Love the interior and the atmosphere. Favorite dishes - 1. Creamed Brussel Sprout - interesting twist on the traditional Creamed Spinach. 2. Red Snapper Ceviche - refreshing and yummy. 3. Steak Tartar - it's a very clean version of steak tartar. 4. Porterhouse - simply yummy and satisfying. 5. Dressed Lobster - delicious! The sauce compliment really well. 6. Complimentary Croissant - warm and buttery, right out of oven. So good! The okayed - 1. Flamingo Chopped Salad - it's good but a but heavy on dressing. 2. Branzino - good but pretty generic. 3. Filet Mignon - could be better The so so - 1. Tuna Crudo - kinda boring. 2. Prime Rib - probably just personal that not a fan of it. 3. Grilled Oyster - looks sad and tasted sad. 4. Onion Ring - so much batter. It's a member's only restaurant in collaboration with Major Food Group. Service was very nice, manager and sommelier would even walk around each table and greet guests!

Our kids and grandsons were staying at the The Boca Raton Resort and picked the Flamingo Grill for dinner. A throw back to a 1960's Steakhouse, very attractive setting. Typical Steakhouse restaurant with very high prices and a very nice but pricey wine list. As usual ,excellent and attentive service. The restaurant is part of the Major Food Group restaurants from New York that operates all the restaurants at the resort. I started with a very good TUNA CRUDO, sliced Cucumber, Green Onion, and Caper Salsa. My ordered the soup du jour, Potato Leek Soup, also very good. For mains, I tried the 20 oz, PRIME BONE-IN RIBEYE available simply grilled or blackened. Very good but expensive at $78. My wife opted for the CLASSIC CRAB CAKE, served with a pickled mustard Remoulade, she thought it was good. The best value was dessert, a Banana Split , a whole production with them flaming it and it was only $ 15. For their prices, there are better steakhouses in the area.

From the moment you walk in the door, you know you are walking into a great resturant. The service was great, my husband had the grouper, witch was amazing. The desert was on of the best deserts I have had in awhile. Bannna foster.

Nice high end restaurant on the grounds of the Boca Raton hotel. Cocktails were delicious. Had a perfectly made Manhattan . Tuna appetizer was excellent. Albeit a little small , Cesar salad also very good . Filet mignon was cooked to perfection. I am familiar with the prices on steaks at most steakhouses. Porterhouse usually runs $60-$65 a person. They had a porterhouse for 2 special for $250. I passed on it. I. Sure it was dry aged and all. But out of line with the pricing. Lamb chops good.

You go here just for the view. Food is overpriced for the quality. Ceviche was good, could have used a bit more acidity. Also ordered the flamingo salad and that was fairly bad... the vegetables tasted old and some had a weird flavor. Salad is also tiny considering they charge almost $20 for it. Staff was very nice and friendly that's why I'm giving it an ok rating. Would only go here for a drink otherwise.

Amazing, I finally can say Boca has an old school steak house if you can acutely get in. Legendary food from the tuna crudo, to the bone in 20oz ribeye and let's not forget the potato royal a loaded baked potato served in a casserole dish also the incredable table side banana split don't miss out. The amazing Captain who orchestrated this incredible dining experience is the one and only Capt Scotty. If your making a reservation ask for Capt Scotty he'll make your night into a special night. Legendary food, beverage, and incredible next level service

First things first- this restaurant is only accessible for guests or members at the boca resort. We were staying here for a weekend and wanted to try out the major food group collab, and we were not disappointed! All the food we had was incredibly delicious! We had the shrimp cocktail, veal chop, potatoes royale, and a banana split! Everything was super, the only reason I knock off a star is because the portions for proteins were definitely on the smaller side.

