This is a pretty standard Dairy Queen. Lots of people all the time. Seriously- rain or shine, there are loads of people. The line moves fairly quickly and the employees are pleasant and efficient, if not exactly friendly. All the blizzards are solid choices, but eat quickly because it melts fairly fast. They have short runs of flavors for spring & summer, so look for seasonal items too. Dipped cones are good too. Not too leaky. Parking is a bit squishy, but it's not impossible. I have to say this is one of the best location we received excellent customer service by the DQ team. I placed an online order a month ago (via DQ App) for two large Blizzards from this location for delivery. Unfortunately, I received my delivery and opened my bag to find out I got two small Blizzards instead. I contacted the Home Office and the owner left me a voicemail a few days later and said to come down in-person to receive replacements for free. Please keep in mind that this location is too far from me and insisted for my compensation to be used online. I contacted him (via texts) a couple of weeks later and he told me to wait until the first week of September for him to come back from vacation. We reached an agreement that if I placed a second order that he would do a full refund on top of getting my Blizzards. So I did this through the DQ App again. Yet, the Door Dash delivery driver (who was at the location) called me to say they didn't get my order and I had to tell her what kind of Blizzards that I wanted. The correct order was delivered a short while later. So I texted the owner my order number and he told me that a refund was issued to my Credit Card. A few days passed and the refund doesn't show up on my account. So I contacted him again and said he would do the refund process a second time and would send me a snapshot of it. Regrettably, it's been more than a week and my grievance still hasn't been resolved. Hence, you should steer clear of this location and visit either the Cypress or Garden Grove locations (since they never messed up on any of my previous orders) to satisfy your DQ cravings in the future altogether! read more

I ordered a New York cheesecake blizzard size medium unfortunately after I had gone through only about 20% of the desert I had no more cheesecake pieces. I might have gotten three cheesecake bits for the entire cup I checked Thoroughly. Also the ratio of the filling and the ice cream was not good it made the ice cream very gooey because it had too much of them. filling and not enough ice cream and definitely not enough cheesecake pieces. I love Dairy Queen their ice cream is probably one of the creamiest, tastiest ice cream I've had, but the way her serve and charge is NOT SANITARY or safe especially during these times. the employees charge the customers and then the same person that charges goes to make the order and doesn't wear gloves! I saw one employee charge and then go prepare the cone, and the cone has a paper around the bottom part, but inevitably, the employees hand still touches the part of the cone that the customer eats. This is not good! I waited for like 20 minutes in line, I was almost next but when I saw that, I made the best decision, and that was to leave. I would feel much more comfortable if only one person charged and the rest of the employees made the orders even still wearing gloves, but they don't do this. We ordered a medium dipped cone that was very very small ( like the size of the old big stick popsicle) and the chocolate was so thinned out you could see through it. We also ordered a banana split with even less ice cream and a ton of whipped cream to make it look big. Seriously was 80 % whipped cream with toppings. I wanted to speak to give him feedback about the store, about the staff, and about the service He quickly became argumentative. No wonder the staff act that way, the owner does too. He became defensive and wantes to argue his reason. I advised him i did not want to argue with him but rather give feedback.
