOR. Culver's has my favorite hamburger but this place doesn't care about getting orders correct and they don't care that it's a problem. The food is already expensive and when you don't get what you pay for that is on them and they don't care to make it right. My mother in law waited an HOUR AND A HALF for one single hamburger because they didn't include it in the bag. Don't bother alerting management of anything because they don't care. This place is ran by children and they don't care about following directions or treating customers with respect. It's madness and I'm running out of reasons to send people there to eat. As a transplant to the Valley from Wisconsin, it's nice to find Culver's here. We stopped in for a custard. As I checked in I received an offer for a free one scoop of either vanilla, chocolate or flavor of the day. I chose the flavor of the day which was caramel cashew. My favorite! My wife and I visit this location from time to time to satisfy our sweet tooth. Our favorite is the concrete mixer. Delicious!!! Our last two visits however have been slightly disappointing because when we get home, we've discovered that our order was incorrect. On our last trip this past Sunday, we ordered one turtle and one strawberry w hot fudge & pecans concrete mixer. We received one w cherries and pecans and the other w some fruit (definitely not a turtle). We love this place but want to remind them to please verify the order. This place had juicy burgers, crisp fries and yummy onion rings! Took the fam from SF here and they loved it! The kids loved the chicken tenders and the frozen custard! So much yum! It was about $48 bucks for 7 people to eat so not bad! We came hungry and left full and satisfied. Staff was friendly and very efficient, the lines were taken care of in a orderly fashion because it was super packed, but they made it bearable. I thought this place was pretty bad - bordering on gross. We went for the first time on a Saturday night. It was pretty busy, a bit dirty (tables not clean, trash on floor) and the menu is pretty large and overwhelming. When I finally got my three kids to tell me what they wanted I went up and ordered. Wow! For fast food that was pricey! My husband ordered a burger and fries. He then realized from the nutritional menu I picked up that the fries were not gluten free so he couldn't eat them. I had a veggie burger with cheese and mushrooms. I almost couldn't eat it. It was the worst veggie burger I had ever had. I also tried the cheese curd - a mix of yellow and white cheese, deep fried and they offered me packets of BBQ sauce or ranch to dip them in. They were not good. I don't recommend them. The custard was the only thing that wasn't bad but I don't think I will be able to stomach going back to get it again. read more
