If you want a free meal go to Cuttys!!! Me and my family went there for dinner after a long day. We ordered pizza and when it came out, half out the bottom of the pizza was burnt and the other half was uncooked. My mom and grandparents told our waitress and asked if they could make it again. After the second came out it was still burnt a little even more. The cooks were staring at us to see if we liked the pizza. We didn't. Our waitress said thats normal when we pointed it out again. The manager or owner came out and said it's free. My mom didn't care about the money she just wanted a good meal for her kids. We were going to pay for the pizza but, he proceeded to get more upset and was offended that we didn't like the pizza, BECAUSE IT WAS BURNT!!! The place turned into an uncomfortable environment really quickly. The costumer service was horrible and the food sucked. Save your money, wait you will just get it for free. This is a great place to go away from the craziness of the Jackson town area where there was 0 availability due to long wait time and restaurant closures from Covid. Also super reasonable pricing. Wow! We decided on this place in Jackson due to reviews. We were all thoroughly impressed with the food, atmosphere, AND service here. (Not to mention, the music playing was great, too!) Our waiter Brendan was extremely personable, kind, and friendly! We all really appreciated visiting with him. There were 4 in our party. Two ended up splitting the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and fries. It satisfied them both (portion wise) and they thought it tasted delicious! My sister and I ordered a 16" pizza and we were not disappointed. We thoroughly loved being able to pick half her choice, half mine! (I thought the white pizza with garlic was bomb! While visiting family in nearby Pinedale, we decided to take a day trip to Jackson & The Grand Tetons. My brother suggested a Philadelphia themed sports bar, restaurant, and pub that has great, Philly CheeseSteaks served on Amoroso's Rolls from Philadelphia and some very respectable Pizza. That's just what he and I had. The ladies ordered The Buffalo Burger, Chicken Sandwich, and Bacon Cheese Fries were also outstanding. The Pizza was so good we took another one home for later that night. The service was lacking nothing. They are friendly, helpful folks, and not to mention there are some really beautiful ladies on staff too. The help was very on top of it all too and everything came to the table together, as ordered, hot, and delicious. My Iced Tea & Water Glasses were never empty. Great, great stuff! This place just looked like a small bar and we didn't expect much. They have a spirts bar theme, large bar and outdoor seating area. One of the largest outdoor areas of all the places we ate in Jackson. Unfortunately it was raining so we couldn't eat outside. One of their specialty items is Philly cheese steak, so I thought I would give it a try. It was excellent! My wife and daughter had chicken strips which they said were good. That is a high complement considering the large number of restaurants they have had chicken strips at. The service was excellent, the waitress and others were continually asking us if we needed anything. Drinks stayed full. Food came out fast. This place was right across the street from the hotel we stayed at, Pony Express. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for good bar/pub comfort food. This is my 'go to' place when I'm in Jackson for great food at a decent price. The philly steak sandwiches are the best I've ever had, and huge enough for lunch the next day while out in the back country. The service has always been great and the atmosphere is 'down to earth.' They also keep the establishment clean. Parking is the only issue, but after all...this is Jackson. If you're not into California style pizza (Tetons) and overpriced trendy cafes, this is the place for you. read more

Absolutely zero complaints on this hidden gem! Well, maybe to be forewarned that the portions are enormous! I truly believe that you couldn't find a better place in Philly for a steak sandwich! I have family in Jackson, so visit once or twice a year. I also used to live there. But I never knew of Cuttys! In any case, in July my daughter and I were staying in Wilson and planned on going to the Stage Coach for a late dinner, but it was closed. So we headed into town and everything was either closed or completely packed with a very long wait. We were about to sadly settle for fast food, when we saw at Cuttys across the street and decided to give it a try. Very unassuming; I had never noticed it before. Wow! What a surprise! Their Philly cheese steaks are absolutely amazing! And, as a non-wheat eater, I was thrilled to find that all of their Philly sandwiches are often offered as a salad instead of with a bang. Really yummy and amazing, check out the pictures! The atmosphere was wonderful: very friendly, low-key, felt like a happy local hang out. Family friendly. Lots of TVs with sports on and arcade games to play, as well as a full bar. I believe the owners are from Philadelphia because everything is decorated with Philadelphia stuff. Looooooove their Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches! We always visit there at lease two time each visit to Jackson Hole! Their drinks are yummy, and potent, too! I ordered a chicken Philly and chef salad. I had my boyfriend pick it up. When I got it it was a beef Philly. When I called to tell them some lady in the background shouted we never got any chicken Philly for to go. So they offered to make it over again and didn't even get an apology or any sort of discount as my boyfriend had to drive all the way back there to pick up the right sandwich. Stop in for a couple brews. Checked out the menu but didn't get anything to eat. What stood out to me, was how the staff constantly checked on me even though I was just drinking a beer. This is kinda like a diner with a small bar area. There were lots of families with small children dining. Parking is limited especially during the winter months with all the plowed snow along the sides. There are TV monitors if you're looking to catch you game. Ok so lived here for three months and never came even with recommendations. Just came in on a whim and it was worth it. Cheese steak is spot on with numerous options (including cheese whiz!!) and pizza is a great east coast style, which I haven't seriously tasted since New York 5 years previous. Great place to watch a game, with numerous tvs able to play different stations (unlike other bar and grills in j-hole), even a couple with personal screens. We dined here the other day for dinner and it was fantastic. Dined outdoors and the weather was perfect, staff were nice and attentive and the food was excellent.
