Unique ice cream flavors - good quality too, you can feel they are dense and not too airy. The flavors are a little subtle and not overpowering - I would recommend enjoying just one flavor (or max 2 contrasting flavors) at a time than mixing similar flavors so that you can really appreciate their differences! I am writing this as I finish my delicious blueberry/honey/lavender ice cream with my girls as an end-of-school-week treat. Of the ice cream flavors I tried, - chocolate was delicious and tasted like a high end gelato - blueberry/ honey / lavender was fantastic, with just the right balance of the flavors, with a delightful and somewhat sophisticated result, - pistachio / rose was also delicious, feeling authentic pistachio taste and rose - lychee, a fruit with a subtle flavor to start with, was hard to find in the otherwise tasty creamy taste. The person serving us was very friendly and patient with the 9yo and 3yo girls. The person said they were about to install a step stool for small children to see the ice creams without lifting. Overall I enjoyed very much the delicious, "real ingredients" taste of the ice creams made in-house. The location is in a modest older strip mall, but decorated with happy pink and yellow, with white tables on the sides surrounding a clear space at the center, making it an inviting and roomy-feeling place. I'm writing this at 7:48pm Saturday . My son and I were about to order ice cream today around 7:44pm. The employee was helping another customer for payment. I asked my son which flavor would like to eat. Then this employee literally just turn off the light from ice cream fridge. I thought I get it wrong so I asked, "are you closed now?" He said yes. I asked him if he take the order for my son? He looked at the time and hesitated. I was like forget it and left. Wth? Best ice cream ever! Super creamy, light but still rich flavors, not to mention, they're all eggless and locally made. Other than the ice cream, their menu has varied drinks, such as coffee, tea, milkshakes and smoothies. This little ice cream shop just opened and we really want to try it because of the Lychee flavored ice cream. Lychee is the favorite among our family. Overall, the shop is nice and quiet and the owner is very friendly. The ice cream itself is not bad - creamy with many exotic flavors. We tried Mango, Pistachios, Lychee, and Cream n Cookie. I liked the Mango the best. Lychee....the lychee taste can be stronger. If you want to try something different than the normal Vanilla or chocolate ice cream, you should give this place a try.
