This pharmacy can really go either way I think depending on the day. I do think they have much shorter hours then other CVS's in the area and that can be a pain. I believe it's just 10am-1:30pm then 2pm-6pm last I checked. However they do have some super sweet staff working there. Not the actual pharmacist but the pharmacy technicians are really helpful, polite and professional. I'm hoping that they will extend their hours once they get enough staff to cover everything. I know it's hard covering shifts everywhere right now but fingers crossed things will get better! *Update they expanded their hours! Very happy that they are back up and running smooth again with more staff! Great customer service now!!! read more

CVS sent me notification that because of my age I may want to get the pneumonia vaccine. My doctor suggested it so I figured I'd make an appointment. I get to CVS and they tell me it is going to be $85. I'm like ok you never know what is covered and what is not covered these days. I get the vaccine. Something didn't sit right so I called my insurance to see why I had to pay $85 for a vaccine. I was advised that with my insurance vaccines are free and they stopped contracting with CVS pharmacy in 2023 for covering vaccines but they will still cover the vaccine if you get it at the CVS minute clinic. There is a CVS minute clinic in this location. I dealt with 3 different people and none of them told me to cancel my appointment and make it with the minute clinic who I thought I was making the appointment with in the first place. The money is not the issue. It's the deceit. I don't deal with shady businesses. CVS count your days. I can take my prescriptions and my money somewhere else. read more

We had a strange visit to this CVS store. No clerk was available at the register and when a clerk did appear, she checked our items out at the self-check, and informed us that the policy was that they had to perform a significant percentage of their sales at the self-check rather than the normal register. Her service was good, no problems there, just weird having her check us out at a "self-check" rather than at a normal register. Good service by the clerk, but a questionable policy by CVS. By the way, we were the only customers in the store. read more

This pharmacy here is ridiculous! I was waiting in line in the drive thru for my prescription for 15 minutes before they closed at 8 pm. the car holding up the line didn't drive off until 8:01pm. So by the time I came up to get my prescription, they were closed! This is so ridiculously unfair! If i could be got out of the drive thru I would've but i was sandwiched in by another car. I will be looking for a different pharmacy as this place seems that this car was planned to be there so they can be done right at 8. And even if it wasn't planned they are still unfair to the the customers who had to wait because of their slow service! read more

This is the only CVS I have ever seen that carries CPAP supplies. You can order them through your prescriber, such as Arizona Valley Respiratory Services, but they bill through your insurance company, and adjust their prices accordingly to peel the insurance and patients co-pay beyond what is reasonable. Here you can get the factory supplies (as opposed to the generic knock off versions you find online) for less than what you will get billed going through you insurance company. New tubing was about ten bucks and filters were around fifteen. Supplies are limited here, but I will make sure that I stop here first for all of my CPAP supplies. read more

Came in for a walk in at the minute clinic for some pain in my side. Every single staff member working today was so nice and informative, from the doctor to the all of the pharmacists. Dr. Blonde is awesome and answered all my questions. The wait to see her was only 10 min and I was in and out of there in about 30 min. Would highly recommend this location and their minute clinic. Also if you are going through their drive though, please be patient! It's a drive through pharmacy, not a McDonald's. read more

I made an appointment online to get a COVID test and I received a text message confirming the appt but did not receive an email. So, given I had no instructions, I walked into the Minute Clinic to find out where I was to go. There was an employee standing at the desk. She didn't even look at me or greet me. All she asked was what I wanted. I stated I had a COVID (she interrupts by throwing her finger up, which startled me and made me stop talking). I was waiting to see what she was doing and then she begins to rudely start rolling her hand over and over at me saying, COVID what? Covid what? I said, COVID test. As if she wasn't already rude enough, she began telling me that I wasn't supposed to be there and that I needed to read my email. Her tone and choice of words were so nasty, condescending, and uncaring that people started looking up and staring at us. I was so embarrassed by her actions that I called her a bitch and walked out. I found where I was to have my test preformed and after asking another employee what the name of that woman was, which is "Brenda," I was told that I was the second person today that complained about how they were treated by her. Please try to explain why in the world you would have someone like that as the patient's first point of contact at your Minute Clinic? Brenda apparently does not share in the companies motto of caring for people and needs to take a course in customer service. I will never step foot in your facility again, and I will be letting others know of this as well and filing a formal complaint with corporate. read more

Two stars just because it's close to the house and my insurance is accepted. Instead of giving my on bottle with 90 tablets for my medicine they give me 3 with 30. Of course they are the manufactures bottles. They claim it is easier than 1 of 90. Having to label 3 bottles is easier than 1? Actually make that 4 because I ask for it all in one bottle - in this case easy means lazy. Most recently my doctor gave me a new medicine. The Rx was for 30 tablets, some refills were included if the medication proved effective. I was notified that this Rx was at another CVS. I asked for it to be sent to this store. Apparently it was too much to ask. When I finally picked it up I see that I've been given 90 tablets not 30. I ask why 90 not 30. The answer our system defaults to 90. I asked why when the order was for 30. Now I wait again while they correct the distribution. And Pharmacist, I heard you when you said if he wants to come back in 30 days it's his problem. I may only need this one for 30 days and I don't want to waste money or medication. A once on top of it pharmacy gone south. read more

