I had never been to a Culver's but had to be in Parker and thought I would check it out. The gentlemen working the counter were very nice and friendly. I ordered the Pork Tenderloin Sandwich ( I know they specialize in burgers, but it's hard to find a Pork Tenderloin Sandwich so I order it anytime I find it on the menu.) I had an order of Chili Cheese Fries and a soda. You order at the counter and they bring the order to you. Always good and fresh! They make your food so fresh that you have to wait along side with a number either in your car or at your table. It is always piping hot and delicious! They have a wide variety of meals to choose from and their custard is to die for! You can customize the way you want your ice cream every single time. Or you can try their flavors of the month. After getting only of my order and returning - after getting all the way home- I find that not only is there sloppy service but unfortunately the quality of food is severely lacking. I asked for the pork tenderloin sandwich. The first one had ketchup which I asked to NOT be included. I did ask for mustard mayo and onion. Here's a pic of their second attempt. Some mustard, no mayo and a token piece of onion. This location may not be in business too much longer. Even as I stood at the counter waiting for the REST of my order and a new sandwich other patron came up to counter complaining of things missing in their order. It's 330 on April 9, 2024. I'm on a special diet and can rarely eat dairy. I just had a medical test that required 24 hours of fasting and really was hungry for a Culver's frozen custard took my enzymes with me and ordered my usual one scoop of vanilla with a few Oreo crumbles. We went through the drive-through so we were driving away by the time I had my first bite. The custard was absolutely grainy... It was like it had many little pieces of ground up wax in it. It did not taste the way it normally does. We were too far to turn around and go back or I would have. But a huge disappointment! You get used to a certain kind of product from a company, And you are just craving one that you can only have once in a while. Then you go there and you get it and take the first bite with great expectation in the tongue feel was so grainy that it was in palatable. I don't know what happened, but the next time you go there, taste your custard before you pull away. I live on a fixed income and not only did I not get a smooth creamy custard after fasting, but I paid a significant amount of money for it. I'm on a limited income, and I might as well have thrown the money in the garbage. I hope Culver's fixes whatever the problem is, and this disappointment does not happen to anyone else.. read more

I like Culver's cod dinner, but do not like the service. I order the cod dinner at least once a month at the Parker location. What is delivered to my car is a crap shoot - a surprise at best. I always order the 2 or 3 piece cod with fries, broccoli, ketchup, and napkins. Sometimes I get a napkin, and sometimes I don't. I almost never get ketchup. One time I got a large container of onion rings instead of the cod dinner! I don't like their coleslaw, so always order broccoli, but this last time I got coleslaw, which I didn't realize until I got home with it. I know of four times they have gotten my order correct, and that's out of more than 20. read more

More extremely slow service, I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes while cars behind me for their orders and then honked at me to move up so they could leave before me. When I went inside they had my food ready and handed it to me and apologized for not running it out, when I went through my order I noticed an entire meal was missing. Total time waiting was 40 minutes. What's sad is the more money you spend the worse your food is. For $60 I would at least expect warm food. read more

Coming in and ordering is a smooth and pleasant experience. Sometimes the fries are on the cool side but usually they're hot and fresh, like the rest of the food. Husband loves their burgers. I love their chicken tenders, which are uniquely breaded in like tiny panko bits. Sometimes they serve their "flavor of the day" as a sundae rather than a mixed in flavor and I'm not a huge fan of that but it's no biggie. read more

It makes me sad to give 1 star, but alas that is what was earned... Dessert first: we nearly skipped dessert because of the issues with our meal, but ended up getting 2 feee lemon ices with strawberries (after the server went to every table asking if they had ordered it...when she couldn't find the people she asked if we wanted it). It was tasty, pretty tart, but the sweetness of the strawberries helped. And the rest: ordering was quick and easy, no line. When we went to sit, we found most of the tables dirty. We actually wiped off with our own wet wipes. Meals were deliverrd and one had the wrong side (fries instead of cheese curds), and a bacon deluxe burger did not have bacon on it. One server quickly brought the correct side, however we never got the bacon and had to go to the front to ask. I got the grilled chicken sandwich which was mediocore, it comes with no sauce or condiments so I found it a bit dry--definitely needs somethingto jazz it up. While we ate, another table said their meal was incorrect, and servers walked around mutliple times asking tables "did you order this?" Okay. First off I don't eat a lot of fast food but I find Culver's to be pretty good. Secondly I don't give places bad reviews very often. I get that things are gonna go wrong. Except this location everything goes wrong 70% of the time. I have been here maybe 6 times over the last year most of the time they can't get the order right. I have to go back inside and have them correct it. Today was the last straw. I ordered a "Curderburger". They came out with the wrong order. I said no I ordered a "curderburger" "oh okay we will fix that". They came back with a curderburger with no condiments or vegetables on it. Just a burger with meat and cheese. Wtf? I am done with this location. People that work there need to pay attention more and do a better job with looking ahead with orders. read more

