The place was very busy as it was a Saturday night. We had dinner reservations for 8:30, but they had us wait at the bar. The bar was overflowing with people so getting a drink was not easy and there was no seating was full. The staff is very friendly and service is great. We were guided to our table after we had our drinks. Our server, David was gracious and attentive. We ordered the seabass and filet mignon. Both were as expected for a steakhouse of that caliber. I was expecting the steak to be more flavorful. They do offer signature steak sauces complimentary with your steak and we decided to sample all of them. I was surprised that the tables were so close for a steakhouse and it was bright. I was expecting a quieter ambiance and a little more room for the level that this restaurant is at. This was a very special place to enjoy dinner. First, there is free valet car service for this restaurant. It's close to the beach so parking comes with a premium. Our waiter, Jimmy was terrific, advising us of his recommendations. They start you off with drinks- they have an unbelievable wine display. Three spreads of honey, fig jam and butter were available for the warmed biscuits. The beef prices are not accurately updated on their website, so expect to pay at least 30-40% more. The porterhouse steak for two was the best value and was hearty and delicious. We had shared a baked potato and roasted Brussels sprouts. It was awesome. We made room for a scrumptious dessert- NY cheesecake. This was the BEST! We loved our dinner. I, along with a group of friends have patronized Cut 432 for the past two years weekly. The food, staff, and, atmosphere has always been on point. Until last night, 12/14/24. A group of four of us stopped in for Happy Hour. We all ordered drinks, and ordered food from the Happy Hour Menu. Once again, all were incredible. However, the female bartender, (she said her name was Dawn, but I heard her use other names throughout the night) was incredibly rude. This was so out of character for Cut 432. And, it was'nt just me, she was that way to our entire group. She was clearly upset that we were there. She kept getting more and more upset every time one of us would order another round of drinks or food. As the night went on she got more and more furious. Finally, basically ignored us. It appeared we were in the way of her personal friends sitting where we were. They were all hovering in between us as she gave free drink after free drink away. People would say, I need my tab, she would reply "you don't have one" Then accept generous cash tips from them. Suddenly, a lot started to make sense. Our group was clearly cramping her style, and she was incredibly upset we were there. It was so uncomfortable, none of us had ever experienced anything like that at Cut 432, or actually anywhere along Atlantic Ave. Sad, because we all love this place, but its really hard to justify going back after that treatment. read more

Had an outstanding dinner last night. Our reservation was @ 6:00. We should have come in early for a happy hour drink as there was room at the bar on a Sunday night. I had read that people line up outside at 4:45 to get a seat but our waiter stated that is usually on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Food was top notch! My favorite restaurant of all time. Make a reservation to get in. Everything about this place is phenomenal from the food, service, and ambiance. All the servers are kind, attentive, and make great recommendations. From the steaks to the seafood and of course the delicious sides (truffle Mac and cheese is my favorite) has been spot on perfect every time. The drinks were very good and the steaks were delicious! My boys split a porterhouse for two and the meat melted in your mouth. Perfect! My wife and I went out for our anniversary dinner and chose to go to Cut 432. We had a 6:00 PM reservation. We arrived a little late but they had no problem seating us immediately. Our server, David, was new but you couldn't tell at all. He was attentive and knowledgeable. He made excellent suggestions and answered all our questions. We started with appetizers. My wife ordered the Lobster Bisque and I had the Oysters Rockefeller. Both were delicious but the standout for me was definitely the oysters. It was, by far, the best Oysters Rockefeller I've ever eaten. The crispy pancetta put it over the top. For dinner, we had a jumbo lump crab cake and the seared Ahi tuna. Again, both were delicious. The tuna was served with picked radish & watermelon and had an amazing edamame emulsion which made the perfectly seared, sesame crusted, tuna even better. I was invited to Cut 432 by a friend after work. It was a little last minute so we were dressed very casually. I only mention that because it is a fancier restaurant as reflected by the price tag. The service was decent, mostly by the younger newer staff that just wanted to be helpful. Our server seemed to be confused by our attire and didn't try very hard to win us over until he realized we had restaurant gift cards and had visited on more than one occasion. For appetizers we had oysters. It was hard to hear the origin but we had a variety. Some from the east coast and some from the west. I preferred the east cost oysters. They were lighter and more refreshing. The west coast oyster had a little bit more of an ocean taste for my liking. I ordered the shrimp scampi. The sauce was nice, light and flavorful. The shrimp were also huge! Three of the four shrimp were cooked perfectly. The last one was a bit over cooked and chewy. A little but disappointing for the price but not a deal breaker. My friend ordered the petit filet mignon which I forgot to picture (sorry). The steak is listed to be 8 oz but it sure looked to be between 8-10 oz after it was cooked. It was a generous helping and it was cooked really well. The meat was tender and juicy. We shared a side of mashed potatoes. We came here for our one "fancy" dinner that my BF and I do every trip we take. We passed by while walking the Atlantic Avenue