I have had a lot of Indian food, and this is still some of my favorite in Arizona. My go-to order here is usually between the malai kofta, shahi paneer, lamb korma (please try this), and the chicken 65. I find medium spice to be the perfect level of heat. The depth of flavor in their curries are incredible. The shahi paneer in particular is a great example of how precise their process must be. You can genuinely taste the combination of every spice used, and it feels like they used the perfect ratio. There are so many different notes of flavor and not a single one seems to be drowning out the other. The same can even be said about the chicken 65, but the curry is where this really shines. Also they've been really good about their rice, it was the perfect texture the last few times we've been. I can't comment on the service in-restaurant since my girlfriend and I are the kind of people to get takeout and watch a movie, but I will say the carryout ordering process has gotten significantly smoother. Ordering on the phone seems to be the way to go, and I have not had any of my orders messed up. I have had a couple times where I was awkwardly waiting for someone to be ready to help me get my order, but the wait time has generally been WAY better (like literal seconds), and staff are friendlier. Overall I would probably give a 4.5. Due to how good it is, and more importantly, how *consistently* good it's been, we've pretty much gone here every time we want Indian.

Big mistake. The timing of the food was really off. The veggie platter came out before the naan and rice. Then the naan came out, but still no rice. Everything felt staggered from the kitchen, and it made it hard to actually enjoy the meal when the components were arriving 10-15 minutes apart. With Indian food especially, timing matters. You want the bread, rice, sauces, and entrees together so the meal actually makes sense. As for the food, there were more misses than hits. The veg samosas were not very good and had an unusual spice flavor that we just didn't enjoy. The paneer fingers were probably the best thing we had, but the dipping sauce that came with them wasn't great. The tandoori veg platter was also underwhelming. The tandoori potatoes were good, but that was about the only standout. Since there was no bread or rice with it at the time, it felt incomplete and awkward to eat. Eventually, we ordered tikka masala sauce separately just to try to salvage the meal. To be fair, the waitstaff was nice and the restaurant itself was clean. I don't want to make it sound like everything was bad. But for a birthday dinner, and especially as people who usually really enjoy Indian food, this just missed the mark for us. Typically it does include pieces of meat with bone still attached so it is a careful eating but the effort pays off. It was an incredibly flavorful dish with the goat being extremely tender with a great depth of flavor. The rice added to the experience being moist and tender also. We started with our usual vegetable samosa which is great with the provided tamarind and green sauces. We also tried the Saag Paneer which again, was perfectly seasoned and had the medium heat we requested. It was another take out but the dining room looked great and happy to see people at the tables as this new restaurant builds. The food was ordered online and was ready within 5 minutes of the estimated time. This will definitely be a go to spot for us.

We ordered the garlic shrimp, fried momos, and grilled chicken. Their Indo-Chinese menu is solid great flavor and taste, and definitely the highlight of the meal.
