My friend & I came here for the first time last Friday evening for drinks. We sat at the bar & I ordered the penicillin & I believe my friend had the hibiscus margarita. They serve HH everyday from 5-7 which is good to know for the future. Our bartender was very friendly & made excellent drinks although the price was steep for their non HH price. Their menu had good options as far as wine, beer, cocktails, & bites as well. The bar is located inside the Hilton hotel on the first floor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance was clean, spacious, & nice![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would definitely come back during HH.

1/5/2025 NO SET MENU I've just discovered this restaurant and found their menu on Yelp and on Google reviews. According to the staff, the Hilton and Rosemary Room has officially opened in the summer of 2024. When I arrived today for brunch, to my displeasure, the menu has changed completely! I came here to get the lobster omelet and the assorted pastry basket, but none was on the menu! No menu posted on the Hilton website for the Rosemary Room. I found their menu on Yelp and Google reviews, which is now an old menu, which is strange, as I have seen someone post the menu about a month ago. The menu given today is a limited menu and nobody knows if that will change again. Also, this is for the Weekend Brunch menu and not for any other menu. Very confusing. It's unfortunate because the original menu on Yelp and Google reviews looked so promising! BREAKFAST SANDWICH Overall the sandwich was okay. It did not match the price of the sandwich. The first bite was good, but slowly that declined with each bite. The eggs were soft, but salty. Pretzel bun flavor was there, but it was cold and a bit dense. The garlic rosemary aioli was good. But it was not enough. The sweet potato hot sauce was barely present. The two sauces did not go together. Sausage were sausage links, not sausage patty and the links kept falling out. Arugula was added and although that cut the overall butteryness and oilyness of the sandwich, it was difficult to eat without it coming out of the sandwich Side of diced roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes were the best part of the meal. It was lightly seasoned and it really was the better accompaniment of the sandwich and dish. Had a cup of hot Earl Grey tea, as I wanted a hot drink. Earl Grey tea was not bad, even though it was a tea bag. LOCATION / PARKING Inside Hilton Hotel. On Brenner + Orangethorpe. There's a free parking structure right next to the Hilton or you can street park, but it is limited. Valet parking is available as well. CUSTOMER SERVICE The two servers that were on staff, they were friendly and did an excellent job in service.

Cinnamon Pancake- the only thing good here

Stayed at the hotel and had Breakfast on Sunday. No one was sitting here? Probably should have gotten the hint... We had the regular 2 egg, sausage and potatoes. Didn't come with bread and they don't offer cappuccino or lattes. The sausage I thought was pork but ended up to be a bland turkey sausage. They gave me regular coffee but had to ask for cream and the server forgot to provide a spoon. Bad service! But the cinnamon bun pancake was good!

The atmosphere is very nice and contemporary. The service provided by Justin and Erica is World class customer service. My server recommended the Chashu Hash Skillet - crispy potatoes, maple soy glazed Long Beach mushrooms, pickled Fresno chiles, and two sunny side eggs. The food tasted amazing you definitely will not be disappointed! The coffee was pretty good too, they have espresso and variety of flavor syrups.

Staff are all very nice. Our server Rodolfo was very helpful, kept refilling our coffee.

    Fortaleza reposado and Merlot.

They have some great additive free tequila. Not cheap but you pay to drink the best. They also have the crap stuff like Casamigos and don julio but why drink that when you can drink Ocho and fortaleza. Paul and Russel were on it. They were always. Fast and kept the drinks flowing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a bit loud as it's in the lobby but it's a hotel bar what would you expect.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    The Rosemary omelette.

Rodolfo our server was excellent. The food was excellent. The omelette with potato is decadent.

Bread was also tasty! Got the petite choco souffle with the grand marnier anglais. Also perfectly fluffy but my friend got it with the choco sauce and i have to say that one was better. Our server was very warm and helpful. For two of us we ordered one heavier dish and 3 on the lighter side and I actually left pretty stuffed. The menu is always evolving so I'd love to return, but for this visit we started with the bread and ham butter. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the ham butter imparted so much flavor. My favorite item that we ordered was the Galician Octopus. The thin slices were perfectly executed and the flavors underneath packed a punch. I would pass on the Gambas al Ajillo. While the shrimp were large, I found myself wishing that they had some char. The Summer Squash Salad was a perfect complement to the other dishes. I found the squash ribbons to be unique, the dressing to be light and fresh, and the inclusion of small bits of cheese to impart just the right amount of saltiness to the dish. Because we were celebrating my birthday, they gave us a complimentary slice of the basque cheesecake with a candle in it. Typically I'm not a big fan of this type of cheesecake, but theirs was wonderful and we ate the whole thing. I'm always appreciative when a restaurant does a little something extra for a special occasion. Extra props to our server because she noticed the gift that my friend brought for me and took it upon herself to inquire about the occasion and bring the dessert. It's those little touches that mean a lot.

