There is a large parking lot leading to two buildings, the right is the restrooms and proshop and the left is the restaurant with covered outdoor seating in the back. The order counter has a nice video menu display where you can review selections. There were many locals coming in for the food, not necessarily golfing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our food was fresh and tasted great. I had the early breakfast which is an egg anyway, a meat (corned beef hash) and a bread (English muffin). My wife had the everything bagel Lox with salmon. Both plates were brought to the table with utensils by staff. Presentation was nice with orange garnish. We were checked on regularly with our coffee. Corned beef was mostly potato, but still tasty. Quiet today, with average conversation noise. Clean, restrooms needed a little assistance. If you want a nice off the beaten path location, that is quiet in the early morning and a reasonably priced, then this is a nice local stop.

I ordered the stuffed shrimp benedict -- shrimp and eggs benedict are two of my love languages -- and asked to have the green onions left off even though they weren't listed in the ingredients. No pushback, no drama, just accommodated. The portion situation: two full benedicts arrived, which I was not prepared for. I don't eat much and couldn't finish the second one, so come hungry or come with a friend. No sides included but honestly the benedicts stand on their own. Service was fast from the moment I walked in -- greeted immediately, seated quickly, order taken fast, food out fast. Casual busy vibe that feels like a real local spot. Moco Loco best I ever had! Wife had Fresh grilled Ahi and eggs with fresh mango salsa, freakin' amazing. Stuffed French toast on Portuguese sweetbread with fresh fruit is amazing too!!! On vacation from Canada, we decided on Daddy O's for breakfast which was served up quickly, fresh and hot, great service. Harry the owner convinced us to come back for his signature Surf & Turf Dinner which he served up personally. This is a breakfast joint but don't let the decor fool you, the food was hotel grade, amazing steak, prime rib and lobster. Kudos to the chef! read more

Just so you know all of the tips go to the house. I used to work here and none of us got paid tips. I find the this very dissapointing, the customers falsely assume the tips are going to the workers. If you want to tip the workers you clould pay them through zelle or some online payment method, that way the house doesnt claim it all. read more

I had a moment of panic when I walked up because the menu has so many great things on it that I had a tough time making up my mind. No worries though as the line is patient and the friendly lady manning the window wasn't pushy. It is exactly what you would expect. A local operation with folks hustling in the kitchen to make your food to order. There are daily lunch specials but I have only been for breakfast which was plenty good! In fact it was so good, I'm planning to go back again tomorrow haha. I can vouch for the corned beef hash (made crispy) and eggs with rice and a side of Portuguese sausage. Artery clogging goodness for sure! It's cash only so come prepared and since it is made to order, if there is a line, you will be waiting a bit while they make your order. Tipping is optional but there is a jar at the window. Leave 'em something because I watched them hustle like crazy to feed the working class at the crack of dawn to keep the island running. That is so worth a tip in my opinion. This is really a take-away operation so there are no places to sit. However, do what I did and eat on your hood or in your car. If you are there in the morning, watch all the locals showing up sleepy-eyed but ready to be fed.
