I had Dabella replace 3 of my windows in 2025. I had an unfortunate event where my house was vandalized. So I reached back out to Hunter, Brian Bettis, the sales specialist who helped me replace my windows the first go around. He quoted me almost double the price this time. I feel he was taking advantage of my situation. He said insurance would have to cover it if I get the exact same windows. Which isn't true and how are the exact same windows double the price 1 year later???? Then I scheduled an appointment for someone else to come give me an estimate today, and they never called or showed. Wasting my whole evening. When I called Dabella's number, the scheduler said she would have to email their team. She doesn't have the number to get in touch with the sales specialist. So basically I wasted my whole evening waiting for them with no answer as to why they didn't show. read more

Don't trust these guys. They showed up at my door unannounced and out of courtesy I let them walk around my house. I told them I do not want to be harassed if I gave them my phone number. Contrary to their commitment, they have been calling me. If they can't commit to honor the little things, I cannot use companies like this one. read more

Beware of DaBella There are a lot of companies that just come knocking on our doors looking for work...roofing, replacing windows and doors, tree trimming, landscaping , etc. I know they're not all bad but we had a horrible experience with 2 sales reps from DaBella. They were at my Mom's house Thursday for 4 hours. They gave her a bid on her roof for 42K, took a check from her ($10,500) for 25% of the bid to "lock in the price" for 5 days. This was all after being told TWICE by my brother in law through the ring camera that we were not comfortable with her writing a check until we (the family) looked over the bid. Then, I myself spoke to Caroline (the sales rep) on the phone and told her to leave my Mom's check on the table and any info on the bid and we would look at it as a family. I heard Caroline (the rep) through ring camera tell my Mom that her daughters were trying to make decisions for her, but this was her house and her money. What the heck? I then told her not so nicely to leave the check and get the heck (different words) out of my Mom's house. My Mom also had asked her to give the check back and leave the info for the bid. They finally left with the check in hand! My sister called the bank immediately and stopped payment on the check and I called the company and reported Caroline to her supervisor. Since then, I have read HORRIBLE reviews on the DaBella page online how they prey on the elderly. I even found a Facebook page you can look up called " Were you scammed by DaBella". That should tell you something! Just be careful out there folks...as I told my Mom, we are not living in the 50's or 60's anymore. Some people are just not NICE. They could have just apologized and left but instead one guy decided to argue with me for some reason. I requested that they CANCEL my potential roofing replacement order within the 72 hour grace period (several calls & contacted their Customer Service) & they still charged my credit card for the down payment. The Customer Service lady (Natalie) that I FINALLY talked to said the guy that didn't return my call (M. Parks) was a manager & she would contact him. This happened two separate times. I never heard back from him. I eventually heard from a lady named Valerie that said they would contact me concerning reimbursement of my downpayment & that was one ten days ago & now she isn't returning my calls. I have no recourse now but to contact the The Better Business Bureau & post on Yelp & ALL other social media outlets to warn others about this companies unethical & totally unprofessional practices! He will pound on your door nonstop for no reason. Be weary of any 5 star review as they are given with Ray watching over you when they make the sale and not after install so that you get a discount. read more

I had my new windows installed yesterday, the crew let me know how things were going for they needed to push one window into its place causing damage to the paint. The room is being repainted so it was ok but they had asked if I had paint so they can retouch It. Today, two individuals wearing DeBella shirts knocked on my door regarding some kind of inspection. Despite ignoring the door three times, they continued knocking. I was busy working and not interested, and since most residents in my neighborhood are renters, I'm unsure why they were canvassing here. After finally answering and expressing that I wasn't interested, they continued to push their pitch. In door-to-door sales, professionalism, courtesy, and respect go a long way--none of which I experienced in this interaction. If a potential customer declines multiple times, it's a sign to move on. Ironically, I have family members currently undergoing a full remodel and looking for quotes, but after this aggressive and intrusive experience, I know not to consider this company. read more

December 2022 closed on my house. The house was built in 1987 & over the years, previous owners didn't address problems that needed repairs. From my layman perspective, I could visually see that mostly patchwork repairs were done over the years. A home is the biggest investment that you'll ever have, so taking care of my investment is important. This is my forever home & and I realized that soon I would have to make a decision. I called Dabella & the next day, two local knowledgeable representatives came out, Marty & Blake. I was asked questions as to what's important for me & my expectations. Both were comfortable to engage with & explained how the materials & products are made to last, how it's made & from what it's made of. I'm not an easy sell. However, I was impressed not only with Marty & Blake but their sincere interest to assist me, their truthfulness that's backed up in writing & knowledge of the products, the longevity & quality DaBella brings to the table. Also, all the products are made in the USA and are of extreme high quality. I felt confident making my decisions & will have an upscale roof, siding & covered rain gutters. I requested 2 window replacements for damaged windows. Someone called me back and said their minimum is 3 windows. I would have been glad to get to have this company give me an estimate, but the representative said they were not interested in any work less than 3 windows, so that was that. Since that I have had at least 4-5 sales calls fom DaBella trying to sell me their services. They themselves dismissed my service request yet they still harass me and try to sell me some service or another. Because of this harassment I will never do business with them nor can I recommend them to anyone, unless you enjoy being harrassed with sales calls. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company. read more

