I called them one afternoon and spoke with Tim who told me to bring the bikes in. I arrived 30 minutes later and Tim greeted me with a hearty welcome and introduced me to Jacob the bike mechanic who checked the bikes in for a level one tuneup. Three were different types of tuneups that your bike can get; a level one starts at $80 and that includes checking the gears, tightening the chains, adjusting the brakes, checking the inter-tubes and tires and filling them with air if needed, and washing the bike. Level two and three encompasses a level one plus more. The bikes were supposed to take a few days, but Jacob got them done the next day. This is a great local bike shop, not only are they quick with the repairs but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is clean, and fully stocked with a large selection of bikes, helmets and accessories. Oh yes and they do offer a 10% discount to Police, FD, paramedics, and Military. Cabarrus Cycling highly recommended!

Disappointed After Two Great Experiences…read more I've used this moving company twice before and had great service, which is why I trusted them for a third move on 6/20. Unfortunately, this time was very different. They quoted my 72-year-old mother $800 to move her 150 miles and said they'd handle everything--including the truck. But on the morning of the move, they began sending texts showing failed truck reservations. After trying multiple locations, they finally admitted at 4 PM (for an 8 AM move) that they couldn't secure a truck and offered a full refund. To avoid missing her move-out deadline, we rented a U-Haul ourselves and added the mover as an authorized driver. He agreed and said we'd work out the refund later. He moved my mom overnight, arriving at midnight and completing the move by 4 AM on 6/21. He returned the truck late, incurring additional fees. After weeks of silence, the mover issued a partial refund of $400 on 7/10, itemized as:     *    Truck fee: $75     *    Mileage: $155     *    Late return fee: $103     *    Plus $67 added for the delay in issuing the refund While I appreciate that the move was completed, the last-minute scramble, poor communication, and financial burden were deeply disappointing--especially for a 72-year-old woman who was relying on the kindness and professionalism of a business she trusted. The tech was able to twist the valve with a wrench and the heater was working! Beyond happy with Andrew Matthew's. Also, if we did need a new heater Albert's price was half the cost the other guy. I live in the same area that this person frequents. I have seen this same SUV screaming down residential streets at 20 mph over the posted speed limit. This evening he drove, against the flow of traffic, through a Publix parking lot; almost hitting my vehicle and a mother and child with a shopping cart. When speaking to this individual, regarding his driving, he became hostile and verbally abusive. Please take this into consideration before employing this outfit, let alone letting this rage-a-holic into your home to set up any smart t.v.'s or electronic devices.
