Came here with my girls family. I was prepared for it be like every other restaurant around this area. I'm a foodie and this place actually had me impressed. We came on a Monday evening around 5. We did have a reservation and i didn't really look around, so not too sure if you could just walk in. The bar was open. Service was GREAT. Hostess and waiters had very good energy and I give the service 2 thumbs up. NPS score: 2. I'll be back AND I'd recommend. Some of the entrees we got were: grilled cheese (normal, government cheese, good bread, passes the test) - sautéed spinach (amazing) - disco fries (SO good, perfect amount off gravy and cheese and the temperature was on point) - boneless chicken fingers (I don't really eat chicken, (vegetarian mostly) and these were GOOD. You could actually tell they were pieces of chicken. Next time I come I'm trying to pizza. Because we all know, pizza is life Everyone at the table cleaned their plate. My family and I ate there tonight. The food was good but the service was terrible. The waiter took a long time to take our order. Then he forgot some of our order as well. He never came back to ask us how our food was or if we needed anything else. So I was very disappointed in the service. Love D'arcys. I've been going here for eight years and it continues to get better. The new upstairs deck is super pleasant and very kid friendly. We had breakfast here today, which we don't usually do, and it was way beyond expectations. I got the California omelet, which was both delicious and healthy. Easily the worst experience I've had at an arsenal bar. No singing, terrible atmosphere, even people openly cheering against the gunners with impunity. Good sports bar with lots of tvs, but for an official Arsenal bar, absolutely terrible. Awesome! This place has come a long way, the food is awesome and the staff are super friendly and want you to have a good time. I never had a bad experience here. It's also the Jersey Shore World Cup Headquarters. During all major soccer games this place is packed and fun! They have plenty of TVs and all major games. The upstairs deck area is really nice as well as the newly renovated upstairs bar. I recommend their burgers, and I don't like burgers from just anywhere, this is one of the only places I'll have one because the meat is quality and not greasy. Nachos are also awesome. An upgrade from your shot and beer type of bar and grill. Lots of TV's so you can watch any local game you want. Lots of regulars that make you feel at home. Also has table service for small groups. Whoaaaa, first visit back since the renovation. Place looks great, but the once reasonably priced neighborhood bar has now jacked its prices up and has lost its appeal. Seriously, $13 bucks for a bar burger and $14 for a dozen wings? On the plus side, drinks are still reasonable and the service was good. Dissappointed because heard such good things about the place as catering to soccer enthusiasts. Me and my husband were enjoying our Sunday here for the afternoon football game, it was relatively quiet and for some reason the waiter was still having a hard time juggling his 3 tables. We sat at the bar and had to listen to him complain and moan about everything he did. I decided to order food anyway even though the environment wasn't exactly the most pleasant with the waiter and bartender complaining to one another frequently, my husband finished his drink, when the bartender came back and saw he finished it, her response was. "Already?,what are you depressed?" I was extremely taken back by this comment as we were sitting there for a while minding our own business just trying to enjoy our day off and somehow felt judged for having drinks at a BAR. I assume she meant it jokingly but it was a complete turn off as we had to listen to them complain and moan majority of our time there. I ended up cashing out and leaving before even receiving our food because we felt so uncomfortable sitting there any longer. read more

Was our local spot. Was high quality food so cost was fair. Not sure if chef changed or they changed ingredients to reduce overhead, but food quality has dropped. two bad meals in a row. If you are using lower quality cheaper ingredients and serving smaller portions then you need to reduce the price to reflect that. Now It is average food at higher than normal price for what it is and how it taste. Hope it comes back. Beer and booze is same price here as other bars in the area. Atmosphere is nice and welcoming. Would give it four stars but really dropped in quality over the last six months. I'll give another try in few weeks. read more

It was very packed down to Jersey Shore on the Sunday night. No way to eat . Ordered our dinners plenty of TVs my wife and daughter. They brought everything out but my chicken wings because somebody stole them in the kitchen. Manager was very nice bought us a drink. However the wings I did get or undercooked. My partner and I went to D'Arcy's twice last week since we always spend the first week of August in Bradley Beach. We'd never eaten there before and were glad we listened to our friends. Our first time was on a weeknight. We had a sweet waitress named Tara who was great. The food was wonderful - I had the spinach salad and a sea bass special; my partner had a quesidilla special and a buffalo chicken salad. We returned on Friday night, which was much busier. Our waitress Mallory was great - she kept us updated on when we'd get our meals as the kitchen was very busy. The manager even sent us a free round of drinks because we had to wait a bit. But the food was worth the wait - my salmon was excellent and my partner had a chicken quesidilla that he loved. We're looking forward to going back to D'Arcy's again on our next visit to Bradley Beach! read more

A hidden treasure. The nightly specials are ambitious, tasty, and inexpensive. I just had a Beef Wellington for 17.95 that was quite good. A few weeks ago, the beef stroganoff was quite credible. The drinks rival nearby Kelly's in oversized value. The soups and daily chili specials are usually very good, as are the burgers. The bar food, like the nachos and pizza, tend to be second rate.
