Great family business to support! My friend and I were in the area looking for dessert after dinner and this ice cream shop was the closest one. We got here around 7 pm on a Wednesday, and it was empty except for us and the staff there. Cute interior that's friendly for all ages with board games for kids and cute floral decor on tables. They serve ice cream, smoothies, and Indian desserts as well! I ended up getting a pint of their honey blueberry lavender since I didn't want a cone. Awesome new flavor that I got try which was refreshing, semi-sweet, subtle in the lavender taste, and overall delicious. It's a local hidden gem that will make you want some ice cream!

Loved the ice cream!! They try to stay to the original flavour, very less sugar!! I had coffee ice cream, which was very close to eating coffee. They also had a unique flavour- orange cardamom, which my husband loved. Would definitely recommend this place. A big plus, they have free toppings Great service - guy was super friendly. Guided us through tasting Ambiance - clean, big, nice ice cream shop

Really enjoyed their black sesame ice cream. It was creamy and had an intense flavor.

Really enjoyed their black sesame ice cream. Creamy and a strong flavor. They had a variety of other unique flavors you can sample and the ice cream is eggless

This location is in the aging plaza with Zanotto's market. The building has been here forever in this strip mall packed with South Asian shops. The shop itself is dingy but clean. The scoops, however, are pretty wow. There are several flavors that look quite ethnic. I didn't try them, but they looked bright and fresh. They had the standard vanilla, chocolate, and cookies and cream. But they had a couple that stood out. The bright purple ube was good. We came back here twice last weekend to get the scoops. Cups are fine--the waffle cone might be too sweet with this flavor. More interestingly, they have a Biscoff flavor, which is an english cinnamon laced flavor. It was also a winner. I recommend getting it by itself--it is a light subtle flavor you wouldn't want to mix with strawberry or cookies n cream. Coming back in the fall to try out the guava flavor. They didn't have it now, because it's not in season. Seems like they really care about fresh authentic ingredients.

I've been coming here many times and I've been meanong to write review so here I am at last! Cup N Cone is not an ordinary ice cream shop. They offer variety of "unique" flavors you probably don't see in the other places. First time when I heard about "eggless" ice cream, I didn't know what to expect; however I was truly pleasantly surprised how delish the ice cream was! I have tried many different flavors and I enjoy each one of them. I also tried the Bakery and they offer yummy selections of bread/pastries. People are so nice and welcoming. Must try! You will not be disappointed.

It wasn't busy when we went so we got served rather quickly. I had a triple scoop with lychee, ube and butterscotch as I couldn't decide which one to choose and all 3 were delicious flavors! They also have a bakery if you have a sweet tooth and want additional treats

Ice cream flavors available on first day. They said more coming soon.

We live in the neighborhood and had walked to the grocery store. This exotic ice cream parlor just opened and we decided to try it. We tried the Passion Fruit and Saffron Rasmalai flavor. We all found it super creamy and tasty and so did I. Service was great, prompt and with a smile. They have seating area with a casual ambiance if you wanted to enjoy your ice cream there. Lots of parking. And multiple grocery stores, banks and small establishments in the same strip mall. Loved it and will be back for more. Best wishes!

Been to this plaza so many times and never noticed this place. The girls wanted ice cream and yelp led me here. Plenty of parking. I was surprised at how spacious it is inside. Lots of seating. We got vanilla, chocolate and pistachio. It's a better deal if you get two scoops. All 3 flavors were good.

Several tubs were down to a sludge, making those flavors gross. That's the owner being cheap. Why Who wants to eat melted refrozen I've cream. Tasting spoons dirty trash cup full of wooden spoons, looks like reusing. That's a no-no Flabor wise is ok. Scoops are small, just not worth it..

The best vegan ice cream I've had. The texture is phenomenal. And they make vegan ube--so good!

Really creamy eggless ice cream. Flavors include Indian and East Asian flavors. I tried the Gulab Jamun, Saffron Rasmalai, Orange Cardamom, and Lychee. All were so good and hard to decide which ones to ultimately get. Inside this location is two shops: Cup N Cone and Nahita Bakery, which is a Turkish bakery.

Saffron, witches'brew and rosé pistachio. Witches's brew is green tea and ube!

