If you've driven by downtown Delray, you've seen this cute little spot. It's as attractive as it seems. The food The avocado toast lacked flavor, in my opinion. It was missing salt. It was missing something to give it that pop of flavor. I thought it would use an egg or some chicken. The burger was excellent. Above all, the coffee in the can was my favorite. It's ice coffee in the can with oat milk. I need to find where I can buy these cans. They are a must-try! The Service was friendly and quick. Overall, we loved the fun decor. The bathroom was clean but had no AC, so you would be in and out quick. I love the decor choice for the bathroom. Check it out for yourself when you visit. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I went down to 4 stars instead of 4.5 Came here for my bday dinner because the last visit was so good! I got the blueberry mojito which was very yummy. Strong but not strong enough for me haha! The hummus was good! I got the freebird but with mashed potatoes instead of risotto, which is what i got last time... and last time it just tasted yummier. Loved this place, just because we didn't have a reservation I had to sit in front of an air conditioner but I was happy to get a seat after the arduous back and forth with my wife over where do you want to eat drive. Last year I had the meatloaf that was excellent. this time I had the hanger steak and it was fabulous. My wife had the tile fish which I tasted and it was great too. Ok, cute setting, but lots of room for improvement. 5 stars for a free parking lot across the street! And funky yard/interior decor. We went for Sunday brunch. They do not offer the regular menu so options are somewhat limited. There were no dairy free milk options for the lattes (what?!). We shared the bread pudding entree as an appetizer and it was way too heavy. Needs more berries and something - I don't recommend this as your main! Even with 3 people we couldn't finish. The steak of the day was hanger - $29 MP and it was pretty good. I really wished there was a salad to go with it - super heavy meal. It also needed some kind of sauce which the server did bring upon request (2 aiolis). The fries/bfast potatoes we received were nice and crispy. So delicious- a must try. Great vibe inside and outside as well. We kicked off with cocktails and a mocktail, all unique and full of flavor. We also tried the artichokes and Brie. Both delicious- the artichokes were my favorite, you have to try these. Unfortunately we never took any pictures of our main meals, all salmon which was as pretty to look at as it was tasty to eat. I included a close up of the menu listing the ingredients in the drinks pictured (outside of the mocktail). I would recommend both. Shout out to @blakeleysblondelife for some photo credits. Might be my new favorite restaurant. Just went for my 2nd time. Loved the first time with friends, this time brought the family. Shared the Mezze board to start, definitely enough for 4 people to share. Also got the Crudo, which was very fresh and tasty. Our waiter (Raul, hopefully I'm getting his name correct) was fantastic. He recommended the tile fish special which was fantastic. I shared this my daughter who got the Chicken sandwich which was also very good. My wife had the Vegan Butternut Squash ravioli which was terrific. The only dish that was just ok was the salmon. We finished it off with the Cider Donuts and added a scoop of ice cream. Visiting from out of town - passed this restuarant on the way to my hotel. Service was friendly, quick and overal excellent. Food was awesome! We had crab cakes and short ribs. This is one of my favorite restuants of all time! The dada dates are sweet but have the saltness of the goat cheese to balance it. The twinkly lights in the garden are enchanting at night and their fish of the day is always fresh and cooked to perfection. The service has been great every time I've gone, highly reccomend as a date night location. They also have a small projector and private dining area in the backroom I used for a small birthday dinner awhile back. read more

In my opinion, Dada is exceptional! Appetizer of Dada's famous dates were a great start to a wonderful meal. Our dinner, which were the short ribs with mashed potatoes and crab cakes also with mashed potatoes, were beyond delicious. My short ribs were the best I have ever had. I came to Dada because I'd heard good things, but not much about the actual food, so I wanted to see what the hype was about. The service and drinks were great, easily the best parts of the experience, but the food overall was underwhelming. For appetizers, the bacon-wrapped dates and the cauliflower were very good and I'd recommend both, but the grilled brie with bread was disappointing since it came out solid and oily instead of spreadable. I ordered the meatloaf with horseradish mashed potatoes, and while those two actually go well together, the dish was drowned in a sugary sauce that completely overpowered everything. With light sauce, it probably would've helped the flavor a lot. The chicken dish was bland, and the rice had very little flavor overall. In the end, I'd say Dada is worth going to for the drinks and appetizers, but I'd avoid most of the entrees if you're looking for good food. read more

An old house located in downtown Delray with a huge outdoor dining area. It was warm and we opted to eat inside. Small room like you find in an old house so therefore, extremely noisy. The highlight of the night was our server, Daniel, personable, engaging and extremely knowledgeable. Found out he has been there for 15 years. I started with the Pork Belly Burnt Ends, honey BBQ sauce with marinated cucumbers and onions, Usually dish that was good. For mains, my wife tried the crab cakes, two cakes with a key lime mustard aioli over a grilled corn salsa with a choice of a side. She chose the green beans which she sent back because they were uncooked. She thought there wer fair. I opted for the Chine 5 spice duck breast over a very good fried rice. Ok. Another honest review. Love the vibe - chairs are crazy uncomfortable. My back is actually killing me It's artist-centric which I love the BLT is $10 and they trade art for food. Mojitos are wonderful and we tried the old fashioned (buttery) and delicious. I would love to come back and try more. Food. Had the cauliflower appetizer and it came out basically room temperature. Not warm at all, but not refrigerator cold. Waiter was kind enough to give us 50% off. Tasted great btw! He had the bolognese and it lacked something - also not hot. Parts of it were warmer than others? I think they may pre-make a lot of their items and then warm them up.... I personally don't enjoy that. Food came out so quickly there is no way they spent time actually cooking it.... If they did, with the speed that the meals arrived, it should have been hot. I decided to just have the tuna and it was really cold. (Ok I know it's supposed to be cold, but it should also be seared-I order this constantly and it's never been this cold) People were all nice!