Used to think this place was good but it has gone downhill faster than our government. The service is so port and slow it truely amazing. We ordered just IceCream the other night and they asked us to pull up and wait for it to come out. After 10 minutes I walked in to just see and there wasn't a single person working the IceCream. There were people cleaning up floors but not working food. It honestly took about 20 minutes for IceCream that was already frozen. It's not the people who work there it's got to be management. We were on a bike ride and wanted a quick bite, this was in the area and thought we would try it out. An easy comparison would be the hamburger joint that is comparable to Chick Fil A. It's "slow" fast food. They make their burgers fresh and it takes some time for them to get to you. I had the fish sandwich and fries and it was pretty good. The only thing, it was small. Oy. If I could give 0 stars, this place would get it. Went recently on my lunch break and was excited to try some items on their "mindful choices" menu, which I found interesting. I had never been to any Culver's before this, and worried I'd be in line a long time at lunch hour. One car was leaving as I got to the drive thru ordering post, and that was it. I ordered the beef pot roast sandwich and green beans. Drove back to my office break room and opened the bag and noticed that the overall smell was unpleasant. I hoped it was just the onions in the green beans... Turned put that the pot roast that should be juicy and tender was dry (to the point to being burnt) and leathery and smelled a bit funky. I was pretty hungry, so I removed as many of the really burnt pieces as possible and tried a few bites of what remained. The flavor was way off....think "worst hospital cafeteria roast beef" or "worst school cafeteria roast" and that would be about right. I just couldn't.... the bun was darned good, though! I really hope I don't turn up sick within a few days... see photos for the overall look. (Tried to post in review and the photos went into the general photos...just look for the two with the dried up pot roast and my thumb is in at least one ;-) On to the green beans...they were definitely of the frozen variety (stems included) and the seasoning was just not for me. read more

Generally, I find Culver's has great food items had a good menu. However, they are plagued with some of the worst service. This evening I went to the Culver's in Parker Colorado and went up to the order box and first asked what type of soup do they have. The order taker went and asked the kitchen and politely came back and let me know. I indicated no thank you and proceeded to order the cod Dinner. I was told to come around to the window, and to get to the window I had to wait about 7 or 8 minutes. Once I got to the window, she asked me what I ordered? I politely replied that I ordered the cod Dinner. What point she indicated that my order was not in the system, and I said can you put it in please? she asked me if I would pull my car around to the order taking box again and put my order in because it would be unfair to the three or four cars behind me because their orders are in and it would force my order in in front of theirs. You forgot to put the order in and now because of your mistake I have to go back around waiting line again to get my dinner. I should I place my order with you when I was at the speaker box and you said come around. All right at that point would expect that my order would have been entered oh, but it was not and now you're telling me that I have to be penalized for your mistake? Absolutely not. The problem is that Culver's has great food, but they have no focus in training their employees to provide good customer service. this is not the first time that I have been plagued with poor customer service. I have given them multiple chances over and over, but I would strongly urge you that if you are passing through Parker and you see Culver's, go somewhere else. read more

I go to Culver's a handful times a year. I've read several negative and extremely petty comments. I have to say I always have very good service. The food, for "good food fast" is the best around!! It's consistently good. The teens/young adults that take my order, deliver the food are always polite and kind. The whole deal with the sticky note numbers. They can't take back the number. Is it really that big of a deal to toss it with your trash? Give these kids a break during these annoyingly weird times! They're all doing their best following rules set in place by owners. I came to Culver's on a cold, snowy afternoon and the cashier greeted me immediately. I ordered their number one which was their butter burger delux. The food came quickly and the fries where nice and hot and the burger actually tasted great. I don't know what the other people here are talking about. Although they have the mom and pop touch, this location couldn't complete any of my requests. I received a "unable, can't do, no," for all simple requests. They don't have any Fry Sauce--- either the girl who took my order is new or they discontinued it. When they offered me a Southwest Chipotle Ranch sauce and Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Sauce. I took it, but after swiping my card, they then told me the sauces costed 75. Cents each? This made me have to swipe my card again. That's bull--- Are you crazy?!!! I also requested a Bonfire S'mores Sundae and saw on their screen that they have a Georgia Peach Sundae as their daily special. But the other Culver's Location in Westminster never denied to make me this Sundae. Why the hell does it have to be Georgia Peach? If they're enforcing this, why not just delete and forget all the other flavors they ever invented??? Why show all these flavors on their websites and deny making me a Sundae? I've changed my stance on this place YET AGAIN! This time because of poor management and service. I always try to be understanding of people in the fast food industry and the stress it puts on people, but the issue is, the food always (and I mean always) comes out wrong or cold! These issues and ongoing and I believe it's a result of management. Every manager except for Craig is rude and does not accommodate the customer! For example: I went through the drive-through and ordered a bowl of the broccoli cheese soup, now normally the issue I have with the soup is they don't fill it up enough, this time however, the soup was warm, but the broccoli was ice cold and the soup was really runny. I called the store to complain about this issue to a manager working at the time, Aaron. Aaron had explained to me that if I were to come back to the restaurant he would make sure that the next soup was fresh. My mother and I went back again and received this supposedly fresh soup from another crew member, NOT the manager. Does this manager care about customer service issues? Well, no. Let me continue: my mother tried the "fresh" soup and not to our surprise, it was exactly the same as the first, runny and cold. We had asked the crew member if we could please speak to the manager. Aaron then came to the front, we told him the issue and he was understanding at first, until we had claimed the soup was watery. He then all of a sudden became very defensive, saying that he made that soup fresh himself and that there's video evidence that he can show us to prove they don't put water in their soup. We weren't necessarily accusing them of watering down their soup, just thought it was runny. I then tried to explain to the manager that we had been asked by managers in the past to give them another chance, and that issues just keep arising (cold food, burnt food, or a half filled soup bowl, yep that happened once). He then replied to me in a very sarcastic tone, saying "well I'm sorry I can't meet YOUR expectations!" As we were about to leave, we told him we'd be contacting Craig, the store manager. He then replied with more attitude "You go ahead and do that!" We also told him he wasn't manager material, and that's when Aaron took it upon himself to call 911 and report us for trespassing! All because we complained about our food and he didn't do his duty as a manager? Yep pretty much. Moral of the story, avoid this Culver's location!
