I went to SUN's for an oil change and I had a great experience from start to finish. The shop has new equipment and machines and offers excellent personal service. I know my car is in good hands. Called Pep Boys and they quoted me $194 for the brake job on my 2003 Toyota. Called DA Auto since my husband got his Cadillac fixed there years ago. I was quoted $90, parts included. I get there, am given estimated time it will be done and Uber the rest of the time to get errands done while I wait. I am told I will need new belts soon and a transmission tune up. That's it. No pressure. No uneasy feeling about saying NO. I get the belts done since I'm there. I go home after all the work is done and research prices for changing the belts and brakes. 4 quotes later, I'm convinced I paid 50% less than if I went anywhere else. David is awesome and so are his guys. They were quick, efficient and in no way made me feel pressured about anything. They even told me there was nothing wrong with my a/c when I was convinced there was. I feel the prices were cheap and he in no way tried to low ball me and then do the bait and switch like other auto shops. read more

Very satisfied. 2nd time here for an oil change (in a 5 month period). I waited to post a review because consistency is important to me. All I can say is so far so good On my first visit, Dave was quick to attend to me and get me checked in. I pointed out that I might need my brakes done. He said he would check and let me know. He did, and suggested I wait, brakes looked good. Considering I'm a girl... and would pay for a "winshield wiper tune up" ... He won me over lol. Second visit today (7/2016), same great service. PROFESSIONAL (especially for Bellflower), HONEST, FAST SERVICE (the earlier you come in the better) and a nice plus for us gals... his wife (Ying) runs the invoicing part of the office and she's the sweetest. Nice to see a fellow female in an all boys playground... Diminishes some of the stress for girls who are uneasy about walking into a auto shop. This place has great prices and are very friendly. When i took my car in to get some transmission seals changed to stop a leak and a few other transmission related problems fixed they stopped the leak, but, after that the car DID NOT shift right so I took it back. They were very friendly when I brought it back and took it right in, then they found that they had completley forgot to replace a wire harness that needs to be replaced with the part they changed. They got it cheap for me at the junk yard and installed it. After that the idle slumped and sometimes even stalls out at stoplights in drive and reverse, my car with never had a problem even close like that before. I took it back about four times and they didnt know there heads from there asses. I eventully gave up because I get tired of dealing with ignorence, even if it is friendly. it would have been worth the few extra $$$ to have someone do it correctly. read more

The owner and his wife are very nice and professional as far as their 2 workers eric and the short hispanic who look drunk and don't speak english is rude and hostile. I had to get a valve cover replacement so after the short drunk looking one took hours and put the new valve cover on he starts my trunk and it sounded terrible. It kept cutting off then it wouldn't start. So when i go over and looked at my car and asked wth is was doing that ERIC tells me i can't come where they work and stay on the other side then he puts the little chain up. Like excuse me u not even the person who worked on my trunk and i have a right to question wth my car is cutting off and not starting i'm paying u. So after trying to start my trunk over and over and telling me they don't know why its doing that they called the partsman to delivery some more parts twice more. Then the short drunk looking one pulls my trunk out like it was ready then did his hand for me to wait and pull it back in...i guess he forgot something else...i heard good things about the place and the owners but he messed up with me telling me thats just how the guy ERIC is. No i'm your customer and he works for u. U check his ass before i have him checked. Anyway i want be coming back to get my car serviced here. Another person was upset about a head light replacement done wrong and being over charged with a bulb that wasn't even new. read more
