So we went threw the drive thru to get ice cream. In fact I'm writing on the way home. First off we orderes a Sunday for my daughter and they didnt ask if we wanted or even offer whip cream. When we got to the window and asked where is the whip cream. The lady said oh thats extra. Really it should have been offered. Then as I am eating my ice cream cone there is a long hair in it. That is beyond gross. How is this total disregard not only for customer service but public health codes acceptable. read more

All these reviews about the customer service ARE 100% TRUE! Let me start off by saying I've been here multiple times. I'm pregnant, have never liked ice cream until now and my husband frequents the O'Reillys in the same parking lot so its convenient. Everytime i go there I'm the only one in the drive thru, and they always rush me. Every person I've spoken too in this establishment has been rude and pushy. However, my ice cream was always good until the other day i ordered a chocolate xtreame blizzard but the only two ingredients were missing? No brownies, no chocolate pieces? practically a 4 dollar cup of plain ice cream... Last time i checked being polite and remembering what goes in a blizzard isn't rocket science. Check your order before you start driving away! I didnt start eating mine until i was almost home or i would have returned it. A total clown show... This place is ridiculous... I expected to have a somewhat decent experience and left with the total opposite. The line was long of course, as usual around this time in September.. That wasn't the issue.. However, the service I received was sub-par and unprofessional. While placing my order I asked for a regular sized blizzard, thinking I would end up with a medium... That's typically how it turns out when you're ordering drinks/cups etc. However the female cashier got frustrated and took a strong/sarcastic tone with me while trying to go over the sizes they have. I apologized then asked for a medium with my order. I eventually get to the window after watching needle on my gas gauge drop. They handed me my order, after triple clarification of my order with the rude cashier through the speaker, I get home to find that my order was wrong... Like entirely wrong, I went from ordering something strawberry, and ended up with chocolate fudge and nuts.... My wife called down there multiple times to get this sorted out, and they hung up in her face multiple times... This is not some place you wanna take your family for a fun treat... No wonder this place is averaging an embarrassing 2 out of 5 star rating... The employees can care less as to whether they provide good service or not... stay safe, and plan ahead... Margie Moreno, who says she is the owner, was extremely rude when we called to ask if peanut butter was supposed to be in the brownie blizzard. My daughter hates peanut butter and had multiple pieces of peanut butter candy in her blizzard. The lady who answered the phone ignored me multiple times when I asked for her name, but eventually said it was Margie, was so rude and condescending on the phone. I have been a regular customer with my children to this Dairy Queen and will NEVER go back after the way she talked to us on the phone. I would give 5 stars except the service is ONLY good if a certain male employee is there. I keep meaning to catch this gentleman's name as I may resort to calling ahead to make sure he's there before I drive over, especially after the awful service I had yesterday. Most of the other employees, who, as far as I can tell, are all women, are awful.; they have no idea how to speak to people in a professional manner and are slow as molasses. I especially love this particular young lady who refuses to say anything to you aside from : "$4.09." How about "Hi! How are you? Thanks for waiting for 10 minutes when we only have about 2 customers to tend to. Thanks for the job security. Thanks for not being ghetto enough to tell me to my face how awful I am at this job..."? In any case, if you show up and a man helps you, it's most likely the gentleman I mentioned above and you should be good to go. And no, I don't he's only nice to me because I'm a gal. Customer service was good. Ice cream was good. Nothing bad to say. We waited a couple minutes when no one was in front of us, but way better of a wait than cold stone. I had a chocolate dipped vanilla cone and my bf had a Reese's chocolate blizzard. Both were delicious. read more

Extremely upset over the employees' customer service. I have been to multiple locations and this one is by far the worst. My family and I showed up a few minutes prior to closing and we very rudely got kicked out. We were refused service. While we understand that it was close to closing time the "manager/ shift lead" could have been more professional about attempting to explain the situation. She refused to give us their corporate information or her name and said "look it up online," while turned around and walked away. What was supposed to be a simple ice cream cone trip turned into an upsetting and uncomfortable situation. They need better management of this location. read more

My sister and I went to Dairy Queen on today 7/7/19. We ordered a total of 6 blizzards, 5 large and 1 small. We made it home and realized they forgot to give us 1 large blizzard and forgot 1 add in on another. We called the store to let them know what happened and this girl Kayla basically wanted to argue about the situation instead of trying to correct the situation. We asked if she could give us corporates number and she said, "That doesn't have nothing to do with me." We told her that if we come back up there we would like another free blizzard because of the inconvenience and she said she can't do that. We asked for the manager she said there's not one there. We asked for the managers number she said she can't give that out. Clearly, they don't have any customer service. Went to Dairy Queen's website and got a number to contact corporate to complain. This was my last week in Moreno Valley so I thought I would end the day with some Ice Cream. Went through the Drive thru and the staff sounded energetic. Very disappointed in their customer service. The "little boy" that took my order (drive thru ) kept asking me to "hold on" he seemed like he was annoyed and in a hurry. I gave him my order, pulled up to pay,he gave me my total which seemed off. I asked for him to repeat my order,he rolled his eyes and with a attitude said I only ordered one thing. Because he kept telling me to "hold on" he never took/heard my complete order. So when I corrected him, he shut the window,shook his head and rolled his eyes because he had to make more ice cream. If making ice cream and balancing different orders is hard for that kid or anyone there,maybe they shouldn't work at Dairy Queen.
