I had to make a return and this review is strictly for the employee who helped me (I think her name was Rachel). I brought in my two items with receipt from another CVS and when she scanned the item, the register kept giving an "item not found" message. So at first she said these items couldn't have been purchased here. But I explained I bought them the night before, so it's impossible that they weren't. Instead of giving me attitude, she kept trying and finally just manually entered in the UPC code, and whaddyaknow, it worked! It took a few minutes, but she stayed positive and cheerful through the whole interaction, and even apologized. I rarely receive this kind of friendly and courteous interaction from staff at grocery or drug stores these days, so Rachel has restored my faith in customer service. read more

Horrible customer service. Was unable to find any staff to open case to purchase razor blades. Emplyees ignore the automatic paging system for customers to get help. After waiting 15 minutes total and theee pages, I left in fustration. read more

Tabitha at the pharmacy section is wonderful. She is so welcoming and helpful that it makes me look forward to each visit. When I pick up prescriptions for family members and sometimes I forget certain information - she is always patient and works with me to solve any issues. If there are any information that might be helpful in the future, she gives me a heads up so next time I will be prepared. I always try to make sure she is there each visit as most other workers are not that friendly. I mainly visit the pharmacy section and hardly use the main registers so I have yet to witness how they deal with customer service. The store is fully stocked and they always take coupons without any problems. There are always plenty of coupon offers that comes with your receipts and those always come in handy. Their parking is big enough and there is also a drive-thru pharmacy accompanying the store. read more

Nothing particularly wrong with this place. I've been in there on a few weekdays during the day. There was always only 1 cashier, but the lines were not long, maybe 1 or 2 people deep, and the service was mildly quick. Cashiers were pleasant enough, did their jobs, and that was that. I can only speak of the service when I brought a few items to the cash register. From the other reviews, it sounds like the pharmacy isn't so great, but to buy random items you need, it's ok. read more

There are far too many employees working here for this CVS pharmacy to get such a low rating. Every time I go to this CVS, whether in the drive-thru, or the store pharmacy i have to wait an exceptionally long time, and I can never tell why, considering how many employees I count working there, managers included EVERY single time. Whether it is Tabitha or Sophiry, or any of the other numerous people working there, I am constantly waiting, and given a rude attitude. When I call, I am immediately told "please hold" rather than "can you hold" and I am put on hold for more than 5 minutes sometimes. What am I waiting for, when all those people work there? I think I can find better service elsewhere. read more

This place is a joke. Want to drive through and grab your RX? Cool just wait 20 or so minutes for the person in front of you to wait for their rx to be filled. Have an injured kid who can't walk? Cool just drive thru and try and buy pain reliever through the drive thru ( like the large sign hanging on the drive thru advertises) for them to tell you "they don't do that" you advertise you sell OTC meds through the drive through but you don't? Oh. Ok then. So 30 min later you will still have to go into a the store and get what you need. If you're wondering if I called the I inquire about why there were people just waiting for their rx in the line, I did. This is in regards to the pharmacy department. Super incompetent and unprofessional people here. My mom has been with this pharmacy for the past 10 years, w no problems up until the last couple years... it seems like it's a a whole new staff so this may be the reasons they are worse. not many individuals may know proper use of injectable insulin, but it's definite a pharmacist should know injectable insulin needs needles. for the past 2.5 months they have been refilling my moms insulin without needles. When we let them know, the reply they need a doctors order, we get that and they incompetently refill the insulin again but with NO needles. This is playing with my mothers life! i've gone in and so has my dad and even called to let them know they continue to refuse to give my mom her needles. which under her insurance coverage and prescription should be included. This is unacceptable and they are so unprofessional, they laughed on the phone w my mom when she called to let them know they forgot needles again. If you care for your health or your parents, move their lifesaving medications in the care of someone else read more

Picked up my Mom from her eye doctor appointment. I called this pharmacy to get a status on my Mom's new Rx. I was put on hold for 20 mins. With my call still on hold, I decided to drive from my Mom's eye doctor to their location (another 20 mins). A girl came to the drive thru window and told me that the drive thru window was only for Covid testing (there was no sign) and for me to go to the other side. I got to the other side and the girl told me that the Rx was not ready and that she can get it ready in 15 mins. read more

