Lockdown or not, Culver's drive thru is always packed. It's a rare treat for me so I made the most of it by ordering a Mushroom Swiss single. I was thisclose to getting a milkshake, but I already had ice cream today. (I still should've gotten one and shared it anyway!) I find their milkshakes pleasant and creamy. This is a sad review because it is not based on food quality. This is the second straight time I've gone through the drive thru and had things missing in my order. When I called to get a refund they denied the request. It's pretty simple, someone buys something and u make it and put in the bag. First it was an order of cheese curds, this time they forgot the pretzel bites that we ordered. Please make sure you double and triple check the inside of your bag before driving away. read more

I LOVE CULVERS! Its kind of like a Diary Queen but way better in every way. This place is a mix between a fastfood and a family dinner. Quality food every time I eat here, and the custard is so much better than a typical soft serve. The sourdough melt is my regular for burgers but I enjoy the chicken fingers every now and then. I have noticed service can be slow sometimes but that will happen to any place that is packed, besides I would rather wait a little extra time to have it done right than have to go back up to the counter. Another big plus is a dedicated veterans parking spot. Honoring out troops with actions over words. Overall I love to go here whether I am dinning in or using the drive through, a great place to eat if you are by yourself or with your family. read more

I stopped in here on Saturday morning just before noon. The business was busy,but still moving smoothly. I ordered the Reuben sandwich. Let me tell you,for a non deli;this is a great sandwich. The meat is flavorful. A lot of times a reuben will have very sour,saurkraut. This is not the case here. it had a nice taste,not too tart,just right. The bread is nicely toasted. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & TRY THE REUBEN!! I had ice tea with my food. It is a clean,fresh taste. not too strong of a acidic,tanic flavor. I will definitely come back to Culvers,wherever I am located. Move over Wendy's, Burger King and McDonald's cause Culver's will beat you out of the park! Came here close to 9pm for a late dinner and the drive thru was pretty busy. My husband and I ordered a fish sandwich combo, bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and one scoop of custard with double servings of Oreos. Everything came out hot and fresh! Their fries are crinkle cut which isn't my favorite but it wasn't bad... nice and crunchy. The onion rings are fairly big and slightly sweet. The burgers were really delicious and the toasted buns were such a nice touch. If you are a fan of fish sandwiches, do order them!! The fish is big and crispy while having delicate, moist meat. Probably the best fish sandwich at any fast food I've been to. We finished off our meal sharing the custard which was a nice finishing touch. Will definitely return when I'm in the mood for a quick bite. read more

Was just there, twenty minuets waiting for a fish sandwich and some fries. Eleven people came in after me, but were served first. I don't know how that happens, I guess they don't want to be the person responsible for fish. Never again, if I want Culvers I'll try the location on 23 mile road. read more

