My husband had a free birthday sundae. This place is waaaaaaay out of our way in Queen Creek. We stopped by after an appointment. Their vanilla ice cream machine was broken. I really wanted to try their curderburger because of the cheese curds. one of my friends said that cheese curds squeak. She is from Wisconsin. They only have curder burgers for a limited time. I missed out. Their burgers taste pretty plain. I love their fries though. The fries have a good flavor and texture. Their drink selection is interesting but pretty good. The sweet tea is variable in how sweet it is. I like it the sweeter the better. Their ice cream is absolutely delicious. I should really say it's not ice cream but something else. Whatever it is it is delicious. I would just go there for fries and ice cream. They change their flavor of the day regularly. I have tried a few flavors but I really like the plain vanilla with a topping of my choice. I have not tried their shakes. I would like to see how they taste. I ended up getting a cheese curds and I thought the outside tasted like stuffing. The stuffing you get at Thanksgiving. Whatever that flavor is that's what it tasted like. I don't like studying so I was not too enthused. I did like the cheese curd innards. If they had a different cheese curds batter or outer flavor I would be totally down for that. I had Fish and Chips and hubby had double cheeseburger. First time visit for us and I was surprisingly pleased. For fast food it was really good. The fish, Cod, had a light crispy breading and the fish itself was flaky and just right he was really happy with his burger. We tried custard carry out on the way home, it was good but it was a little to warm to take carry out custard. So, I would recommend Culver's if you looking for a quick, good fast food location. read more

This drive thru experience, we ordered a chicken basket with bbq sauce and one kids meal plus another adult meal. Was given 2 children's meals and don't recall being asked if it was a kids meal. Couldn't even be so kind to put sauce we asked for what if it was for a kid. On top of all that they didn't read back the order either. Culver's is delicious, don't get me wrong. But this location on Greenfield and Baseline CONSISTENTLY messes up my order. Today, was the last point. This is now the 4th time I've ordered something and they either give me the wrong item or forget something altogether. And I'm not talking little mistakes like "no cheese" etc. Which means I have to drive all the way back, get the correct order and that's kind of not my intention when trying to order fast food. Today, there was only one car ahead of me. I went when there wasn't a rush. I ordered four things and they didn't pack one of those four things. Glad I checked the bag this time before leaving. But it had two sides and I didn't want to sides I just wanted one so I asked how much fish comes on the small order of fish and chips and she said one or two but it was the same price so I said then order the big one when I got my order it only had two pieces of fish in it and they were tiny. So I told the person it was supposed to have three pieces of fish but it only had two and they were tiny. they went back in and they came back out and they have to charge me more money for a third piece of fish so I said forget it I just want my money back. I've heard the name, and on rare occasion seen a sign. First time I've gone in, mostly because our daughter wanted a frozen custard. This is fast food. I wasn't sure before I walked in if it was like McD's or Chili's. Well, more like McD's. Or maybe Johnny Rockets. I decided I may as well sample it, so I ordered a burger with fries and a chocolate shake. My wife and daughter shared a salad (chicken caesar I think). They like their salad. My burger was adequate. I would say, after eating it, that it was more like Fatburger or Johnny Rockets than it was like McD's. Which is a good thing. The flavor was fine, and I didn't get that lead-weight-in-my-stomach feel I get from places like McD's. The fries were cooked properly and salted just right. The shake was a tad thin, but reasonably tasty. I've had better, but it was OK. Definitely better than most other fast-food places, but not as good as Red Robin or Johnny Rockets. In a pinch I might stop back. I could eat here again. I can't rave about the food, but it was OK. So I'm rating it "OK" (3-stars). read more

I visited Culver's and this location for the first time today. The staff were not friendly or helpful with the exception of one gentleman named Brayden. He was so polite and came by our table to see if our food was okay and if we needed anything. That was very refreshing after dealing with the staff I was ordering from. Wow! A custard lovers paradise. In the cold case they even had butter brickle flavored custard! My all-time favorite flavor and rarer than hens teeth. I know this because I always search for this flavor whenever I'm near ice cream or custard. Quality food and some unusual comfort food options plus ice cream treats. We've found the service here to be great. The drive-thru experience can be a little challenging as it is often quite busy and they cook everything fresh. Plenty of indoor seating. This place use to be really good but customer service is sorely lacking. My husband ordered 3 single burgers, one with no cheese , an order of fries and one order of onion rings. You can imagine how pissed he was to pay for this and get home and there was only 2 burgers in the bag. Yes shorted and someone was completely left out. What is the problem with checking to make sure you have everything. Are the employees so dumb they can't count to 3. This isn't the first time they have shorted us. When I did get my order, I ordered fish dinners, there was NO tarter sauce. Not sure what is happening but the management needs to care or older people other than high schoolers need to be trained. I drove past this place so many times and never thought to go in...until now. I was looking for a new place (was getting sick of the fast food near my house). I took the drive thru: first thing I noticed is that they take a little longer to make your food. I believe it's because they actually cook the burger fresh.