strip the day prior and knew that was the place for us to come back to. The atmosphere of this place was super elegant, with bar, table, and booth seating (which they had really cool booths BTW!) We were seated in Pat's section, where he got our drink orders and brought out their biscuits. They have homemade lemonade for the win! There was 1 biscuit a piece, so this isn't a place where you have to have self control on how much bread you eat so you aren't stuff before the food comes-- loved that! The biscuits came with a 3 tray option of butter, fig jam, and honey. The fig jam was the perfect amount of sweet and you can never go wrong with honey on a biscuit! We ordered our food, that we planned to split together. We had the 12 ounce Filet, the jumbo asparagus, truffled cream corn, and mash potatoes. We got talked into getting the truffle Mac & cheese and we weren't mad about it at all because both of us secretly wanted it anyways so we caved. The filet was cooked to order (medium rare) and they even cut it in half for us, as they knew we planned to split everything. The filet was beyond tender and so juicy-- up there with the best steaks I've had. The asparagus was the biggest I've ever seen, so when they say large, they aren't lying! Mashed potatoes were excellent and the truffle Mac and cheese did NOT disappoint. It was everything we dreamed of. Truly delicious!! The whole meal was truly delicious rather!! Pat came back around to check on things and ask if we needed some boxes. They boxed and bagged everything up for us. He then mentioned he was going to get us a dessert, on him, which he did not have to do but was beyond appreciated and such a friendly gesture. He brought us out a piece of their cheesecake with what looked like raspberry or strawberry purée designed on the plate. He told us their cheesecake is made with the same cheese fillings that you find in cannoli. It was so light, fluffy, and sweet. Nothing like the denser cheesecake you would be accustomed to. Fabulous! We loved Pat's personality and the few stories he shared-- some of which had ties to IN, where we are from. He provided attentive and friendly service the whole night. I'll say it time and time again, that the wait staff can really make your whole dinning experience and he did just that!!! Thank you so much Pat for such a memorable time for our "fancy" dinner date! For our entrees, we both ordered medium rare Ribeyes, mine was regular and my coworkers was the dry aged version and a Lobster Mac & Cheese. Our entrees took over an hour to come out, we were both starving by then and we received burnt steak. Thank God inside wasn't well done, it was around medium/medium-well and we ate the flavorless brunt steaks because we were already starving. The roasted garlic made the steaks more bearable. As for the Lobster Mac & Cheese, for almost $40, you get like 4 pieces of lobster and the pasta was pretty dense. Again, wouldn't recommend. Celebrated my Husband's first year NOT cooking on NYE (he's an executive chef). Decided on Cut 432 as I've never been and he had been years ago. Everything was on point perfect from start to finish. The hostess greeted us warmly, table was already ready for us to be seated, and cocktails were ordered within a minute or two of sitting down. We devoured the biscuits. Like, will in fact go back purely for the biscuits alone. I'm not a heavy meal eater, but he is, so we shared the classic Caesar, Ribeye, truffled cream corn, mashed potatoes, and indulged in all the sauces. Everything was delicious, steak was tender and cooked perfectly. It's damn near impossible to impress my husband, let alone not criticize some aspect of a dining experience, and this was indeed a homerun. On a busy celebratory night too, the service was on point and we didn't feel rushed whatsoever. I will say the nicest gesture was my husband receiving a phone call the day after to make sure our dining experience was good. I told him to take notes.... We've had two great experiences at Cut. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The first (May) was for our anniversary and I fell in love (not only with my 'then' fiance but also) the lamb chop dish. Good lawd was it delicious and fulfilling! Fast forward to September and I chose Cut again for my birthday with my (now) wife and in-laws. I was so excited to get back but only be let down when they inform me they currently don't offer the same aforementioned lamb chops. Due to everything going on in the world, it's hard to come by Colorado lamb - and what can be found is super expensive. Either way we still settled on some great filets and sides. The fries are so yummy and they don't short you on the amount of cut up fried taters they bring you. Everything was on point! Fantastic. Can't wait to return yet again.... read more

We came here for dinner one night while in Delray and it was worth it. I would recommend making reservations, especially on weekends. First off, the two biscuits they give are amazing, and we could've eaten a dozen each. Next time I'm going to ask for more. They come with honey, butter and a raspberry jam, and you can't go wrong with either one. They are better than the red lobster cheddar biscuits. We also ordered the octopus as the appetizer and thought it was flavorful with a little spice and cooked right. For the main course, we got the 36oz porterhouse, which was $150. The steak was seasoned and cooked medium and came out nice and juicy. For the sides, we ordered mushrooms and the buttermilk mashed potato and both were delicious. The service was good, and I thought it was funny that our waiter reminded me of the butler in Mr. Deeds always popping up out of nowhere to check on us. The only bad thing we can say about this place is the ginger ale I got didn't really taste that sweet, but the guava-hibiscus margarita was yummy. We would recommend this place. They also validate parking but are not sure how that works or where to park because we are within walking distance. We'll give this place a 4.5, but we will round up. read more
