I fly down from Oregon to visit and do business with this dental office. I was skeptical at first, due to the degree of advertising this clinic does. I engaged with this clinic to have an implant done, and some other dental work. From the moment I stepped through the front door I was taken aback by the staff, the manner in which they conduct themselves, along with the quality of the actual facility, there is no worn out used looking equipment there. The real kicker, is when you see the actual dentist. The triage dentist, Dr Erin was kind, caring and considerate, the real crown jewel at this facility is Dr Serino. Who is very informative, confident, and considerate. With chair side manners above reproach, ensuring your comfort is tantamount to the visit. Dr Serino keeps you abreast of progress, what he is doing, and what to expect throughout the entire visit. In so far as the fees for service, competitive and reasonably priced, making any visit worth the effort. I wish I could say I have been to the dentist a lot in my life. I have not. I have struggled to maintain my insurance over the years, and even though I am a working actor and my smile is very important to me, in recent years, I had resigned myself to taking trips to Mexico where I could afford the teeth cleaning and cavity work I have needed. But you get what you pay for when you aren't working with the best- and those trips have left me with some real problem areas that needed attention. I happened to come upon Cunning Dental because a friend of mine was producing their newest round of commercials. It was brought to my attention that the previously owned practice was not as well maintained as it could be, but that they are working hard to reinvent the business and show people what great new ownership can provide. Walking around the facility, I was blown away. Every dentist, hygienist, and employee there is so knowledgeable, and so friendly. All of their technology is extremely advanced, and they are a one stop shop and specialize in sleep dentistry. While I was initially there in an official capacity as an actor, I had the opportunity to speak to Genaro, who has been tasked with the enormous job of cultivating more trust in the business. A lot of people naturally mistrust the dentist! And our teeth are so important! He was warm, intelligent, and we immediately landed on the conversation of my dental health, and how he could help me to afford to better cultivate and maintain my smile. Two crowns, a root canal, and a cleaning later, and I found Cunning Dental to be not only affordable, but accommodating as well. These guys are the best! And I feel confident to continue on as a regular patient and schedule cleanings, now that I have accomplished some of the things I otherwise would have had to fly to Mexico to do. I have had to reschedule my appointment 2 twice because they can't get me in at my appointment time, always running 45 minutes late, and don't seem to care that they waste my time. Okay so to start it off, Maria was the lady I spoke with when I called with a few questions. She answered my questions. She was patient and kind. She scheduled me for a free consultation and she really cared about how I felt when I explained why I'm so unhappy with my smile. TLDR: Absolutely terrible customer service! Do NOT use them! I was looking online for an emergency dentist. I visited Cunning Dental's website and looked around. A virtual chat window popped up asking if they could help me find what I was looking for. Since I was serious in finding a dentist fast I opted to speak in the chat. After filling out my name, contact info and problem I was given to a person in the chat. All of her responses were the pre-programmed type with no emotion or care. I had already put in my issue and what I needed help with in the prompts beforehand but she asked for them again. She then just stopped responding at all. Needless to say, I did not go to them for help. I found a better dentist elsewhere who actually cares about their patients! Do NOT use this dentist! They obviously do not care about their patients enough to hire someone with any type of people skills or empathy. read more

Incredible amount of radiation (X-rays) just to get a price... it's around 56 thousand for Permanent Teeth in a day.... 28 Thousand snap-on Dentures..... 11 Thousand for just a regular set of dentures.
