I've been coming to Vince's Spaghetti since I was 17 years old, dating the man who is now my husband. Thirty-nine years later, we're still making memories here. We used to live in the South Bay and loved going to the Torrance location until it unfortunately closed. Then we found the Upland location. One day while visiting Pechanga Casino Resort, someone asked us, "You don't know there's a Vince's around the corner?" We couldn't believe it! This location has truly become our place. The owner is one of the sweetest ladies you'll ever meet. I still remember the first time we came here -- it was her daughter's very first day ever serving. Now she's all grown up and still working there, which makes it feel even more special. We celebrated Valentine's Day 2026 here last night, and it was amazing as always. The food is consistently delicious, and the portions are unreal -- huge! Next time, I'm definitely sharing. The restaurant is always clean and well kept, and the waitresses are so kind and welcoming. This ain't it. A friend got catering from them a couple months back--lasagna, bread and salad. The lasagna was different, but I really enjoyed it. Inside the restaurant was a whole different matter. The inside feels like a diner from yesteryear, and not in a good way. The food wasn't good, but boy did it come out fast! The server was nice. But it's not enough to make me go back. I don't know what the difference was between catering and in-person, but I'll never know. And listen--at the end of the day, the name is accurate. It's fast, for sure. I really wanted to love this place. I love the Vinces in Ontario & Rancho Cucamonga. However, the service at this location is awful. I gave it 4 chances and every time they forgot an item, got my order wrong or had attitude. Unfortunately won't be back this time. I'd recommend revamping the staff here. Menu is quite simple to mess up and order every time. The last time, I used the drive thru. I asked for a soda, they confirmed. Then they forgot my soda so I drove back and reminded them. At first the response was "oh yes I remember, the Pepsi"... then they said actually that'll be $4 I don't think I charged you. How do you remember my drink order and then try to charge again? We love Vince's authentic Italian. I was so unhappy with Olive Garden and even the spots downtown old town. The meatballs & sausage are super amazing and fresh. Noodles are adente. Love the salad, simple, but super great ranch dressing and the cheesy garlic bread is superb. This is our second visit in. Really enjoyed everything. We also had strawberry cheesecake to share and it was fresh with an amazing graham crust. Christina was our server and she was wonderful, blessing to have met her. The vibe was fantastic. Spaghetti is so El Dente here. Since Torrance had their Vince's Spaghetti closed down this was such a treat. We all had a half order of spaghetti with meat sauce. Half Garlic and half cheese bread. After a fun filled day at a few wineries in Temecula, I needed some sustenance to keep me going. Across the street from our pet friendly hotel there was a bright shining star pointing me to such a place. Ok, well no star but the sign was bright . Vince's Express Spaghetti, hit the spot and kept me going the rest of the day. I ordered the #1 lunch special spaghetti with meat sauce, a salad with wine vinegar dressing and garlic bread. Very reasonably priced and even a drive thru! Frank was helpful with helping me decide what was the best deal and the whole meal was only $13! I've never seen a spot that had a drive thru spaghetti. Just for that alone, it gets a star. But what I liked most is that you get a ton of food for the price. It's not the best spaghetti, but it certainly wasn't bad. I would say that it's on the better side of restaurants where I had spaghetti, but I would usually pay way more money for the amount of food I would get. Anyway, if you're nearby, this is certainly a great spot to pick up food for your family for a very affordable price. A colleague recommended this spot that has been here for 20 years but I never stopped by, since 99% of Italian spots have sausage or pork in their meat sauce, so I've always avoided these places. Apparently, Vince's uses pure beef in their meat sauce (no pork) and their meatballs are also all beef. I tried the spaghetti lunch special and it was delicious!! It was smothered w melted provolone cheese atop the meat sauce. The spaghetti special comes w soup or salad and garlic cheese bread. I opted for the beef and barley soup which was served hot and warmed my soul. The garlic cheese bread was also smothered w melted provolone cheese... so, so good!! What I really like was that the meat sauce on the spaghetti was made w beef only and it was very tasty!! The tomato based sauce that the meatball was covered in had its own unique flavor that tasted very herby and is vegetarian (the tomato based sauce, not the meatball). Service was great, Gianna took very good care of me, coming by to check if I needed anything and asked how I liked the food. BTW, there is also a drive thru at this location. Overall, I love the food a lot, it was really delish and I appreciate that their meat sauce does not contain pork. Absolutely coming back to try other items!! We came here for the first time on Saturday night. The menu is very simple, but that's okay because we did enjoy the food. My hubby got a half order of spaghetti with marinara. It came with garlic/cheese bread. The portion size was large even though it was half size. He really liked the marinara, but prefers angel hair pasta. I got the soup and salad, as well as a couple of meatballs. The meatballs were great and they gave me enough sauce, which is a big deal to me. I often have to ask for extra sauce. It's not far from my office, they have a drive-thru, and I think they have lunch specials, so I see that in my future! read more

Heard about Vinces Spaghetti Express from my sister who stayed at the hotel across the street and wondered hmmm could this Vince's be associated with the Vince's that was in Torrance back in the day? So one weekend after visiting a local casino, we decided to drop by and try it out. Got there early and waited for the drive thru to open, looked at the menu and it looked similar to what we remembered. Low n behold I ask the gentleman at the drive thru window and YES he confirmed Vince's spaghetti express was the son of the original location. We longed for their delicious spaghetti sauce and their garlic bread and my father in law even buys it online for our family outings. As a New Yorker, I can say that the food here was delicious. Much better than the other options in the area that use canned sauce.