Perfectly prepared octopus and the sauce - it was a party in my mouth. A definite must try! - Braised Mushroom: I was on the fence about this one but my friend picked it. It was surprisingly good. You mix in the onsen egg and it just works. - Rack of Pork - this is another winner of a dish! I will say it tastes even better as a left over. The pork was perfectly seasoned and oh so yummy! - bosque cheesecake: nice and creamy cheesecake and a nice way to wrap up a meal. I'm not a drinker, but they had an assortment of wines and beers. Every dish is beautifully created with an incredible level of attention to detail you can feel the care, artistry, and intention behind every course. The chefs here are doing something truly special. This is absolutely a special-occasion restaurant: anniversaries, milestone birthdays, wedding dinners, or a once-in-a-lifetime date night. You will be spending a pretty penny, but that's because this is not an everyday Friday-night dinner spot it's a full culinary experience. If I had the budget, I'd come every week... maybe twice. Dinner is a multi-course tasting experience that begins around 5 PM and carries you through the evening you'll likely be there until 10 PM or later. There's a wine cellar, curated pairings, and an atmosphere that feels intimate, elevated, and deeply intentional. This place is clearly designed for guests with an elevated palate and a true appreciation for the culinary arts and thoughtfully sourced, curated dishes. For just my husband and me, we spent a little over $600 for the evening, and I can honestly say every single dollar was worth it. If you're someone who loves food, storytelling through cuisine, and unforgettable dining experiences, this is a must. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I'm glad we finally had the chance to try it! The Good: Our server was outstanding. Friendly, engaging, and attentive throughout the entire meal, they made each course enjoyable and really elevated the experience with great hospitality. The Food: Some dishes were excellent, while others were just okay. The filet mignon was a great cut of meat in general, but mine arrived closer to blue/rare despite ordering it medium rare. It wasn't a huge issue, and it was still enjoyable. Overall, nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out compared to other fine dining restaurants I've visited. Considering the price, I also found the portion sizes a bit underwhelming. 3/5 The Meh: The cocktail reception area gets very crowded before dinner. There's only one small bar, so drinks can take a while. The bread and appetizers were served family style, with guests grabbing items by hand, which wasn't my favorite. We were in a private dining room, but the space still felt cramped. For couples or smaller parties looking for a more intimate fine dining experience, the atmosphere may feel a bit too crowded. Heads Up: -There is a cancellation fee for reservations. -Free parking is available in the lot. There is no valet service. -An 18% gratuity is automatically added to the bill. Overall, I'm happy we experienced it at least once. The service was the highlight of the evening, while the food and atmosphere didn't quite live up to the expectations that come with the price and the difficulty of getting a reservation.

I was going to let this go, but the dry bread pudding when I finally got home reminded me....

I have celebrated my last few birthdays at Club 33 and it is always special. I've been to Madame Leota's Masquerade, Summer of Tiki, and a few Flight Schools. This year is the 75th anniversary of Alice in Wonderland and they started having a Mad Hatter's Tea Party afternoon tea at lunch which was introduced in May 2026. The afternoon tea will only be held until June 28, 2026 and I was able to secure an Unbirthday reservation in early June. The Court of Angels is decorated with the theme using a large floral background. The tea party is fabulous. If you enjoy afternoon or high tea as I do, you will love it. We ordered the Alice themed tea set which is either served with a blueberry merlot tea or your choice of Alice themed cocktail. I went with the Her Majesty's Mallet subbing the gin with vodka. It was refreshing. My friend tried the Pocket Watch sour with vodka too and that was even better. The first course is a tier of savory bites: curried egg tart, roast beef watercress sandwich, golden osetra caviar, marinated cucumber sandwich, ahi tuna crudo tartine, and parmesan thyme scone. My favorite was the caviar on potato crisp bite! For the second course, I chose the English pea and leek soup instead of the butter lettuce salad. Delicious as always! For the entree, I went with the petit filet mignon (medium rare). The steak was sublime and my knife cut it like butter! The last course was a tier of Alice in Wonderland themed sweet bites: Alice blueberry cheesecake tart, Queen of Hearts raspberry shortbread cookies, Cheshire Cat strawberry macaron, Mad Hatter birthday cake mousse, and a chocolate mushroom cream puff. By now, I was getting full so I took a few bites and saved some to box up for home. My friends had a grand time taking photos and making conversation. We even sat next to a couple of celebrities that day which was even more magical. I am forever grateful for the friendships in my life that make this possible. Thank you to my dear friend who is a member. Is Club 33 the best dining experience ever? It might not be for everyone, but for this Disney loving gal, it sure ranks near the top. *Please do not ask if I can get you a reservation.

Continues to be a great spot to relax during a Disneyland day, if you're able to get a reservation…read morethrough a member. The last time we visited, it was a SUPER cute Alice in Wonderland themed tea party. Absolutely perfect timing for our visit because our 7 year-old happened to be super into Alice at the time, so it seemed like a customized visit. They gave 1 gift bag per party, with a few pieces of each type of candy when you leave. To slightly nitpick, I would have preferred if you got to choose which candies, and also for each person to get a bag. The bathrooms continue to impress--ornate sinks, full door toilets, chaise seating in powder area, etc., perfect for changing back into your Disneyland wear--that is, if you bothered to conform to the supposedly strict dress code (no tennis shoes, athletic wear, etc.). There were a number of folks in tennis shoes and athletic wear, which annoyed me. Inappropriate customer attire unfortunately changed the ambiance of this secluded/relaxing/nice dining experience to more akin to just another Disneyland restaurant. Be aware that only ~half the Club 33 merchandise is available for purchase, unless you have the member card with you. Service in the merchandise area can be very slow, so if you have kids, you might want to send someone either prior to completion of your meal, or to stay behind to make purchases while others move on to the rest of the park.