My kids love this place and make us come here all the time The quality of food is definitely better than most fast food. Good chicken and butter burgers. Crinkle cut fries, tator tots, cheese curds & onion rings are some side options. Really good custard desserts with a ton of different topping choices. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered a shake, and it was served with a spoon not with a straw.They gave me one of their mixers instead of a shake. When I had went inside because I ordered through the drive-through and ask them to re-make it everyone in that building was rude. Trying to explain how I was wrong instead of just remaking it. Then the lady who was making my shake told me that I didn't have to argue with her when she was the one arguing and being highly disrespectful to paying customers. There was a lady present during this and she got in my face and told me to leave. She then said that she was the owners sister. This place is disgusting. I can't even believe the people they have hired here. I am in customer service and how this went is not how you treat people. I wasn't being argumentative I could understand if I was. The owner of this Culvers is super rude and does not are about getting orders correct or taking care of her customers! I know that things are brutal given the pandemic and there are plenty of people getting takeout at the same time, but clearly these guys are not up to the challenge. My mom came in tonight and ordered 3 dinners, one with shrimp and two with pot roast - all three with mashed potatoes and a sandwich with lettuce, ketchup and mustard. The cashier unfortunately was new, so he kept asking if she wanted the basket. She told him no with all three - she wanted the dinners. She did not want a drink. After 20 minutes waiting for the food, she finally went up to the counter and asked where her food was - the cooks finally found the receipt that had been lost but quickly made the meal. When she picked up the bag, she knew it wasn't right which she told the manager and he acknowledged it. However, he seemed so busy and stressed that she just said I'll just take whatever this is and I'll give you a call. When she brought it home, we realized that we got a sandwich that was incorrect and had nothing on it that we asked be put on it. The two dinners had fries instead of potatoes and were simply bread and meat - no toppings, super dry, soggy buns. She called the manager and he agreed that the trainee at the counter made a mistake stating she had to order baskets to get mashed potatoes. He offered to give her 10% off her next order. Knowing that we'd spent at least $20 on the food and probably wouldn't be returning, she asked to speak with the owner. The owner, got on the phone and was yelling so loudly I could hear her through the phone (not on speaker) standing in the same room. She accused my mom of not knowing how to read the screen and of eating the food instead of asking for a refund in the store. My mother then stated that she was upset with the level of service she was receiving and that she'd be putting a review here on yelp. The owner said "don't you threaten me" and continued yelling so at that point she just gave up. Clearly these guys can't handle the pressure of covid, and definitely do NOT believe the customer is always right. read more

Very subpar service. I had high hopes for this restaurant, awaiting its opening ever since I first saw it in construction on my way to work, and I was VERY disappointed. Although I've eaten at a Culver's restaurant before, and very muched enjoyed my experience there, I can't seem to find the same satisfaction here. Burgers are always sloppily put together, making eating messy, and if you are trying to eat in your car, downright impossible, without staining or ruining something. Furthermore, the cashiers are rude, and it must've taken me around 20 minutes to finally recieve my pretzel haus pub burger. When I asked when I would recieve my burger, just because I was under the impression that either my order was forgotton, or someone else mistakenly recieved it, I was told to "sit down and wait," and to "stop being such a b****." I have been going here a lot. I was surprised and disappointment when with one drive thru order, they got it wrong twice. But, they did fix it and offer me free items. At that point, I really did not want anything and lost my appetite. I will continue to go here and hope that the mess up was with new staff being trained. read more

Yesterday I went through the drive-through, placed my order, and received my food. I didn't check the bag before driving off (which I should ALWAYS do, as my wife likes to point out). When I arrived at home and started passing out food, I realized they had forgotten my daughters meal. Clearly irritated about this, since this had happened another time within the last couple months, my wife called to complain. She spoke to the person who I believe is the owner, and the resolution was that he DELIVERED the missing food to our home (along with 3 complimentary ice creams). I couldn't be more pleased with this response. Most restaurant's that mess up an order will simply try to throw offers of a replacement meal during your next visit. However, if your child's meal is missing, that doesn't help the current situation at all. Great customer service! read more

THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I brought my son here in January and he threw up his chicken fingers all over the floor!!! He was not sick to begin with so that only means that there must've been some dirty hands preparing the food! (Even my 7 nephews and 9 nieces felt nauseous!!!!!) That is one thing... I go there for cheese curds. They're food crack. Everything else I've experienced at this location pretty much blows. The food is expensive. I'll get a chicken samich and cheese curds for $9. I've seen people ahead of me order $45+ of food. You'd think it was a 4 star restaurant, rather than a fast food joint. And since the food is supposedly made fresh(I call B.S. on that), people at the drive-thru get a number sign and have to wait. So far, some of the dumbest people in Rochester Hills must frequent the place. They don't understand the concept of move your piece of junk car up to the front spot. They sit there at the window, while the rest of us are jammed up behind them. I go out my way to be vocal about that. And on top of this, the Culver's crew is slow. I had to wait 10 mins for my order, which I consider rather simple. Two items, no drink. The person behind me got her order before I did.
