I don't usually review fast food restaurants as they are highly criticized typically for one off experiences and I don't really eat much of this cuisine. But yesterday I needed an early lunch while in the area and I was glad I tried it. I arrived about 11:20 on a weekday and so surprised that it was so mellow inside. My work truck doesn't fit in drive throughs so I must go inside. There is a High school right next door so I expected a bunch of students flooding the dining room and drive through. Just another fellow like me and some light takeout and drive through business. The lady at the front was very friendly and helpful. Just a simple $7 chicken strip meal deal for me which was more than I needed. I went to a booth and worked in my phone. She kindly brought me my sundae and subsequently the meal. It was all cooked perfect and tasty and with service I don't usually see when I choose to lower my standards and diet with fast food. I'll definitely consider stopping here since I have a lot of work around there and really the ethnic food dining in Sammamish is average at best. read more

Ordered two stack burger's. One with beacon the other without cheese also ordered a large fries as a side order So disappointing. $25 down the drain. Solid fast food spot for a late night snack run. We decided to do dine-in as we didn't want our blizzards to melt. The cashier was super friendly and on it. The seating area is clean and orderly. Service was fast and they even brought the blizzard to our table! We got a small Reese pieces cookie dough blizzard. Just enough to share between 2 people! But for 5 bucks, a little pricey. I can overlook the ridiculously overpriced food. I can overlook the fact that the restaurant is staffed by disengaged high schoolers, working shifts that make you seriously wonder if labor laws are being respected. I can overlook having to clean my own table because herds of unsupervised obnoxious rich kids have trashed the place and there isn't enough staff to keep up. I can even overlook the occasional wrong order. These are, after all, the hallmarks of a stereotypical poorly managed fast food restaurant. But when I came in the other night to eat in the dining area and it was literally so cold inside that I could almost see my breath, and had to go out and eat in my car, I'm drawing the line. It's also stupidly hot in there during the summer. If you're too cheap to run the HVAC, then just close the lobby and make it a takeout-only restaurant. Don't tell me you're struggling to make a profit when it's hard to get out of there for under $25 for one combo meal or $8 for a cup of ice cream. read more

We now come here regularly to get treats and food for the kids. It's fast food so I don't expect great quality, but the service has always been great. Two big observations. Came here one more time and was my second and last time. The TOAST was not toasted, the bread was cold and they added butter. I mean how lazy can you be? Yuck. The menu says toast. Anyways then one day I was driving to Starbucks, and since there is a school some students were waiting outside like waiting for some other students since it was the time the school ends. I saw an employee lady ( owner?) without any manners, went to them and started yelling at them to leave. The this Sammamish GEM! Every time I come through the drive thru I am always greeted with happy faces and consistently good service. We always get the chicken fingers & fries! YUM! My daughter always orders the dipped cone. My other daughter always gets the Oreo blizzard. And don't for the Pup Cup when you're dogs with you. We're so lucky to have a place like this in our neighborhood. I've given this DQ a lot of chances because my family loves Dairy Queen, but we're done. This location is the worst. When they decided to no longer serve the $6 meal deal all day like corporate Dairy Queen advertises, that was the last straw after all the bad food and long waits. This location is cheap on everything. Their portions are tiny, and they skimp on everything. Their chicken strips are more like nuggets due to their tiny size. When you see inside at the drive-thru window, there are signs everything with a zillion exclamation points telling workers to only give out bags under certain circumstances and limit napkins. I consistently order four Blizzards to take home to the kids because this place only does drive-thru, and they never give you a drink holder to help get them home. You have to ask. The Blizzards are melty even when they hand them to you, and they are always completely melted by the time you get home, creating a huge mess in the car. That never happens at the Bellevue location. Additionally, I ordered a cake for an event for my child, and they wrote a completely wrong message on it--like someone else's message and name. It was an expensive cake, so I tried contacting them to see if they could fix it. They never even bothered to reply. read more

I hate to say it but this DQ has a subpar quality compared to the others I have tried. I love the Cho Hazelnut Chip shake but this place does NOT make it they way it should be, it is not thick, doesn't have enough chocolate chip and totally lacking flavor. One day I tried the Raspberry Chocolate Chip shake, unfortunately it was the same, I couldn't taste the Raspberry at all and not enough chocolate chips. I had to go back and even with the new one, it was still lacking flavor. I recommend they revisit on how shakes are being prepared and don't cheapen on the amount being added to the drinks. I could tell the difference when visiting Redmond DQ. Sammamish Dairy Queen is such a disappointment. read more

I went to this establishment expecting a normal Dairy Queen experience. Instead i was greated by this blond kid with the name tag "Connor" he was so helpful and made my experience go from a 8/10 to a solid 9.5/10. the other .5 is because i had bad gas afterwards... all in all i would really recommend this restaurants, and i think connor should me promoted or at least given a raise, he's so cute! i would recommend this restaurant to anyone, however the gas was unbearable. 5 STARS!!! read more

Excited to have a new DQ location but this one certainly fell short. Staff was poorly trained to take orders and the dipped cones were sloppily and inconsistently made. They were also making cones too early and leaving it on the counter to melt before handing them to customers. The nicest people work here! My fiancé and I went late on a Friday night to get some munchies and blizzards and waited what felt like an expected amount of time for our food. The guy running food apologized ahead of time that the fries were still cooking and it would take a little bit longer than normal. We've attempted this location several times, and our order is always unsatisfactory. The ice cream machine has been down for over a year, and the employees seem very bothered if you ask for an ETA for when this will be repaired. Most of the time our blizzards aren't mixed Leaving the top of the blizzard with all of the toppings and more than half vanilla ice cream only. Service 40/60 good service and poor service. I've reached out to the owner privately and haven't heard back. It seems they know people will go there and don't care about quality. read more

There were a lot of people in there tonight. Service was fast and accurate. The store is really large. I love all of the detailed items from the spoons for door handles to the art on the walls.