First, this star is only for the phone issues. After listening for ad after ad and no way to by pass all the pre qualifying recorded questions, you finally get to speak to someone. Twice after finally getting through and being placed on hold at the pharmacy, I was disconnected TWICE. Third time, back on hold but someone did come. The music they put on, is a blend of 2 stations playing and the most horrible screeching static. This has been the same for several years and I cringe every time I'm on hold. Someone needs to correct that, either at the store level or through the company that handles this. No reason for that poor level of sound. Its as if they are on 2 channels at once. Maybe they should call in and listen to what they put us though! read more

I get more bad service then I do at this CVS and other than convenience I don't know why I continually come back here for bad service. Today I decided to write about it because I was not tolerating the lack of service and rude behavior from the techs in the Pharmacy area. They treat a customer as if they are doing us some sort of favor. We are customers and your filling our prescription so you have a job because of us customers who come back so a little service and courtesy goes a long way. I had a group number change on my insurance card which I did not realize it and my prescription had been in since Monday . Why would you wait for me to come in to ask and then tell me I have to wait another 20 minutes. Wasted my time and just frustrated me and all avoidable. read more

The employees are very hard working and still very courteous and attentive to the customers. Some delays sometimes but it's very understandable. I've never seen the workers being idle and they are very mobile attending the customer needs. I'm lucky to patronize this place and proud of the staff. read more

Words cannot describe how awful this place is. They put you on hold before you can even speak, tell you to come back in an hour to pick up medication. I give them two and a half hours and still not ready. They don't answer drive thru calls and they have the most illiterate personnel. Why is this place still open ? Couldn't they have tore it down along with that Indian movie theater nobody went to? I can only hope the pseudo- managers of the facility take note of how sloppy their business runs. I just had a horrible experience at this pharmacy. I went to pick up prescription and the young lady told me it would 30 minutes and if I wanted to wait. I said sure and she said okay I'll call you when they are ready. So I start walking around waiting and 30 minutes go by and another girl ask what I'm waiting for and I tell her my name she checked the computer and goes "oh okay" "well we don't have one of your prescriptions in stock" so I said okay that's fine can I have the other one. Another 1/2 hour goes by and I hear the pharmacist say start filling them based on who was here first. I was there first and then there were 3 other people behind me. 2 other people get helped before the pharmacist ask who I'm picking up for I give her my name and she's like "oh okay" so frustrated I ask how much longer she says give me "10" ten more minutes go by still nothing. Finally after an hour and 1/2 they call me and tell me to pay. I do and they just turn their backs and get back to work. Im a new customer to this CVS, was a Walgreens customer. Had to change because our insurance changed. This CVS sucks!!! They take forever!! Today I went through drive through and waited 20 min. Before the car line moved. They took 10 min with a customer for pick up, really!!! What sucks is that they have one line for pick up and another for drop off. But you only make one line at the beginning then the closer you get you choose what line you are going to. So if your dropping off and all the cars in front are picking up, you are stuck in the line even though there is no line for drop off. Finally when I get to the darn drop off window there is a small sign that drop off system is not working!!!! had to park and get off. Im sorry but they got a piece of my mind. They could have put a sign at the beginning of the line and I would have skipped the drive thru. They said they were understaffed and they were sorry. Im sorry, but I dont care. That is not my problem. Seriously considering looking for another pharmacy. read more

