He didn't judge me when I told him it had been making a funny sound, but since it was working I didn't think anything about it until I found a bunch of water. He had to order a part and said it was uncertain when it would arrive but he would call. It took about 10 days, but he called and was able to return the next day and all is well! A great experience!

They sent Dean Bolek and within 10 minutes he diagnosed the issue (the motherboard needed to be reset) and had our washer up and running again! Good honest repair service! I don't know what more I could ask for in a service situation…read more I submitted a Yelp request for service on my Maytag dryer that wasn't heating up so 6 service professionals respond, but SMA was able to do same day service and work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

You assume the factory is doing a good job and the team that checks does the same thing. Unfortunately Ron was not that lucky. He just had hoped to finish the job and combine some trips in the same area. But because of Ron's great attitude and personality he is making another trip!. Thanks Ron for being so thorough and pleasant through this job.
