The mac and cheese and chocolate shake were both good as well. The disappointment was my curly fries. They were mostly small end pieces, hard, and clearly not fresh. My husband then noticed the manager discard the remaining fries after filling my order and prepare a fresh batch for the customer behind us, whom she then joined in the dining room. That was frustrating to see. Overall, the food was decent, but when a fast-food meal for two costs more than $30, I expect everyone to receive fresh food--not the leftovers from the fry station while the next customer gets a fresh batch. I hope Arby's can be more consistent in serving the same quality to every customer.

The car cops are again actually running! They are supposed to do this. It ensures your food is delivered quick and timely no unnecessary long waits. This made me happy So happy. But what made me happier? They have finally got the right flavor of their signature burgers. A Swensons burger should have a little bit of sweetness to it. It did!!! The bun should always be fresh. It should have a little bit of butter grilled onto it. It should come out to you warm. It was. The lettuce should be crisp, green. It was! . There should be enough cheese on it to taste cheese. The cheese ratio was ideal. The past three trips this has been exactly what I have experienced. I was thinking it was a fluke, but its not. I work from home and my lunch break is only 3:45-4:15pm, so a 4:19 delivery would be too late. I called the store and was told they had to delegate the order to a third party because the delivery driver wasn't in. I asked why that meant my order was going to be late as they could've delegated the order earlier. I was told they didn't have any control over the third party delivery. I told the store the order needed to be cancelled because it would arrive too late and asked what could be done about the inconvenience. I was told the order could be cancelled but nothing could be done for the inconvenience. I said ok and completed the call. I then called the corporate customer service and explained what happened and was told that I would get contacted within 24 hours by the franchise owner. I asked if the owner could follow up by email as I can't take calls while at work. No response. I called the corporate customer service back the following Tuesday and was told I should've gotten a contact and that they would follow up in 24 hours and if not to call back. The next day, Wednesday, still no contact so I followed back up with corporate. I was told that the store responded to them and said I have been contacted and told I have a credit at the store under my name and I needed to call the store to see what that credit was. I then called the store and spoke with a manager who told me that the order was refunded but there was no credit under my name. I called the corporate customer service back and told them that no credit existed and the owner had lied to them not only about contacting me but also about having issued a credit. I was told that, again, I would be contacted by the franchise owner within 24 hours and to follow back up if I wasn't. At this point I have called every week day and still gotten no contact or follow up about how this would be prevented in the future. To be clear, I am not asking nor have I asked for anything more than contact. This is not my first issue with deliveries from this store and I am just trying to find out that it's being fixed. I'm not asking and have not asked for anything free, just to have a simple dialogue. My attempts have been met with nothing but lies and silence. This whole situation could have been handled a number of different ways that would have resulted in a more positive experience, but instead it has been handled with misdirection, lies, and a total like of communication. My only hope is that this review serves as a warning to other customers to avoid this location and that it lets the owners know that this level of service is not acceptable and will not go unanswered.
