Tue 10/12/2021: Photo pickup went smoothly. Cashier 1 was open, so I stepped right up and let 'em know my name. The attendant took 1-2min to find my order, then I was on my way. They should have a sign that says "photo pickup here" so I know not to look all over the store for a photo center. read more

Very annoying and inconvenient that store closea for 30 minute break and associates don't show up until 10 or 15 minutes later allowing for the pick up line to get long and have to wait for at least 20 minute. This place is TEtRRIBLE!!!!! 3300 Bristol CVS in Target has the worst experience ever! I went to the good CVS I normally use and One of my prescriptions was not there , it was at the 3300 Target CVS. I had the clerk transfer it to 3911 but it wasn't in stock so I had her transfer it back to the Target one. I was at the counter at 6:57pm. The clerk who said she was Manager on Duty covering for Jack, said at 6:58 they had it and could fill it tomorrow. The time changed to 6:59pm and she said she could. It fill the prescription in 30 seconds even though she had it in stock. when I first arrived at the window the clerk loudly said "Do you want me to take the cash out of the drawers? Rude, unprofessional, and not safe or wise. This was my 4th trip to CVS this week. Thursday is as soon as they can get my Epi pen on stock even though Target CVS has it. So frustrating. I am trying to not be around a lot the of people not be around them more with a compromised immune system. Very poor customer service not to help a customer that was in line before closing. I had a problem with my prescription being billed to the wrong insurance. Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Samantha, the pharmacist. She was kind, patient, and extremely understanding of my situation. She took the time to go over each prescription that was billed incorrectly, and even went above and beyond to a few months back on my profile to make sure that the claim was correct. First of all.. what the hell are these people talking about Starbucks??? Lol.. Anyways this review is actually for the CVS pharmacy inside target and I hope someone reads it. I had to come back to this same location 3 times, tomorrow with be my 4th just for a simple prescription that everywhere else has been able to get right in the past. First time I picked my prescription, service was whatever, not friendly not completely rude just somewhere in the middle. Then I get home and my test strips for my gestational diabetes tester doesn't fit. I went back and even brought my tester. they were lost and confused, but whatever did the exchange, and said the lancets won't fit either so everything was exchanged. I got home, and guess what! The friggin lancets don't fit!! 3rd time I come back, no apologies for their screw up, she in fact argued with me that it's made for my tester when it's a completely different size and shape and does not fit! I then tell her I think the previous one I was given looked like it would, and she said yes you returned that one. Umm.. no ms Pham, you returned it because when I asked you you said it wouldn't fit. Then she said the old one I had isn't made anymore so she gave me another box, which may or may not have worked but didn't look like it would, and at this point, I just don't trust them and I don't want to come back again. She then said she will order the original one I had, but they don't have it in stock so I will need to come back.... and insisted the ones she gave me was made for my machine. *insert eye roll here* Mind you.. I am 6 months pregnant, lugging around my 11 month daughter in the hot sun, going back and forth to fix their mistake. I'm done dealing with them, and sending my husband tomorrow so let's see what they end up telling him. read more

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for over six years and am very pleased with their service. The pharmacists and techs are friendly and personable and always go above and beyond their normal call of duty to make sure their customers are well taken care of, even when they get very busy, which is often. I want to give a special 10 stars to pharmacist Jack Lam for his kindness and patience with staff and customers! Even when rushed, he does not rush his customers and always leaves us with a kind word. read more

I would like to begin by stating that Target Pharmacy has the BEST and lowest prices for perscription drugs that I have EVER seen. The packaging is a life saver too. The purple ring tells me it's mine and the big labels tell me what it is! And they are pretty bottles too. The employees at this target pharmacy are Great too. They call a few days after you get your prescription to make sure you are feeling better. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?!?!?!?! read more

I hate that stupid ring color policy. To date I currently have three prescriptions in three bottles. The pills of two of these are identical, but if I take the wrong one I can wind up in big trouble. I asked the guy if I could have these two bottles of prescriptions come in two different colors (they have purple, yellow, blue, green, etc.), but he said it's against the law for the prescription bottles to be different colors if it's all for the same individual. Even if said individual is the only one taking medicine in the household. It's a shame that some aspect has the potential to be so handy not come into fruition the way you think it would. The people that were so nice don't seem to work here anymore. I have to refill prescriptions every month and I'm starting to see a trend of increasingly overworked, flustered employees. The only person I still like dealing with is the female pharmacist. She's patient, doesn't rush over explaining things, and appears genuinely concerned for your well-being while taking meds. read more

Called to speak to the camping department to ask if they carry butane fuel. Customer service picks up and puts me on hold for ELEVEN minutes, re ringing 4 different times with them putting me on hold again each time. The 5th time the same person answers and finally puts me through to a girl in the camping department. She asks me to respell "butane" twice because she has no idea what that is. I ask to talk to the manager and the response is, "the manager is on break and I don't know how to transfer you. " Phenomenal customer service, Target of Santa Ana. read more

Understaffed and unfriendly. My last experience there I had to wait in line for over 35 minutes(not exaggerating). The staff member named Alejandra was not friendly or understanding. After waiting over 35 minutes in line for 1 pick up she refused to ring up 6 items I wanted to buy because she said there was a line. I told her how long I waited in that same line and she couldn't take 35 seconds to scan 6 items. They always scan my items there regardless of a line. It took longer to argue with her than it wouldve taken her to scan my items. If u want to waste your free time being stuck in a line just to be half way helped- then sure- come here. read more

DO NOT FILL PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! The staff is horrible and incompetent! Twice they've told me that my insurance is inactive when it is active!!!! Both times I had to pay out of pocket for my prescription, had my insurance call them to vouch that it was active, and then had to get my money back for what I paid out of pocket. AND both times they refunded me they claimed they couldn't put it back on my credit card despite me having receipts! Worst pharmacy ever. Staff is incompetent and unable to comprehend what customer service is. Two days after my doctor faxed over our prescription, I had to call the pharmacy to find out if it was ready for pick up only to find that it wasn't available and they're "hoping" it will be here tomorrow. Hello...could someone pick up the phone to say your prescription is only 1/2 ready? Not one person. However every person I spoke to wanted to know if I have insurance but none of them could tell me if having insurance was going to get my prescription here faster. Yes you idiots I have insurance...where's my prescription!???!!!! We left Target pharmacy over a year ago for Costco and Walgreens. Why I thought things changed here is my fault. I have always had an extremely lousy experience with this pharmacy except for one male years ago whom I don't think works there anymore. So I wasn't surprised today when I walked all the way there with my two small children in cold wind to try to get my prescription just to find out that they don't have it filled even though Dr sent it over three days ago and no one has notified me. The real start of my anger was waiting in line just to have some girl literally walk right in front of me and my kids who were patiently waiting in line and cut in front of us, then turn to smile at me. No idea how it'd be possible for the guy at the register to think it was OK for her to do that then actually serve her first. Then this guy tells me once I'm being "helped" by another person to move aside so he can help the other customers and made a point to be rude.... shocker. The girl helping me had a slight attitude a few times. These people should not be working in any medical field, it's not an appropriate vocation for them. The staff is usually rude, unprofessional and dangerously disorganized at times but then act like they are being wrongly treated when people may not be super warm and fuzzy with them....gaslighting. As horrible of a mood as this put me in it was one of my better visits to this pharmacy... Id expect better from Target though, but I've learned my lesson this time and will not be coming back again, but will go to a real pharmacy. read more
