First time trying Da Vien thanks to my wife who found it on good ol' TikTok. Very busy as we walked inside and we now understand why. * I ordered the ube matcha. It was my first time trying ube and l absolutely loved it! So tasty! Not too sweet either, it was perfect! My wife ordered the marble drip. It was her first time too and we asked the cashier questions about it and she was more than happy to help and give suggestions. She (wife) opted for more sweetness over strong caffeine due to the possibility of getting a headache and she loved hers too. Da Vien is always a pit stop when I'm in this area and I'm so glad that they opened a location in Cerritos. We ordered the coconut matcha, matcha cream coffee, and DV coffee. Glad to see that it's the same formula as the main store. This location is a lot smaller and it gets pretty crowded while trying to wait. It was about a 15 mins wait for the drinks. Made a mobile order around 11:30ish at the Cerritos location on 11/10/25. Put that I wanted my matcha to be made with less ice. I drink slow and don't want it to get watered down. Went back in to tell the lady in the front that it was actually made with regular/more ice. I was very kind about it and the lady was just refilling lids or cups. She said well it will be watered down. Huh? I'm thinking, okay, but why have the option to have less ice on the app if you aren't going to honor it? She was very rude and did not represent the da vien well. I Watched her scoop the ice out. She handed it back to me. I said thank you so much for Remaking it. She didn't acknowledge me at all, no thank you or even a nod. Just went back to what she was doing in the front. I believe she was the cashier. The matcha taste lately has been watered down, whether I get less ice, no ice, etc. quality just isn't there anymore, especially compared to other coffee and tea spots. Customer service isn't there anymore. More locations has equaled convenience but less quality! I've been a huge fan of da vien for months, from Westminster and garden grove , to now Cerritos and cypress locations. I've made posts and videos about how much I love it. But the last few experiences have unfortunately turned me away and I'll be supporting surrounding small business instead. Drinks are always good, the service is usually MOVING especially on those BOGO days ‍ get the app, you'll find yourself coming for those bogo days often. The matcha cold foam is close to perfection. You may adjust the sweetness, which I love. If you like coconut water and matcha, this drink is for you. A matcha drink that will not leave you thirsty is a win-win in my eyes + it's delicious! The Einspanner is also delicious! There's a salty component that balances out the sweetness. Throughout my time working in Cerritos, I loved ordering the egg coffee here in the morning before work. 50% sweet was just the right amount of sweetness and enough jolt to get me throughout the day. The service here is top notch. My drinks come out super quickly. Parking is a little bit of a hassle though, as I wish they had "pick-up parking only" or "5-minute parking" that way I can just grab and go! The Cerritos store does get busy during peak and weekends but if you order on the app you can skip the line and usually the drinks are ready really quickly. I guess I'm light weight. The Ube cream was good, it was flavorful and you could also taste the coconut. There was a lot of ice. I should have ordered it with less ice, but it was my first time so I didn't know. This place is really clean. The restroom was clean. There's a couple of tables and seating inside. As a loyal customer of Da Vien Coffee, I wanted to share a clear comparison between locations because the difference was honestly surprising. I first got the ube matcha at the Cerritos location, and it was really disappointing. The drink looked and tasted off--the ube layer was dull and greyish instead of that vibrant purple, and it didn't blend well with the matcha at all. The matcha itself looked watered down, and the whole drink felt unbalanced. I even kindly asked if they could remake it, just thinking maybe it was a one-off--but the remake came out looking pretty much the same, which was frustrating. I decided to give it another try at the Anaheim location, and it was a completely different experience. The ube was a rich, vibrant purple, the matcha had a deeper green color, and there was a clean, well-defined gradient between the layers. It actually tasted smooth and balanced like it's supposed to. Same drink, completely different execution. I really appreciate Anaheim for getting it right--it reminded me why I like Da Vien in the first place. I just hope there's more consistency across locations, because the difference shouldn't be this noticeable. read more

Another newbie in town and my kids have to try it. It's the weekend, never seen this parking lot so busy, people streaming in and out, mostly youngsters. I am here as the driver. They ordered macha and the Ube macha; I had sips of both. Pretty likable on my palate. It does not have many fancy drinks on the menu, mostly coffee and macha which actually make me believe that their drinks are with good quality since the products are focused. I dont even need to explain how great this place is. My favorite spot to get banana matcha. I was just at the davien in Stanton yesterday and im all around. We can never stop coming back. The service is great and staff is very patient with you. The ambiance is a clean but is a little busy due to it being a smaller davien but they still do provide a kiosk. This was my first time ordering from Da Vien, and it definitely lives up to the hype! Service was very fast. I placed a mobile order on the app about five minutes before I got to the coffee shop, and my order was already ready by the time I got there. Parking can be pretty difficult to find, even on the weekdays around lunchtime. I ordered a hot matcha coffee. It tasted SO GOOD. The coffee flavor was very strong, but I could still taste hints of the matcha cream. I ordered 50% sweetness (I like my drinks not too sweet but still on the sweeter end, but I wanted to be healthy this time), and I was surprised that the drink was actually the perfect amount of sweetness for me. I heard about this place on Instagram and saw Cerritos was opening up a new store was excited to try it and left disappointed. The presentation sucked nothing like the pics they post, my cup was dirty on one side and looked like they just plopped a blob of cream in it. The flavor of the banana cream reminds me of banana runts so if you like that, but not my thing. Plus the coffee was on the lighter side for being Vietnamese coffee and I dont like strong coffee. I asked for light ice which they did but I felt I was missing like 1/2 inch of coffee off the top of my drink. When I finished it I felt jipped it was 6 dollars for a regular size and I felt like I didnt drink anything. Like I needed another coffee because I had none. I stopped by this coffee when I was visiting Los Angeles area from Florida. Needless to say, this coffee is absolutely amazing! It's gotta be one of my top 3 favorites in all of Los Angeles. So glad they finally opened one in Cerritos! Came during the soft opening, so the hours are only from 9am-2pm. Parking can be a struggle since it's shared with Target and other businesses along South St. There was a line to order on the kiosk, but once I placed the order, it took less than 10 minutes to get my drinks. Their Vietnamese coffee is pretty strong, so I go for their matcha latttes which are on the creamier and sweeter side. Definitely will come back to try their other drinks! read more

I love their coffee, it tastes amazing and I come back often. HOWEVER. I really wish they would go back to their previous cups. They recently changed to a different lid that is so hard to open, you need to flip it open and then lock it in place. A lot of times though, it will crack and break easily. With their specialty being different flavors of cream tops it is also very messy to require customers to dirty their hands just to get a sip. Since the cream top easily reaches to the top of the lid. I will still come back despite these changes, but I hope they consider different cup lid options. read more

The Da Vien coffee is hella good, it tastes just like a tiramisu but not as heavy and the price is not bad ($6 as of June 2025). Inside has a few tables and does have wifi if you want to work, it does get pretty loud though with people conversing and the *very* loud air conditioning. Busy place though, so you may or may not get a seat. Love the Da Vien coffee tho so I will be back. read more
