    Smoked Gouda Brisket Sandwich
    Rob K.

Made my first visit to Dads. My family arrived around 4:30 on a Wednesday and we were promptly greeted and seated. The menu has a little bit of everything (mostly sandwiches/burgers/wings). I opted for the brisket sandwich with fresh cut fries. My sandwich was tasty. I also indulged with a special spring cocktail (Orange Crush) which was good, not sure if it's $9.00 good, but refreshing. My family had a gyro, cheesesteak and chicken steak. Sides ranged from fries, chips, and onion rings. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I don't travel out to the Monroeville area as much as I used to but this is a nice non-chain option in the area. I would consider popping in again.

Dads has now become our go to burger place along side Gateway Grill. It's a toss depending on how crowded it gets. I love the burgers and fries. The cheese sticks are great too! Highly recommend!! The monroeville location

Not on the menu but they did an excellent job making me an extra dirty martini. Totally hit the spot.

I love my parents but they're a lot of work. God bless them. So I was really looking forward to these three specific things all day long- a Pittsburgh steak salad, wings and an extra dirty martini. It took me some time to find a good place that would have all three. Dad's pub totally delivered, so glad we came here. Our first time here and it was perfect. And what made it extra enjoyable was our super friendly and sweet server- Tabitha. Thank you!

Surprisingly, this was a pretty good place to eat. It's nothing particularly special, but the food was pretty good. It looks like a mix of a bar, a small restaurant, and a Wawa. The place looked clean and the staff friendly. I had the corned beef sandwich on marble rye with Cole slaw on it. It's basically a Rachel sandwich. It was delicious!! The price was reasonable as well. Overall, I'd definitely go back there for a quick bite and recommend it to others. We'll done.

Better than bar food! Group of us came here for food and drinks. Friday night and not super busy…read more(yet) so they seated us right away. The drink - damn was that a smooth old fashioned. Notes of spice, wood, nuts, and slight fruit. The taste was great, but just smelling it was pretty intense. The salmon dish was great. The ginger carrot mash was seasoned and puréed enough that it didn't taste like eating just carrots. They cooked the salmon too perfectly to my liking. The service was excellent too - laid back, friendly but they didn't play either about getting your order on time. Solid bar/restaurant, 8.5 / 10.

I wanted to place a carryout order. I first tried online but there was a glitch somewhere in the system. I called instead. When the phone was answered, the background noise was intense. It was so loud that the employee couldn't hear me. At that point I decided to just go in and order. When I walked into Urban Tap, the noise was almost deafening. Music blaring, voices raised to be heard. No one was using their "inside voices", they couldn't. I sat at the bar to order. I never got waited on. I finally caught the attention of one of the bartenders and was ready to place an order. We leaned towards each other, yelling to try to be heard. I couldn't hear her when she read back my order. I really wasn't sure what I'd be getting. Unfortunately, I did get what I ordered - brunch breads and an order of biscuits. It took quite a while to get food - no surprise there. I checked our food when I got it. Oh Lordy, those biscuits looked good. This southern girl appreciates a good biscuit and did these look good. I got the food to the car and we headed out on the next leg of our adventure. About an hour later, I just had to grab one of those golden, flaky discs. Butter? Jam? Nah, the biscuits looked like they could solo on their own. I took one bite and my eyes flew open - not from the deliciousness, it was because of the sheer amount of salt. That can't be right so I took another small bite. I tried a teeny bite of the next biscuit. Salt. The biscuits were inedible. No, I don't mean that I didn't like the flavor. They contained so much salt that there was no way someone could eat these. That's ok, there was the banana bread French toast. It looked a little dark in color but it never crossed my mind that this might not be normal. I took a bite. It tasted odd, off, something wasn't right. My husband pegged it - it was burned. Before grilling or after? No idea. There were also a couple of donut holes. Not even worthy of a second bite. I also ordered fruit. It was good but still not enough to save the meal from dismal failure. We won't be back .

We were pleasantly surprised to find the town celebrating its Homecoming Festival. The streets were closed, bands were playing, and the entire atmosphere was lively and so much fun. The patio had about a one-hour wait, so we opted for the first available seating in the bar area, and it turned out to be a great choice. The service was friendly and attentive, and everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their meals. I ordered the Chicken Milanese, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was very generous, and the chicken was perfectly cooked--moist, tender, and full of flavor. It was served with creamy garlic mashed potatoes and a fresh green salad, making for a fantastic meal. Between the delicious food, excellent service, and the unexpected festival atmosphere, this was a memorable dining experience. I would definitely recommend Pour on Center and look forward to returning! **Everywhere I go, I bring my Yeti filled with reverse osmosis water. At this restaurant, I was asked to remove it from the table because they don't allow outside beverages. This is only the second restaurant I've ever visited that has had this policy, so I just wanted to give others a heads-up. If you usually bring your own water like I do, you may want to leave it in the car.
