Sat down on a Sunday afternoon with my GF. Was expecting to get at least attentive service since it slow that day. We arrived before two other parties and their order was taken care of. We had a total of two servers pass by 4-5 times and not greet us or ask us if we are being attended. We spent 15mins sitting there and we got impatient as no one actually took care of us. I came in today with my mom for brunch and was disappointed. I love D'Nuez specifically the one on Archer because it's the original one but since I was in Pilsen, I'd figure I give this location a try. I came In and the lady that was the host took my name down and didn't give me a specific time frame for the wait like a host would do. So I sat down w my mom and waited. We were seated probably 15 mins later which is not bad. My mom and I ordered Nutella crepes with banana, my crepes arrived COLD. Not even slightly warm. It was cold but I didnt say anything because my mom told me to let it go. We were seated upstairs and the service was VERY SLOW and COLD. OMG... I don't know what I can possibly say about this place. My entire family walked out of here with a food coma! It was amazing food and great service. We had the most fantastic chilaquiles that we have ever had. My husband had the salsa verde chilaquiles and I had the mole chilaquiles. Our daughter had their French toast with Nutella on top. I have to say that because they were quiet the whole time they ate, that they enjoyed their food. The banana-strawberry crepes were the perfect balance at the end of our meal. The cafe de jolla was one of the greatest cups of coffee that I've ever had, with a little cream and no need for sweeten it up - since the coffee is brewed with canela (cinnamon). Seriously cannot wait to go back again so I can try another dish on their menu and my husband wants to try all their flavors of chilaquiles... We have certainly found a wonderful spot in Pilsen that we can't wait to bring others to. read more

Stop complaining about prices! Seriously - if you don't want to pay for QUALITY then go elsewhere, simple as that. This place is putting out impeccable food and delivering great service too. Every plate is picture perfect and delicious. The menu is extensive, everyone should be able to find something they like. Fresh juices and lots of healthy/vegetarian options. This is definitely one of my favorite brunch places in the city. I've been here several times and the food is always delicious. The enchiladas are some of the best I've had and their salsa verde is particularly tasty. The service was a bit slow last time we went, but the servers are all very friendly. If I could give 10 stars I'd do it. I am a loyal customer from both locations (Pilsen and the one at archer) and I deicided to order from Uber eats. I had a major trouble ordering from the Uber eats app because their platform got frozen and after 15 minutes I didn't received any updates. I tapped cancel then right after the Uber eats app immediately charged me $24 fee which was unfair. Due to Uber policies they won't do any refunds. I am a cancer patient struggling with this stressful situation so I escalated the issue directly with the restaurant. The staff were so polite and able to help me even the owner himself offered to bring me the food. Forever grateful. Thank you for making my day better ! read more

I came here with my family and the service here was great, the food was delicious and we all had a fun time. This place has a great ambient and we all are looking forward to coming back next time & ordering something new. I've been here a few times. And so far have been disappointed every time. Ordered Jumbo chicken burger. There is nothing jumbo about it. Thinly sliced, very tough chicken breast swimming in oil on a soggy bun. Okay so no biggie, but very overpriced and not sure why. I've tried a few things on the menu and only came back today because I was walking and not much else is nearby that's open. People use shredded lettuce because it is easier to keep in fridge for days. Recommend drop prices10 to 15 percent. Focus on quality and dont let the chef take short cut on working. Was excited to try this place out! It was not busy at all just us and other person who came after! Our waitress was not very helpful as she did not even know the menu! We first started off with guacamole and i asked if they put jalapeños in it because we don't eat that. Was told no, well it came and it did have jalapeños. The waitress had to go ask if they did after we received it instead of before. Mistake number one! Oh and the portion size a ice cream scoop of guacamole and literally about 10 chips.
