Like most in CV, we have been patronizing this place for years. The food continues to be of great quality with rarely a mis-step. However, unfortunately the quality of service has declined. They won't even cut a pizza into squares instead of slices. They don't honor coupons that used to work for take out. I really like the eggplant Parmesan here. The fried crispy eggplant is layered with ricotta, basil, sauces--a fresh tomato garlic and basil pesto on top. It like an eggplant lasagna. Haven't much else on their menu, because every time I come here, I've got to get the eggplant. But tonight we also tried the tomato basil soup which was delicious and my husband had the Thai chicken salad which was large and very flavorful. read more

I mostly love D'Lish and its salads! Bread and sauce are addicting! But I recently ate an early dinner there and decided to try their Sangria with my meal. $7.99 was the price and I was expecting a decent Sangria. Not! Not sure what was used as ingredients but it basically was a watered down cheap wine with an orange slice in a small wine glass. I just couldn't drink it and told the waitress I didn't like it at all! She responded with "sorry." I thought she would take it away and not charge me, but she did add it to my bill! I decided "sorry that's your tip!" I'm hoping the manager finds a decent recipe for sangria and please serve it in better size sangria glass. Presentation and D'Lishness matters! Google has many good recipes for Sangrias. Come on put a little effort! Never again! read more

WOW!what a staple in our city. It has been here for 33 yrs. They make their own bread, sauces, pasta,desserts & dressings. They are sooooo many delicious options . They have one of my favorite VEGAN menus. Paleo menu too. All items are delicious. I had today the grilled Vegetables sandwich. Omg so loaded with everything. Vegetables were on point. Had the lasagna and bruschetta delivered, courtesy of bf who is 2k miles away. Grub Hub failed miserably but that's on them, not D'Lish. Wasn't really a fan of the lasagna because it had chunks of Italian sausage (however, no fault of restaurant, it does say in menu description that bf didn't read). Also have to add that I ate it much later... The bruschetta (always my fave), was mediocre at best. Not sure if it was the mix of olive tapenade or what. The garlic bread was soft, but the grill marks just left burnt flavor through out. The only thing I was really happy with was as the bread (it was still warm upon delivery, which was close to 2 hours after initial order). I feel like the review could change if I tried it again, maybe in person and not after a fight with grub hub. I have a video of deliver person walking up to gate (front door open where a visitor can be seen or heard if they open the gate), but not attempting to open it, then backing up, placing the bag 5 feet from gate where it cannot be seen by camera, taking grub hub photo, and leaving, then not logging the food delivered for another 20 minutes (camera video, grub hub notifications don't match). And grub hub still wanted to argue because driver submitted a photo (in dark, far from gate, window ledge, and camera view- please make that make sense lol). read more

My family and I have been eating at D'Lish for more than 25 years. We miss the manager who seemed to always be there and immediately corrected any issue there may have been. Unfortunately, we don't know who the manager is now. Last Sunday I ordered the steak sandwich which I have had many times. However, this time the cook didn't bother to trim the fat and gristle from the steak. This is such an obvious part of making a steak sandwich... Loved the Cajun chicken fettucine, flavor was exactly what I was hoping for, a little spice, a little sweet, pasta was cooked just right it was great, loved the flavor. I'd go there for that again in a heartbeat. Homemade breadsticks were good too. Service was friendly and prompt. Rest of the food was all good too. It was my first time here and a few things on the menu looked good but they close in 20 mins so I just got food to go the pasta I got was the Cajun chicken Alfredo. The Alfredo sauce seem to be just heavy cream not much flavor The Cajun was mostly only a garnish on top of the pasta, asking Kind Of see on the picture wish the sauce had more salt or garlic. To add to the flavors The vegetables were very good sautéed still had a little crisp to it. So my Husband was craving Italian so we had seen this restaurant before and I said we should try it so tonight we gave the restaurant a try. Looking from the outside the restaurant looks like it's huge but when you walk in it's actually really small and quaint. We was greeted as soon as we walked in, but was greeted in Spanish, which neither my husband, or I speak Spanish. The bread was brought to the table with a tomato type sauce , which was really good and flavorful. I ordered the pasta with meat sauce. The pasta wasn't tender still felt like it was not completely cooked.. the meat sauce was kind of watery and look like a red creamy sauce .
