I was immediately greeted by a female employee as soon as I opened the door and was told about the sale they had for that day. Basically buy one get one 50%off. This location is in Chino on Central and Philadelphia; next to the 76 gas station at the shopping center. The store was nicely organized and everything was placed nicely. I was looking for the Pro Club T-Shirts and I found them towards the front of the store and they were on Sale.. I asked the staff about the shirts. The staff member that assisted me that day was Carl. He took the time and we were talking about the shirts and the brand. Just really good conversation and made me feel that I was appreciated as a customer. I decided to get the 3 colors of Pro Club t-shirts his size. My overall experience was great and the customer service I received from Carl was outstanding. My in my personal opinion, I would recommend WSS if you are looking for athletic apparel and get great customer service from the staff. Thank You Carl for your assistance! Another time I've tried to sell from them I tried to sell my unworn $150 dollar adidas and they tried to give about 20 bucks for them.
