I went again to Daisy nails! Love the results but the pricing is very confusing. On the website it says $25 for a fill when in person it says $30. Then when I went to pay they told me $45. I just got a fill with solid color and kept the length. I didn't ask because I assumed that was normal but as I was leaving i regret not asking. Hopefully they fix the pricing. But the results were amazing as usual! They take their time and have great customer service! read more

I've been going to this salon a little over 2 years now. I love the work they do. I've never had any issues with My nails. My only complaint would be when you make an appointment, it doesn't seem to matter. They will see people right before your appointment time. There has been several times I have to wait 30, 40 even 60 minutes past my appointment. Other than that, great service, friendly staff, clean salon. Love it! read more

I have to start off by saying I don't usually yelp , but i have to rate my experience here and im also a regular customer but not after this visit and that past couple have been terrible! The service on the nails is just horrible you can tell the unevenness the lumpyness and on top of that she basically let me walk out of there with them still dirty from the filing all because she had another client and you can tell she was rushing. The color I choose just makes it look even worse last thing it's supposed to be coffin shape definitely not coffin shape . Last time coming here and i love the way daisy does nails and if only she can teach her other technicians her techniques they would have more business. read more

First time here since my nail tech suddenly had to stop doing nails. I was worried about getting filled somewhere else. I love the fact that I can book online on there user friendly link and site. The shop has plenty of hand sanitizers and wearing masks and taking temps. Only thing I didn't see was them clean station after a client was getting serviced. The nail tech Moon was so so nice and did such a great job on my nails !! My pedicure was super relaxing and feet are popping ! The salon is small but they make it work. The nail technicians are very nice and they were more than accommodating in getting me and my mom in for appointments. My mom got a gel pedicure from the sweetest lady; she made my mom laugh a lot. I got a french gel manicure from a really good nail technician. The reason why I'm giving them only 4 stars is that they spoke really loud to each other over all the TVs that were on making the atmosphere feel a little chaotic. read more

So disappointed with the service. I went for a Manicure Pedicure. The pedicure was good went to another lady for manicure her phone rang she was talking on the phone she wasn't paying attention and she was doing my cuticles and she cut my finger. My finger kept bleeding. She was trying to put pressure on it putting all kinds of junk on it it wouldn't stop bleeding that's how bad she cut me. I ended up leaving, didn't get my nails painted. I ended up painting it my self. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place I went with my husband we will never be going back there!! They need to work on the customer service. read more

I really gave them more than a few chances to get it right but it just kept getting worse EVERY SINGLE VISIT .. this last time a nail came off less than 24hrs after they were done, not to mention I was there for 4hrs that visit (full set & pedi) FOUR HOURS PASS.. and they're not cheap.. it wasn't a oh well u get what u pay for .. full set and pedi I would average between $95-$110 every 2wks.. never fills since they didn't last long enough to have that anyway. This last time was definitely the last straw especially after the tech replaced the broken nail and then put the wrong color and tried to convince me it was the same color .. ma'am you lying . She changed it then said I should have told her before .. like what?? just all wrong no accountability at all. She also cut me while she was doing it then said it was MY fault because I moved too much .. Ma'am I moved because YOU cut ME lol girl bye I was done done. I went to this place because my regular specialist was very busy and I had to do it asap, had flight the same day. First it took them 2 hours to complete pedicure and acrylic nails which is fine. The design was on two ring fingers and it was sticking out on what when I asked she said that's 3D design it's how it is. F it I was rushing and quickly paid and left to wrap packing and guess what by the time I'm closing my baggage left hand dragon falls off and shortly after Like 15 mins later when I was washing my hands dragon from right hand fell off. I needed very quick fix and failed ugly ring fingers and used glittery nail polish over. Today we return from the trip and two nails fall off so basically it barely survived one week . Never again read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After being recommended by a girlfriend of mine, I had apprehensiveness as to how the experience might be however, I am a firm believer in second chances and decided to give DAISY specifically a chance. The 1st visit prior to coming I made an appointment to get a full set with Daisy. I was welcomed in by a staff member and walked over to a gentlemen named John after being told my appointment would be with Daisy. I shared with the technician the nature of who my appointment was scheduled with and told by Daisy to give another employee a chance, I denied that I would conform to that and upon my decision Daisy decided to take my request. Satisfied Manicure and provided a $10 tip. The 2nd visit, made an appointment again with Daisy and was taken on time service went smoothly but another customer aside from me with the same appointment time waiting an hour before being services and then was told she'd be taken soon without apology. I walked away without complaint $10 tip to my service but felt terrible for her. 3rd & LAST VISIT, made an appointment was welcomed in by a Daisy and without notice was told after expressing concern with a 10 minute delay to my service a lady on break would be servicing me soon. Again, Daisy made it her decision to override my request and pon me off to another staff member I did not know. Do not recommend this shop to anyone! I give benefit of the doubt to many but this threw me to the roof especially driving out from lemon grove I must say I'm disappointed and will not be back! read more

I'm so disappointed yes in my appt today. I'm not sure I'll be back, which is sad since finding a good nail spot is so hard. I live all the way in El Cajon and drive out to Daisys to get my nails done. When Daisy is here and does nails she is amazing. I can't say the same when she's not here. I came in started. I made an appt online and called in to confirm. When I came in i asked who was doing my nails. The gentleman let me know it would be Moon. Great. After my feet were done, (no complaints really, water cold but whatever.) they had me sit there and wait almost 20 mins for Moon. Then sat me down and had some other lady start my nails. I could tell she was new just from how much glue she was using to put on my tips. I didn't say anything as I didn't want to get ahead of myself. Then she was applying powder, and I still was unhappy but let her finish bc shaping can make anything look great. She finishes one hand and moves to the next. I ask her if this hand is done bc I hear her say she will start painting soon. At this point I'm upset now, my nails are uneven, one hand is longer than the other, my nails are literally wavy. Not okay when you want to charge $60 for short, just painted acrylic nails. Finally Moon took over after I pointed out everything wrong with my right hand. She waited y Tim she was done to apologize or even just an knowledge that she would fix them. I didn't tell at them. I work in service so I'm very careful how to bring up any issue I might have. I'm originally from Michigan and moved out here to California back in May of 2021 and I have been to a few places because I love having my nails done, but I am very picky. Well I can not say enough how amazing Kim did on top of she was so friendly and so was everyone else at the salon. Quiet a few of the other nail techs came up and gushed over the color I got (I just got engaged and wanted my nails done).