Took my chim out for ice cream tonight after having a big ass buffet dinner. We initially went to another indian ice cream place on el camino but it was wayyyy too crowded with a long ass line out the door. We decided to give cup and cone a try and man did it pay off! The saffron, witches' brew (green tea and ube) and rosé pistachio all taste sooo good. We got some big ass scoops that 3 or 4 peeps can share and all of that was 8.50!!!! It's so good i wanna take my babacare there tonight! This place is tucked away in a pretty dead strip mall behind walgreeens. This place would be more well known if it wasnt in a terrible location that makes it hella hard to find

Amazing flavors and very warm staff/owners. This unassuming place is in a quiet, older strip mall. The staff were warm, kind and accommodating. The ice cream is delish, with many unique flavors to choose from. I especially enjoyed Orange Cardamom. Games and books available to entertain the kiddos. There's also Nahita's Bakery and Cafe at this location serving up Turkish specialties.

The matcha is great love how they don't mask the slight bitterness.

One can tell right away that they know their coffee and roast their own beans in-house. It gives the whole experience a refined, gourmet feel. The Nola style vanilla iced coffee was fantastic. The medium roast beans had rich, chocolate-forward notes, and the vanilla was subtle rather than overly sweet, balancing the coffee. The Durian Blossom is also very pleasant because it mixes in jasmine tea! The one durian drink I didn't like was Durian Silk Brew (I think this is a seasonal drink) because it included fermented rice. The mix of durian and alcohol/fermentation was too much for my taste buds. Line can be long, there are a few kiosks inside to place your orders and some (usually crowded) tables at the side.

Later, we found out that someone else picked up her drinks because of the number mistake. So make sure the screen is back at the main ordering page and that your own phone number is entered before placing your order. The drinks themselves were light and yummy. We also went during a BOGO 50% off promotion, which was a nice bonus. The drinks were good, but the 75-minute wait and ordering mix-up were definitely frustrating.

They give you the option to put double matcha (for the honey matcha latte) which is a plus! The double shot of matcha and the honey pairs really well together. It has the perfect amount of sweetness and a perfect amount of matcha to make it taste rich without being bitter. The strawberry matcha latte has strawberry puree and strawberry bits which makes it taste really sweet. It's a really good contrast of flavors and an overall solid strawberry matcha latte. They also updated the self-ordering kiosk with 2 instead of one now, so there's barely any lines now compared to when they first opened. The drinks are a lot quicker so you don't have to wait too long. There's also no seats inside but there's plenty of waiting space on the outside patio! Overall I would highly recommend this place for matcha lovers. Their matcha is super rich in flavor and they have a lot of options. Sometimes, they also have matcha powder in stock too! My first experience was pretty mid because the ceremonial matcha latte was VERY strong and bitter. I couldn't finish it and it made me super jittery. After coming back a few more times though, I found a couple things I really liked. The Crème Brûlée Matcha was delicious. I finished the entire drink. You can't change the sweetness level, which is unfortunate, but their recommended sweetness actually balanced the stronger matcha really well. The ice cream is probably the best thing here. Super creamy, perfectly sweet and really well blended. I would honestly come back just for the ice cream. The strawberry matcha latte was pretty unmemorable to me, and the hojicha was also extremely bitter. Service was good. The barista was kind and helpful, which I appreciated. You order through a kiosk, so there isn't a ton of interaction overall. When I first came around their opening, there was basically no line. After they started getting more hype, the lines became longer and longer. I think it's worth trying, but personally I wouldn't wait in a huge line for it. Overall, the matcha itself tastes authentic and is prepared well, but some drinks are just too bitter for my preference. My recommendations: the ice cream or Crème Brûlée Matcha. Those were easily the standouts for me.

There's a larger communal table, and some counter seating. Parking can be difficult. There's a small area in the parking garage for "guest" parking. It's almost always full and you will depend on luck to find one spot there or arrive in time when someone is leaving their spot. There is no parking on most of the surrounding streets, except for the small section of the road that curves underneath Lawrence. And that part is often full of parked cars. It can be frustrating and this parking situation will easily drive away customers to find somewhere else with easier parking.
