I'm a little disappointed since I've heard good things about Habit from friends. I ordered the Variety Family Charbox, coming with 4 burgers, 4 sides, and 4 sauces. The portion size burger-wise was great for the price and I love how they included all the different sauce options. It was cool getting to try out the burgers and sides. My favorite was the teriyaki, but the regular was pretty good as well. On the other hand, the portion sizes were lacking with the tempura green beans and onion rings. I expected a bit more due to it being a pack that's meant to be shared. We also were never given our drinks, which we were especially excited for. Overall still a pretty decent place and I'd give it another try. read more

Location: Location is convenient - where the old Jack in the Box used to be and is in central Sammamish, near Safeway. They have a Drive Thru and dining area and the indoor dining area looked nice. Food: Food overall was OK- not the greatest burger I had but was still decent. However, they forgot to add in two of our fries so we did a pickup order and after we got home, realized it was missing and had to go back and wait a while to get the missing fries. The Drive Thru line moved slowly, and I was able to get the pickup order faster and get out while the last car in the drive thru still didn't move. I had the 'tropical tea' that tasted very very watered down so it didn't even taste like tea. Service: The workers seemed friendly but you would have to wait a while before being able to talk to someone. Price: Not too cheap but not too expensive. Hours: One big pro to this place is that they're open till 10 pm (or 11 pm on weekends) whereas other places seem to close early so when you're hungry late at night it's one of the few options available. read more

Wow, really disappointed by our meal last night. We went during their pre-opening and the food and service were really good. Yesterday we ordered a charburger meal and a Santa Fe Cobb salad. The meal was over $12 which was surprising. They do give a good amount of fries and a pretty large drink. The burger was almost inedible. It looked like it was put together by a child and was totally messy. There was sauce all over the burger and it was falling apart. The meat was flavorless and slightly undercooked. I don't want to see any pink from a fast food burger. The cobb was pretty good. The veggies were fresh. We've been big fans of the Habit for many years but I won't be going to this one again. We'll stick with the Issaquah location unless they change it up in Sammamish. They can definitely do better. read more

This place might be the worst Habit location. I always use the drive thru and they will never give me the fry sauce I order and are constantly trying to upsell me with other menu items. It's really annoying and now I've noticed they've incorporated tipping on their credit card machine which is ridiculous. Three Stars. Heard rave reviews about their chicken sandwiches so decided to bring a couple home today. At nearly 10.00 each they seemed expensive so we had hopes they would be over the top wonderful Despite the fact they weren't at all busy it took a LONG time before my hand held buzzer signaled my order was ready. The sandwiches were actually pretty good. Not bad at all but certainly not exceptional. The buns were tasty and soft and the chicken was nicely broiled. They were however just slathered with an excessive amount after mayonnaise or whatever they use. They were sloppy and difficult to eat because of this. The staff were nice and the place was clean! Wouldn't be in a huge hurry to return and if we do would probably select something different from the menu. read more

In early July we ordered two sandwiches: a burger and a grilled chicken . The food was tasty but there was only enough chicken to cover 1/2 of the bun. That is unacceptable for a $10.00 sandwich. This chain is relatively new to the Washington but it's a California chain with over 300 locations around the US. its corporate parent is Yum Brands owner of KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut. This is their burger brand competing with Five Guys, FatBurger and other "upscale" burger places. It's just ok. Their signature "CharBurger" has no flame broiled taste despite its name. The onion rings are no better than what you get frozen in the grocery store. On the plus side, they have a grilled tuna filet sandwich and steak sandwich for something different plus salads. The grilled onions are good and they have a pepper bar. Overall, if you want a burger, FatBurger is a better option. But Habit has more variety in the menu which is probably the primary reason to go. read more

I've been here three times since opening and has always left me happy and full. Either drive thru or walk in, food has always been hot and delicious. I'm not just giving the food five stars but also the customer service. Always greeted with a smile and very friendly. Got a couple ice cream cones "on the house" because of my mistake and it really hit the spot while waiting for our order. Recommend trying a burger lettuce wrapped. Nice change of pace for summer and they really load it up with lettuce and delivered in a good container for transport. I first discovered Habit Burger in LA. It was one of the best made-to-order burger chains. Naturally when they opened a location right in the neighborhood I was super delighted. This is my second time visiting the Sammamish location. I was there for a takeout order. In the order I had peach grilled chicken salad and original charbroiled burger. When I opened the salad at home. Gosh it was a sad little salad that looked worse than airport food. There were no peaches in sight despite its namesake. I'm pretty happy with my, "The Habit Burger Grill" experience. I went to their website to look at the menu, downloaded the app and ordered for curbside pickup. Everything works seamlessly. Love the countdown timer and the text message with link that you click when you arrive. This app is very good and allows you to customize. I was parked less than a minute my food came out. Highly recommend using the app. The free burger you get is a nice bonus.The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger is pretty yummy. Best part is the customer service at the Sammamish restaurant. I am waiting for this place to get my order right. I don't get fries/onion rings/shake/drinks, just a burger. I order it to go - by the time I get home, I realize it's not correct. We found the burgers, chicken and fries to be delicious. The order came out faster than expected, and the staff was friendly and efficient. My only complaint is the kiosk/tablet ordering system. Ordering different things for 3 different people takes about 5 times as long as just telling a cashier. There are far too many screens to go through, poor system design. In the future we'll probably just order at the drive up and take it home. read more

Burger selection is good, onion rings are always great. Best buy is the garden salad, it blows away any other salad in the area and is a great value. Love that you can add pepperoncini and Jalapenos to everything. I've only had 2 issues, both with ordering. 1) Several times, after setting up my order on the habit app it came back and said that the location was unavailable. 2) two times, I ordered through kiosk, got a receipt, however the order never made it to the workers. Came back again as I said I would and had a little better experience. Much more efficient drive thru process this time. I had the same thing (#3 Combo) and while it was tasty it was still a bit soggy...like it had sitting for a bit. Fries are great and we're hot. Others had #1 Combo and felt the same about the sogginess of the bun. Onion Rings are great! Chicken Nuggets and the Sundae rounded out our order. Again, we'll go back because the food is yummy, not sure what can be done to cut down on the sogginess of the buns...maybe just made closer to the time the car is at the window? read more