Ordered the dinner for two... not really a lot of pasta which was disappointing, but the bread, salad, and soup were portioned fine. As for the taste? Lord have mercy, I could have sworn the meat sauce was Chef Boyardi. Soup tasted like it was kroger brand vegetable soup out of a can. Bread was hard and tasted freezer burned. Salad was okay (surprising at this point). First time trying this place and man it was not good. Nothing authentic about Vince's, not much better than fazoli's, and that place is inedible. Better off making your own pasta at home cost you a fraction of the price and 10x the flavor. I guess thats what you get for express. read more

When we were kids my parents always took us to the original location on holt ave. Now since the Temecula location is open I made my first trip there with my son and the food hasn't changed a bit, it's fantastic! I love the rich meat sauce and garlic cheese bread. Sad to have to do this but between a lousy and surprisingly small sausage sandwich and spaghetti that u surprisingly was overcooked but not even warm I have to give the food two stars. The lasagna deserves 3 stars but the service or lack thereof are getting the dreaded one star. My poor buddy Chuck dares to try their Chianti but the wine was undrinkable and possibly soured/spoiled. I pointed this out to the waitress and asked if she could replace the wine with something else. She said the cab is better and would get a glass of that. She brought the glass and I asked her to remove the full glass of bad Chianti. Much to our dismay when the bill came both glasses of wine were on the bill. It was the adding of insult to injury. Pro tip: Check your order before leaving the drive through! OR, just don't use the drive through. There's been a few times that I have utilized the drive through and half the time something is missing. Usually it's something small but this time I was missing the meatballs I ordered! Those babies are $4 each! Definitely worth it... if you actually get them. I would've driven back if it weren't for it being a 45 minute round trip. I have a habit of paying a tip at the point of sale, before getting my food. I think from now on, I'll inspect my order before leaving a tip. I don't want to be totally negative in this review because we do love Vince's! So, I need to add that it's definitely worth the drive to eat Vince's spaghetti! It's actually a 40+ year family tradition to eat at Vince's for birthdays and other special occasions. It was my mom's favorite restaurant so we still eat there in her memory for her birthday. Vince's express is my favorite Italian restaurant. Normally I get the lasagna dish which is AMAZINGLY good, but this time I thought I worked try the meatball sandwich which was quite good, but I think I like the lasagna better. There are quite friendly and welcoming here. The service is great and the food was delivered amazingly fast ( hence the "express") in what seemed less than 5 minutes. The food is always fresh. The ambiance is chill and casual, not overly loud so it has an intimate vibe (though it was on a weekend for lunch so it was not full). They are about on par for pricing for what you would pay ( maybe a little less) at the "big box" Italian restaurants, but Vince's is way better. A Unique feature is that they have a drive through window you can order from. For great fresh friendly Italian food with great service, you have to give Vince's a try. read more

Been hearing about and wanting to try Vince's meat sauce for years. Finally picked up a container of the sauce via their drive thru. At home, cooked up some spaghetti noodles, had a nice homemade green side salad and garlic bread ready to go. Served it all up with the steaming hot plate of spaghetti using the rewarmed meat sauce from Vince's and topped with freshly grated parmesan. We ate it. And....nothing. Not the mountain-top moment, not even a foothill moment. I'm guessing if one frequented Vince's with family - growing up with fun family outings, this would be a reminder of fond memories, maybe? We've been coming to Vince's off and on for over three years, mostly drawn back by the lasagna and cheese bread -- both of which are consistently good and the reason we've given this place so many chances. That said, the service continues to leave a lot to be desired. On our latest visit, we told to sit anywhere in the restaurant, then completely forgotten about. After waiting over 15 minutes with no greeting or water, we had to go hunt down a server ourselves. (Note - the place was not busy inside or in the drive-through) We found out they were out of lasagna -- which, let's be honest, is half the menu here. That left spaghetti as our only real option. Not a great look when you're known for two things, and one of them is missing. To top it off, we asked for an extra plate to share with our two young kids (under 2 and 7) and were told there'd be a $2 charge just for the plate. No extra food, just a plate. Really? The servers seemed tired and not particularly interested in being there -- no smiles, no warmth, just going through the motions. They'd rather chat amongst themselves than actually serve the people sitting in the restaurant. Not exactly a customer-first vibe. We want to keep supporting Vince's, but the lack of customer service and these little nickel-and-dime moments make it harder and harder to come back. We want to love this place. The food still holds up--but the service keeps dragging the whole experience down. And at some point, that becomes harder to overlook. I LOVE THIS PLACE ! Food is FANTASTIC ! Evertime I come down from Arizona I always have to stop at Vince's. I miss this place after leaving California. However, if you want some Great Spaghetti or Laszania go to Vince's Spaghetti Express. Either sit down or take it to go. Service is great. The employees are super nice. Ambiance is very quaint. Either way you won't be disappointed. My favorite is the Spaghetti with butter only as for my husband...he can never make up he's mind between the Spaghetti with meat sauce or regular sauce or the Laszania twice baked with extra cheese on top. I live in Lake Elsinore and I always make the trip to go to Vince's in Ontario and that place is super fast and welcoming . So I made the choice today to try out this location in Temecula. And it was horrible. The waiter was completely rude and lacking communication. I asked him some questions regarding my order and his short sentences made me feel like I was not worth his breath. The moral in this location needs work. The cook in the back I was completely shocked that he had facial hair that was not properly groomed , he was the gentleman handling all the pasta and sauce. I think the attitude from these guys is ruining the historic name of Vince's. I will never come back to this location, I will make that drive back to Ontario even though I live down the street from Temecula. read more

We ordered 2 of the meals for 2. The bread was not correct! We wanted garlic and received cheese. The meat sauce container was only 1/2 to 2/3 full. Not enough for spaghetti.
