Thanks to damian tire and wheel for saving me in my emergency situation. It was late in the afternoon and my tire had a blow out on the road. I really just showed up literally minutes after their closing hours. I felt bad bothering them but I had to ask for help. I brought my Tesla to Damian Tires and Wheels for a tire rotation. I have spacers on my car and because of that, not one of the "major" tire stores would touch my car. Yet, one of those stores recommend that I go to see Damian. I drove to see him and while rotating the tires, a nail was found. The tire was taken off the rim, nail pulled, patched and replaced. While replacing the tire and because of the difficulty of stretching a tire on a Tesla wheel, three small chips appeared on the top of the wheel's rim which I found cleaning the car that day. Boy, was I mad. This is my baby and now it has small chips on a rim. This I have never done before. I called Damian Tires and Wheels and asked to talk to the owner. Damian answered my call. I angerly talked to Damian, told him what happened and that I would never see his shop again. That's when I hung up on him. He didn't get to speak. With in a minute, Damian called back and asked me to text him some pictures which I did. He called me back after seeing the pictures. I told Damian that I would purchase touch up paint for my wheels and he could pay for it. Damian would not hear of it. That's not how he does business. He asked me to give him a day. He would come to my house in the morning, pull the tire and wheel and have the rim completely fixed, the entire rim refinished and back on the car that day. I didn't see how that could happen. I was worried that the re-coated wheel would not match and asked Damian. He told me it would match, "100%". Yesterday was the day. Around 9:30am an assistant stopped by, pulled the tire and wheel off my car and off he went. Around 6pm the evening, I received a call from Damian that he was out front of my home. I opened the garage door. Damian came in with the finished wheel. I could not find one chip or imperfection on the wheel. The coating was a "100%" perfect match as I was told it would be. The wheel looked brand new, perfect! Damian placed the wheel on the car, torqued the wheel per spec, lowered my car, pulled his jack, we bumped fists and he was down the road. I lived in Murrieta all my life and moved out to college in OC. After coming back, it was so hard finding a shop in this area (plenty in OC though) that promotes quality work, open to working on stance cars, and can stretch tires without damaging my wheels. I'm so happy to have found Damian tires and they always have the BEST prices and In stock tires for me at all times. I've been loyal to them for over a couple years now and they have taken very well care of me with little to no wait times at all. They also have NEVER over torqued my lugs unlike Smiley's Empire in Temecula who has broken so many of my damn wheel studs and is notorious for it too. So, I'm glad that they take pride in their work and I love how much care they put into helping you out. To me, communication is #1. So, being able to answer my questions, keeping me up to date with the progress, and assisting me through the phone or over social media at all times gives me a peace of mind for building trust to working on my car. Also, previously a different shop in OC had repaired the inner barrel of my wheel when I debeaded, but they did not do a very good job repairing it. Hence, this explains why it cracked again so soon despite running stretched tires. This previous shop also painted the spot on the repair red for "safety" reasons without my consent. This was no ok because you can see it from the outside that it's not full bronze. However, Damian reassured me that this won't be a problem at all. He ended up repairing my wheel with a much better Weld than the previous shop and fixed the paint issue. He originally quoted me $150 for the repair with mount and balance, but he ended up only charging me $120 for the repair and he even powder coated the wheel for me to the original bronze color free of charge. This really shows the extent they go to ensure great customer service and quality work. I know my wheel won't leak air and crack for a long time. I will always come here as long as I am in the area. I went to another spot for a tire repair on a Friday at 8:45AM for my Civic only to wait until 11:30AM to be told I needed a tire replacement instead of a repair. They told me the cost and due to the fact that they initially told me 1-1.5hr turn around time but ended up waiting 2.5hrs for them to tell me they JUST checked it, I decided to go elsewhere for service. Not once, but twice!! A few weeks ago Damian Tire seriously saved me on getting a tire repaired on a moments notice. I received excellent service at that time and once again they came through. I had a tire with a slow leak that I have been trying to figure out why for the last 6 months. I wasn't in a hurry when I called them, but they told me to bring it on over.