Have had materials sitting in my driveway for a month and no one has reached out to say when project will begin. I have made several calls to the austin number and get a call center in Oregon that then rerouted me to customer service in Dallas they have no one to call and only say they will send an email to project manager.. our project manager "Kylie" we have never heard from and sales man Jeremiah will not return text or calls. We signed January 29 materials dropped in my driveway on March 7 and now April 2 we are still getting the run around .. very frustrating.. Update as of 1300hrs on 2/15. The "crew" started yesterday. Some of them got here and waited for 1-1 1/2 hours for rest of them to get here. Not a person came to speak to myself or my wife even though we were standing right outside the garage watching. We were told that none of them speak English which really makes me wonder about the legal ramifications if something were to happen and we can't communicate with them. After maybe 2 hours, their boss shows up and he can speak English and we went over what was going to be done, and some of it he didn't know (glad i was there to tell him or God knows what could have happened). Also, that was the last time I saw him on site too. We have 2 rotties, we asked them to please do the back first so we have a place we can safely take the dogs to in order to use the bathroom and that way they also won't bother the people working. That never happened. They also h ad to borrow OUR ladder as it appears they weren't prepared for the job (so i guess if we didn't have one, then they couldn't work?) My wife has beds she plants in around the house, and we have short fencing round them to keep the dogs out. She pulled them back on an end so they would easily have access to the areas needed. Well, they F'ed up her fencing and trampled her stuff (wife took pics of everything done) The crew didn't communicate with us at any point at all about when they would be stopping, as the just disappeared with no word about when they would return the next day. They also left cigarettes, cigarette butts, and their trash around our yard (wife smokes so we have ashtray in the front and back for butts because she never throws them on the ground). They also left all their boards on the ground with nails facing UP so we could step on them or the dogs could step on them. Its like the company WANTS people to sue them or something. I am betting that after this, I will need to call another company in to inspect the work done and also do the rest that we did NOT have done on this go round. I guess someone from the company left a replay to my previous post here, and said they look forward to hearing from me, but i guess a phone call like i had asked for back on Monday is too much to ask after they get your money. This continues to be the most unorganized cluster screw i have ever seen. We have told our neighbors and friends that were asking how it goes that we would never recommend this company for anything at all. DaBella has it all if you can afford it and do a very thorough check after installation. The sales team was friendly and persuasive. All the materials are high quality. Tim & Nate, the sales team, were excellent. The roofer, Roberto, the roofing supervisor out of Dallas was also excellent. Roberto listened to every request and he and the team made it happen. From changing the angle of a roof vent, adding a diverter to the edge of the roof to stop water from pouring onto my ac, as well as fixing a broken pipe from the weight of the heavy shingles being loaded onto the roof. (The shaking caused a pipe to break.) I do remember, being passed around a bit between project managers with lots of apologies and lags in communication. All were friendly and likeable although I remember being a bit frustrated. The last project manager, Carson, a project supervisor, finally took the project to the finish line so I appreciate that. Carson came out to see the finished work and check on me. By that time, I was relieved it was over and gave it a 10. Now the bad part... the request for customer service! A few months after the roof was installed, I noticed that the guy wire to the main electric pole on my roof was not attached to the roof. It was just laying on the shingles. Had I not been cleaning off the roof I would have never noticed that it was an oversight by the roofing team. I contacted the roofer and the original project manager with no reply. After contacting Carson, the project supervisor, I was quickly sent a link to request service. According to the website, a notification should come over email or a phone message after 3 days (I block unknown numbers but I asked that they leave a message) but I've heard nothing for weeks. I've requested service twice with the online service form with no contact. Normally, I would just hire someone and make it easy on myself. Yet, I feel like I paid for an expensive roof that should come with great service. From what I've read, an electric post with no support from a guy wire is dangerous should the electric pole be compromised. I have 2 enormous pecan trees with heavy limbs. You never know when one of these tree limbs will fall on the pole as pecan trees are self-trimming trees. I'm hoping that someone at Dabella will read this, reach out and send someone.
