I also tried their blueberry critter and that was really good but never came across it again. Hopefully they make more. Their thai tea is standard but it always satisfies. Parking is never an issue here as there's always street parking. We usually pay cash here as there's an extra charge for card. They also have events for the community here, which is pretty cool! Maple bars, Cake donuts, Donut holes, Old Fashioned, Donuts with Sprinkles even Fresh Muffins crying out to be the one. But I know what I'm here for, I'm eyeballing One Vanilla Cream Filled and One Chocolate Cream Filled! Take them home or eat them there, whatever floats your boat, understand that first bite will make your inner "fat kid" jump for joy! Now I'm partial to Vanilla, always have been, but also because I've taken down 3 Vanilla Cream in one sitting! But for you Chocoholics, you will bask in the richness of your beloved cocoa bean! Get this, the donut has been lightly covered with Granulated sugar. Back home, old school places like Dunkin Donuts used Powdered sugar. Wow. Before even trying any of the donuts I knew that Dad's Donuts was going to be special. When I walked in at 7am, the place was packed, but I was still greeted by multiple employees and the high amount of energy was unlike any other donut shop experience. The owner (I'm assuming), was hospitable and helpful in assisting me. I was picking up a couple dozen donuts for a work party and he put together a wonderful variety of donuts. I'm so glad to see small businesses like this thriving and loving their jobs! It's what sets them apart from the big chains. Side note: their donuts and pastries are so tasty! read more

Dad's Donuts has been family-run for over 20 years and they are all so sweet and adorable. The prices are just right for quality food and superb service! I love going there in the mornings for hot ham & cheese croissants and a mouthwatering chocolate bar. If I want to treat myself, I'll add a caramel cappuccino or a mocha freeze! so yummy! in the afternoons, they serve us some massive sandwiches for under $5, which I usually enjoy with one of their famous thai iced teas! Amazing customer service and the best donuts in Burbank, California! The owners of this business are incredibly kind and the staff are super friendly to everyone. Despite the fact they had an issue with a customer, they tried their best to resolve the issue and handle the other customers back and forth. I appreciate the fact that they take their time to suggest donut flavors and drinks to make sure you have an incredible experience. Was at the store next door after hours, and out of curiosity i peeked in Dads when they were closed and noticed that a lot of the donuts racks were un covered and half full. So guess what the people like myself that come early to beat the crowd for a fresh batch are going to get? Yesterdays donuts! These have to be the best donuts I have ever tasted. I found this place from a friend who orders lunch. I figured if they make subs better than subway then the donuts can't be too bad. Dad's donuts has the best croissants I've ever had. I bring my kids here almost every other day to get their cream cheese croissant or there are some twisty donuts this place is a staple in Burbank. I would have appreciated a text or phone call letting me know they were out so I could have chosen my replacement myself instead of them simply choosing it for me Delicious food, don't get me wrong!! I absolutely recommend. I would just request a bit more thought put into cross contamination possibilities, as well as trying to attempt to contact the customer to see if they'd like a specific replacement instead of choosing for them

This place is truly a hidden gem and I am surprised at myself living 7 minutes away from this shop, how did I not notice it?? Total for everything came out to be $23.00. No public restroom, parking is shared with 5 other businesses and the place was clean. Good vibes by all 3 of their employees including the owner himself named Ben! They have great breakfast sandwiches. My go-to is #15: croissant with ham, bacon, sausage, egg and…read morecheese. My partner likes the one with the same inside but either on toast or bagel. The sausage they use is really good. It's more like a sausage link and not breakfast sausage. I recommend their sausage rolls as well. This is also where I get my fix for Vietnamese coffee in the area! The people there are really nice. Small parking lot but usually no issues with parking.
