I give one star only because I love the ice cream.Mow on this day I decided to order online so I wouldnt have to wait. Pull in and checked in It's 501 and the order was supposed to be ready.I waited 15 mins no service. so I pulled to the drive thru 5th from the speaker. Asked for my online order. surprised that it was already ready. As I can tell the order has been sitting. so I got the food and checked for hot onion rings, which were cold and hard. I asked if I could have fresh ones. The young girl snatched the bag closed the window. I waited there for about 5 minute. then she comes back to the window to tell me to pull up it's gonna be a while. I waited and watched 3cars get served before me. I literally had to catch another employee to speak to the manager who never came. now I had to return the runny ice cream to get it fresh. a five minute trip took 45minutes to get my food and to top it off a very nasty and unprofessional cashier or whatever she was. I'm sorry for asking her for fresh food since I spent my hardworking money. It's feb25/2024 @5pm and the cashier is a young white short female didn't get her name but she needs customer service training. read more

First time ever eating at a Culver's and It was sublime! The portions are very generous and I can't even take another bite..but I wish I could! Everything had a nice flavor! The fries...amazing and a great flaky fish! The staff was also friendly and fast and I only waited a little under 8 minutes for my food to get done! Will definitely be back some time in the future! WE wanted to like this, truly....all the ads looked like our beloved Burger milkshake-heaven-chain restaurant in Oklahoma called Braums...so we finally went. Here is the BEST things: CLEANLINESS AND SERVICE is TOP NOTCH. Everyone is very friendly and you can tell management is very well organized here. Why the "meh"? The Food. I'm sorry, this was not anywhere close to a delicious meal. The burger was so flat and sad looking, I felt bad for my husband eating it. The Cod fish sandwich I had was typical for a frozen cod from a box...and sadly the shakes, definitely seemed like a squirt of hershey's syrup which I could get at home. We were just deflated with the food. THAT is the company issue I think, NOT the wonderful people working there. To the CEO, I encourage you to try BRAUMS in Oklahoma/Texas/Arkansas area...it'll blow your mind on the competition. read more

Like the menu, the food is better than average. The staff is friendly and punctual... but not thorough. Have had 4 wrong orders recently. 3 through the drive thru, all involved getting our salads wrong - wrong salad, left off toppings, etc. Manager on duty moved quickly to fix the problem. Owner, however, not gracious about remedying the errors. Did carry out today. They got the salad right (Yea!) but they didn't give me my frozen custard. Should've checked the bag given their track record. Called about getting a refund for the custard. Spoke to a manager, said I could come back (14 mile round trip) and get the custard anytime. Thanks, I'll just swing over 2 blocks to the Publix and get Blue Bell or Ben & Jerry's. Have frequented Culver's here and elsewhere. This is a recent problem but very aggravating. Seems to be a huge management breakdown. The owner was rude enough after the 3rd episode, my wife wrote up the incident on the corporate website. Going to give Culver's a rest for a while until they get themselves organized. read more

As a general rule, I steer clear of fast food establishments. However, we have given Culver's several shots and have always been pleased. It's fast food but if you're craving a burger that'll satisfy your hunger and not pack on the pounds, they have some delicious Butter Burgers. Haven't ventured too far with their frozen custard but it's really good too. Get their melted cheese as a add on - great for dipping fries. They make a concerted effort to be friendly, helpful, and to have a very clean establishment. It shows! read more

Savannah please check this place out!!! The food is so delicious!! They have butter burgers that will make you forget any other burger. They have a delicious sandwich called a pork tenderloin. It is a large breaded pork sandwich that is crispy and juicy. Add mayo, lettuce and tomato and you have a scrumptious meal. The have fish, chicken, soup and chili, crinkle cut fries, onion rings and the best cheese curds I have ever tasted. Then there is their custard...not ice cream...it is way to good to be called ice cream. They have a treat called a concrete. You can mix anything you want. It puts DQ to shame!!! They can make any flavor of shake, malt or sundae you could ever want. They also have a flavor of the day which you can get in any form. I will never go anywhere else for my sweet fix!! read more

So disappointed they didn't get my order right and then when I got it it was cold, the cod was dried out and the mashed potatoes were horrible, they tasted like powder and old!, I ordered broccoli and got coleslaw!, I can't eat coleslaw! It's fast food. Well not that fast but it does have a drive through. I eaten there 2x now and I don't find anything all that special about It. The burgers are cooked the same every time and the onion rings are a bit greasy. It's good in a pinch when you just don't feel like cooking. read more

I will never visit this "fast" food place again. I was the only one in line and they got my order wrong. The milkshake has no flavor. My burger (the wrong one) was really over cooked and almost burnt on one side. I was asked to pull forward into spot #4 (of 5) even though I was the only one in line. One employee came out to put a number on my side view mirror and 1 minute later another came to give me my food. When I said it was wrong he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. read more

They NEVER get my order right, and then NEVER take responsibility for the mistake. They always ring it up wrong. But they don't repeat your order back to you, and they don't give you a receipt. So you find out what all they got wrong when they bring you the messed up order. Then, if you try to get it fixed, they tell you "Well, this is what was rung up" as if they did nothing wrong. This attitude comes from the top. The first time we tried to raise the issue, we talked with the manager/owner herself. We told her the order was wrong, and she looked at the receipt and said "Well, they rang up a single and brought you a single." YES, that's the problem! I ordered a double. She didn't offer to fix it, make amends in any way, do better training, or anything. And she certainly didn't apologize. She acted like there was nothing to apologize for. We stopped going for quite a while, and then decided to try again last night. Same thing happened. I ordered a double with mushrooms and Swiss cheese. I said "mushrooms" at least 4 times because the girl kept acting like she thought I was ordering a cheeseburger, and I kept trying to make sure she knew I wanted mushrooms. They brought it to me with no mushrooms. When I took it back to the counter, they pulled up the order and said "Well it was rung up as a Swiss burger" and acted like it was my fault. I have no problem with people making mistakes. That's part of life. But I do have a problem with people taking no responsibility, trying to blame the customer, and in general, having a nasty attitude. I won't be going back. read more