Stay away from this place. The people in the pharmacy are vindictive and just plain mean. As a cancer patient I am receiving radiation therapy and one of the side effects is having pain urinating. (closest comparison is trying to pee with a really bad kidney stone) I had doubled up on my prescription as the dosage was not enough for 24 hour relief. (checked with my oncology nurse first) So, the original prescription ran out twice as fast and before the date that the insurance company would allow it to be refilled. I call CVS talk with Katherine N. She tells me "they" cannot refill the prescription without authority from the oncology nurse or doctor. (so far everything seems to be ok) I call the oncology nurse and explain the situation, she makes a comment about talking with Katherine N. in the past. Nurse assures me that the prescription will be ready to pickup before the end of the business day. My bad here, should have followed up, but CVS has always called to let me know prescriptions were ready. No call, another day with extreme pain trying to pee. Call the next morning, script is ready. Go to pick it up and the person helping me says "we don't have anything for you". (this guy is an absolute moron) Had to tell him my name and birth day 4 times, then told him I had just spoke with Katherine N. before I came in. Finally got the prescription and some relief. Looked at the PROSMISED: date and time on the paper work, and sure enough, it's time stamped the previous day. My conclusion here is that Katherine N., my oncology nurse, and myself had "words". Nothing that I would say were "unprofessional" (name calling, cursing etc. and I can only speak for myself) Katherine N. deliberately and consciously did not call (or have someone call) to let me know the prescription was ready knowing that not having it would cause me pain. All I can say is working in a pharmacy has to be very stressful, being put between the insurance companies and the patient. Patients do not always understand insurance company procedures and policies, which leads to frustration. As a pharmacist you should know this "going into" this field, and if you cannot take "the heat" , stay out of the kitchen. read more

My friend and I decided to make a quick stop here because she was craving some Flaming Hot Cheetos. Our trip through the potato chip aisle was very pleasant. The chips were well stocked and organized. We also dropped by the candy aisle where my friend also got two Snickers bars and a pack of store brand red licorice. She was VERY hungry. The trip through the store was great until we got to the cash registers. There were only TWO open cash registers and one of them had a group of 3 people (2 women, 1 man) checking out together so we went to the more lonely register. Ahead of us was a healthy looking woman checking out 3 bottles of Garnier Fructis hair products and a Grey Goose Vodka holiday gift set. The woman tells the cashier that she wants to separate her purchase in to two separate transactions. She purchases the Grey Goose Vodka holiday gift set first and then the cashier begins to ring up the Garnier Fructis hair products. As she is scanning the second bottle of the assorted Garnier Fructis hair products, a commotion breaks out at register number two. The cashier says in a very stern and demanding voice that she is not going to allow the customers to purchase their assortment of merchandise (I didn't get a good look at their shopping basket). The customers are infuriated and begin to cause a scene in the store. The man and one of women storm out of the store with the other woman following them. Right before she stomps out of the store, she grabs the arm of the woman in front of us and yells "LET'S GET OUT OF HERE! COME ON!". At this point, my friend and I are extremely confused as to what is going on. The cashier at our register then says "SORRY MA'AM, I CANNOT SELL THESE PRODUCTS TO YOU. THE CARD YOU ARE PAYING WITH SAYS MASTERCARD ON IT BUT ON OUR COMPUTER IT'S SHOWING UP AS A VISA.". Everything suddenly became clear to my friend and I. These criminals were committing FRAUD! So in my head I am praying that I don't get shot and die at a CVS while my friend stood frozen from the shock of it all. So the woman who was in front of us checking out reaches for her bagged Grey Goose Vodka holiday gift set and the cashier reaches out to grab it from her. The woman from register #2 yells "SHE ALREADY PAID FOR THIS!" and yanks it out of the cashier's hand as they scurry out of the store. Still frozen in fear, my friend and I finish getting rung up by the cashier. The transaction from this point on was quick and smooth. So we almost died during our trip to the store but the store deserves 2 stars for the well organized candy and chip aisles. read more

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE!!! I have had numerous problems with this location, and so have my family and friends. They take forever to help you, always saying "yeah it will take 10 minutes! Can you just sit down and wait?", and Im always sitting around for well over 30 minutes. More than once have I gone to pick up a prescription and a problem has occurred, whether it be with the insurance not approving something and them having to tell me to come back tomorrow or with the doctor writing a prescription amount wrong. Apparently CVS pharmacies will only fill certain prescriptions if they are a 3 month supply and not a one month supply. So both problems that can simply be solved by calling the doctor's office or insurance company and getting a confirmation from the doctor to change the prescription, which took all of 2 minutes when the pharmacist tech finally did call, and after I had been waiting 4 days and going into the pharmacy numerous times to check in and see if my prescription was ready. When I complained to the pharmacist manager about it she then blamed me saying I should have been more proactive to get one of her employees to do THEIR JOB and making the simple phone call. I can say I will never return to this pharmacy and deal with the horrific service, if it can even be considered service, they provide. read more