This is the Pharmacy that I pick up most of my prescriptions and have always encountered rude behavior and tolerated it but today Saturday March 16 was the worst. The women working in this outfit, especially a red headed one is the most abnoxious of all. I waited for at least 20 minutes to pick up my meds and only one girl who was waiting on a lady in front of me was actually doing something, the rest are chit chatting and walking around. Mean while the red head while looking at a computer can say to a couple of ladies who just approach the area, but no one wants to help me. Finally, one of them opened the next window and says " I can help who ever is next". Clearly, I was the one waiting all that time. I approached the window and without looking at me barks what's your name and date of birth and proceeded to get me the meds and still not looking at me directly say " sign" meaning on the little screen. As I am leaving visibly frustrated, the red headed one yells waiving sarcastically " have a nice day." read more

Horrible experience. Won't return. My son came down with the flu AND strep. My usual pharmacy ran out of a certain prescription & transferred the RX to this location. This location told my pharmacist it would be about an hour before it was ready. An hour later, I went to pick up the medicine and surprise - they hadn't even started. The guy at the counter said it would be 15 minutes and I could wait. After 45 mins later, I went back to the counter to see what the wait was & yet again, they hadn't touched it! Please help me understand how you can have such a lack of care for the work you do. Mind you, no one is there because they want to. They are here because they need medicine for their health. Way to disrespect my time and my son's health. Just horrible. Do not use this location/pharmacy!! read more

I went in to pick up my photo order while my sister picked up her prescription. The pharmacists was very friendly and efficient! She was blonde, but unfortunately I didn't grab her name. But what brings me here to review was Annie! She was an all-star. She answered a call as I walked up to the counter and then apologized for the wait just a few moments later, which was not a problem at all but I appreciated the gesture. I gave her the name of my pickup order and she said ah yes that one is ready before going to grab it. I appreciated that she saw my name and remembered my order was there, it made me feel more welcomed. She was very pleasant, a great attitude, and we exchanged a few words as she checked me out. Among the hustle and bustle of a busy day, Annie made a mundane errand seem exceptional. Thank you Annie! read more

Not happy with their minute clinic. They (Dr. Rivas and a student) tell me it's just allergy issues. I know my body, and since I know that she was wrong, I went to an Urgent Care the next day, took x-rays and a breathing treatment and found out I had bronchitis. Never will I go to a Minute Clinic again. The problem I had with the CVS visit was the fact that they really weren't willing to listen to what I was saying and disagreeing with me, it was strange. It wasn't a good visit, so I'd highly recommend going to the Urgent Care right next door. I just feel that the Doctor lacked knowledge.. And she took a quick phone call for a couple minutes right in front of me. Also, I waited for an hour to be in their for not even 15 minutes. read more

I rarely use this pharmacy despite it being the one closest to my house. I had a simple one time prescription sent over to this pharmacy so I didn't have to drive toy usual CVS in Target 10 minutes away....big mistake. My doctor called in via a Telephone a prescription and when I showed up to pick up my prescription 3 hours later, they realized that there are voicemails on the phone! After repeating my name and date of birth no less than 10 times, I finally got my prescription in more time than it would have been for me to drive to my usual pharmacy. Never again will I fill a prescription at this location, no matter how desperate or lazy I feel. read more

Most unprofessional and rude pharmacy staff ever. I wish I could give it a negative 10 star. I had to call corporate office over the treatment I received by a very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional individual. He could not understand why I would be frustrated by them after I have been calling for the last three weeks every other day and I still don't have my medication because they keep making errors. I have nothing but issues every time I need to refill RX. No more I have moved on to Walgreens. read more

Our prescriptions have never once been ready on time. They are supposed to text when they're ready and they just never do. When we go in, they blame the doctor's office (I'm sure half a dozen doctors' offices in a row just forget to send in prescriptions). But it happens even when we bring in paper prescriptions. I would never recommend using a MinuteClinic at CVS. They do not bill as an urgent care facility; they bill as an office visit and many insurance companies will not pay the bill. You must use your primary care doctor for an office visit. MinuteClinic will not tell you this. I have been dealing with their billing department for eight months with no communication or response to my letters asking for resolution. After the third letter I received a cryptic anonymous note from MinuteClinic stating they are not an urgent care facility and done bill that way. Very unprofessional, nothing upfront and no response to questions. read more

I made an appointment at the minute clinic and made sure to get here early (45mins actually). I checked in and there was only one walk in before me. After waiting (like I expected) for 40 mins about 4 people came after me. It is 5mins away from my appointment time and the nurse took a walk in back. If I would have came as a walk-in I would have been seen earlier. 20mins past my appointment time and still not seen... Not worth making an appointment if you get here first thing. read more
