Full of employees that have Nooo clue how to move and keep the flow of a restaurant. And also, managers do NOT EXIST). Obviously, the workers have worked there long enough to know it's probably a good idea to just prep out extra of everything just in case things get slammed. But noooo, they all just stand around - and then if you're ever to ask a single one of them if they will be making more they blank stare at you. I'm honestly amaZzzed at how crappy these people work. Good management in restaurants keeps them flowing & also keeps the staff up beat & in line. Come on Chipotle- do you have too many locations to hire managers to do weekly/daily check-in's? Or you just have too many to care? I hate crappy workers and places of business. Why own anything in the food industry if you're not going to be present to make sure things are operating properly and your employees actually get trained and know what they're supposed to do & also how they are supposed to treat customers. Too many restaurants here with poopy staff, poopy managers, & poopy food. Maybe all of the wasted tourists don't notice how crappy everything is, but sober locals do.
