The menu is primarily sandwiches and desserts, drinks... but the selection is good. Service is a bit slower than the average fast food restaurant, but the food shows the quality and makes the short wait worthwhile. The seating area is brightly-lit, always very clean. We had a delicious lunch at Culver's on Willow Creek today! My husband had the Rueben sandwich and I had the Sourdough Melt. We also tried their chicken tenders! The really nice feature was being able to bring our dog as they have plenty of outdoor seating. Their ice cream custard is amazing!! They have good burgers and fish and chips too! Always friendly, always good food. No matter which Culver's you go to you know it's going to be consistently good.

A definite stand out in the fast food category. This place not only had outstanding fried shrimp, cooked to perfection, but every employee is obviously trained to welcome guests and when you thank them, the all say "my pleasure". Now that's the old school customer service I REALLY appreciate. Got my food out quickly and at a reasonable price. I like how the condiments and fountain drinks are left out for the guest to decide what and how much they would like. So clean too. Immaculate windows and very clean restrooms. Zero complaints. Whoever is managing this place is top notch ...and it really shows. read more

The deluxe double burger was delicious and their fry's are even better than McDonalds which I have to say is a great feat. Also had the large vanilla milkshake and only with I had ordered the malt as an adder. This is our second time at Culvers in Prescott Valley and we love, love, love it. read more

Ate here a few days ago. Takes awhile to get your freshly cooked food, but delicious. So, signed up online on MyCulvers. Got a coupon for signing up. They send it to your email, got it on my phone...like most of us on the planet earth. Well...they tell me this owner doesn't take those coupons on your phone...even though it says in the email to show it on your phone. I guess they don't want my business. I hate to knock Culvers down a couple of stars, but I need to. Yesterday, we had the cod dinner, which was excellent as usual. I got a lemon ice smoothie which was terrible. It was supposed to have vanilla custard in the drink. I believe it was only a lemon slushie without custard. And the lemon flavor was much too strong. I've had this drink before, and it was delicious. I think someone needs some additional training. read more

How is it they don't have any shade for outdoor seating? Not even any umbrellas. Tried to go the other day with our dog to enjoy a lunch sitting outside but who wants to sit in the direct sun on a pretty hot day? Have you been to the Culver's in Payson? Very nice covered patio. Too bad this was not in the design for the Prescott one. And when I drove around the Culver's I couldn't get out because they allow cars waiting for their orders to block all 3 lanes. OUTSTANDING FOOD SERVICE CLEANLINESS ATTITUDE AND DINING EXPERIENCE !!! If I could give them TEN STARS - I WOULD!!! Dined in on Sunday May 8th 2022 at around 6pm. My wife had the Rueben with onion rings and I had the North Atlantic Cid 3pc dinner. The food was - OMG - THE BOMB !! Perfecto !!! The service was incredible and the place (OK - it's a brand new location so it still has the "New Culver's Location SMELL") was so clean you could eat off of the walls AMD the floor! We have been watching them build this location and have been waiting with baited breath till the day that we could order food from the Willow Creek location. We are now "regular customers" for Culver's Willow Creek-Prescott !!! Yum Yum Yum !!! WELL DONE CULVER'S - you are THE BOMB !!! read more

Horrible experience I've always loved the service and food at Culver's but I would never go to this location again I always order the same thing at all culver location 3 patties with cheese and bacon no bread after ordering this yesterday upon the food being handed to me I was told not to order that again and to order the whole burger and toss the bread they don't make enough money on the way I ordered it except that they do have a allcarte options? It appears the owner of this location has decided to make there own rules that are different from Culver's corporate options due to the rude way I was treated and this locations decision to be different than other locations I'll never go back read more

I just went through the drive-through and ordered the two pieces of cod dinner that was supposed to be coleslaw and tartar sauce the man came out after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through the guy brings it out I said is the tartar sauce in there oh yeah I get home no Tyler sauce and no coleslaw that's a $12 dinner that sucks be sure and check in your bag before you drive off the man lied to me right out loud I've never had an experience like that by Culver's before I'm very disappointed I'm way too far from culvers to go back they have the best dang coleslaw and Tyler sauce sex with no tiger sauce read more

Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right! Whoever owns this business obviously cares- what a great addition to town. The staff was so diversified, fast, efficient and extremely friendly! Our food came out piping hot, delicious, and just as we ordered! The kids got a scoop of ice cream with their kids meal- but Culver's obviously has this stuff down, because the ice cream came whenever we asked for it, instead of melting during the meal- a very nice touch read more

We are usually fans of Culver's, but we're struggling with this particular location. The last three occasions we have been to this location there has been something, if not multiple things, wrong with our order. On one recent occasion we got a plain butter burger - literally just meat and bun, no condiments even - we didn't order a plain burger, just a regular ol' butter burger. Then we received regular chicken strips instead of Buffalo strips, and they also forgot my son's juice for his kids meal so he didn't have a drink. I really hope the staff get their act together, but in the meantime don't drive away without checking your food. read more

I went into Culvers on Willow Creel Rd. today for lunch. Upon entering I was welcomed by a clerk. I ordered the four piece chicken strips. I asked the clerk how many ranch dressings I would get with my order to which she replied, two. I asked if I could have three additional and she told me, yes, that would be fine. My meal was brought to me quickly with the five ranch I had asked for. the dressings were bigger than those I had gotten from Chic-file. I found all I needed was two dressings for my meal. I asked a clerk if she would send the manager to me. The manager, Brittaney arrived and I told her that I had frequently in the past for a long time had eaten at Chic-file. On my last time there I asked the clerk for a senior drink of Sun-joy. He told me he would give me the discount, but that drink cost the company more money. I told him of all the frequent occasions of dinning there it was the first time I had been told that. With my order of chicken strips I asked for five ranch dressing. my order arrived with two dressings. The same clerk that originally waited on me was out in the dining rm. and I told him I had had asked for five dressings. He returned with two more and told me if I wanted another I would have to pay for it. I wrote my review of Chic as I am now about Culvers and needless to say that was my last visit to Chic after having been a long time regular customer. My wife and I will now be regulars at Culvers. read more

Thank goodness this location opened up close to us, since we used to drive all the way to Prescott Valley every time my husband wanted a burger. He declares that Culver's buter burgers are the best. I love the fish and chips, and the walleye during lent is to die for! Very clean premises, and friendly staff. read more

Went for Frozen Custard cone. The cone was ridiculously small. It was smaller than a Kiddie Cone and cost over 3 bucks for about 3 bites of ice cream. Not sure if they are on a Shoe String budget or employees are not trained but don't plan to ever go back. read more

First, I like Culver's hamburgers but the people working at the Willow Creek Rd. location are lacking what intelligence? Gone here many times and they try to bring things to you but as far as ordering, they aren't any help. We always want a butter burger delux (with everything), they keep giving us double cheeseburgers, without lettuce, tomato, onion etc. and when you get that you get a dryed out burger. Also never order chicken, ordered tenders, they aren't good, taste like right out of the freezer bag where they came from. Also, to Michael, I agree on the Walleye, they had it for a week and then posted it out, totally unacceptable. Today also the coke, had no taste, they hadn't changed out the coke syrup so it was awful. All in all, not a good experience today, sub-par. read more

It really depends on who is working on the day you visit. Food quality is inconsistent and it's likely because an employee is being trained to work a different station. Sometimes the food is good but lately, it's not only a long wait to receive your order but you wind up with greasy food or you're missing items from your order. For the amount of money you're spending, it's not worth taking the chance you get home only to wind up with subpar food. They were offering dissatisfied customers gift cards but they stopped that fast. And don't bother leaving any tips; some of the kids working there said the owners keep the tips. I guess they're not making the money they expected to make so they're hanging onto every penny they can. Kinda sad when you think about it. read more
