We didn't find the chili cheese fries very appealing. They consist of crinkle-cut fries which are just topped with cheddar cheese and chili. Although the crinkle-cut was a novel feature, the chili itself was rather ordinary, neither distinct nor memorable. Considering the portion sizes and the amount of the check, the value we got wasn't really there. The burger has good flavor, but if you're eating because you're hungry and expecting a large meal, you should consider the size and price.

At one point the employee I was trying to order with just walked away, and someone who seemed like a manager had to tell her to come back and help me. The whole ordering process just felt unnecessarily difficult. Between the parking, the slow drive-thru experiences, the confusing ordering setup, advertised items not being available and the customer service, I wouldn't come back to this particular location. There are other Jollibee locations I'd rather go to.

I was actually looking forward to trying the pretzel stick from Dairy Queen, but it ended up being a letdown. Unfortunately, it was hard and chewy right from the beginning, almost like it was overcooked or stale. I was also expecting a nice salty flavor, but unfortunately, that was missing too. On the bright side, the service at the location I visited was top-notch - the staff were friendly and attentive. The store itself was also clean and tidy, a testament to the employees' hard work. Considering the pretzel stick's shortcomings, my recommendation would be to skip it altogether. I come in once a week. The ice cream is great. I got sad news last night when the worker named Ethan told me it is his last week. He is truly amazing and great at making lots of people smile and laugh and making our day a lot better once we walk in. My family and I love him. Now we are going to have to find a new place for ice cream. DQ is not the same without Ethan, the times I have come in and he is not here the other workers are rude and not having good basic service. I had a very uncomfortable experience at this workplace. There seemed to be an inappropriate relationship between two employees, which created an unprofessional environment. It made me feel uneasy and concerned about the lack of boundaries and respect in the workplace.