Our options were 5:00 or 8:45, so we took the 8:45 reservation. We arrived around 8:20 to see if they might be able to seat us a little earlier. We were greeted right away, told our table would be ready soon, and offered champagne while we waited. Such a nice touch! The restaurant itself is beautiful. It's dark, modern, upscale, and romantic, with a large bar and lounge featuring live jazz music, as well as a separate dining area. We ended up sitting in the lounge and loved the atmosphere. Our server, Adrianna, was extremely friendly and attentive. We started with drinks. We ordered the Private Plane, which comes with a cute little paper airplane and a large square ice cube, and a vodka martini. Both were excellent and strong, which I personally prefer! We decided to do several appetizers instead of entrées and ordered the lobster tacos, Wagyu dumplings, and burrata and tomato salad. Everything was excellent with great portions and tons of flavor. The lobster tacos were outstanding and probably my favorite lobster tacos I've ever had. Then came dessert. We couldn't decide between the Bananas Foster and the brownie with ice cream. Adrianna told us she had an idea and would take care of it. She came back with both desserts on the house! We were completely surprised. They were both so good that I honestly couldn't decide which one I liked better, so I'm glad we got to try both! The manager also stopped by to check on us, which was another nice touch. What really stood out was how special they made us feel. It was just an ordinary Saturday date night for us, but from the champagne when we arrived to the service and surprise desserts, they turned it into something memorable. Excellent food, drinks, atmosphere, and service. We will absolutely be back!

From the time you walk in until you leave, service is exceptional. From the greeters to the server, helpers, and even a manager, who stopped by our table. Now the food. The bread was crusty, yet soft and warm in the middle and was accompanied by a salty butter that made it addictive. We had the calamari appetizer. The presentation was very appealing. The sauce that came with it was very tasty, but it didn't help make the calamari stand out. It was average. For our main entrees, we ordered the ribeye and the scallops with side dishes of crab fried rice and asparagus. My husband loved his ribeye, even though I thought it was a bit salty. The scallops were done very nicely, but it definitely was too salty. I asked them to replace the polenta that came with the dish, and I got sauteed spinach instead. It was probably one of the best I have ever had. (Sometimes the small things can be impressive.) The crab fried rice is definitely made authentically, with no soy sauce. Again, I made a special request, "no scallions," and they obliged. Hubby really liked his asparagus. But it, too, was a tad salty. We splurged for dessert and shared a creme brulee. It was extremely rich and creamy and delicious. We received a $100 gift card in the mail from this particular location, which is what prompted us to try the restaurant. One appetizer, two entrees, two side dishes, and a dessert with tax and tip was $250. We had the $100 complimentary gift card from the restaurant; so, we spent $150 on dinner for two.

The kind that make it seem like you are bothering them. Nothing terrible, but most certainly not inviting. The wait staff was attentive but not always effective. Demitri was definitely the highlight of the wait staff. He was genuinely interested in making our visit as good as he could. The food was a mixed bag: Wedge salad - meh. The ingredients seemed pretty mediocre, except for the smoked bacon, which was fabulous! I was unimpressed by the dressing, it just didn't have much flavor. Octopus appetizer - a "special" of the night that was not on the menu. Absolutely scrumptious. The flavors mixed together wonderfully, from the grilled Octopus, to the onions, the tomatoes, to the olives. They all worked perfectly. A very well constructed and perfectly prepared dish. Rib Steak - again, meh. It was prepared to a perfect medium rare, but it lacked any real flavor. My friend ordered it prepared with a pepper crust with Makers Mark au Poivre. We could not see or taste any pepper crust at all, and the au Poivre was boring. We asked the server, Dimitri, if he could try something else. He happily obliged and brought the Bernaise sauce to us. The tarragon was so overpowering that we couldn't eat it. Dimitri asked us how we liked it and then offered to bring us out another option, which was a mushroom garlic butter topping. That was by far the best of the three. Oh, almost forgot the bread. My buddy LOVED the bread basket. I can't eat it due to having Celiac, but he said it was awesome! Sorry, I didn't take any more photos than the two I added to the review. But the place is beautiful and well appointed. It is very loud though. Just fair warning. I wish I could give this place 5 stars, but it just didn't strike me a five star place. Kudos to Dimtri for being a bright spot and offering us excellent service.
