It's not uncommon for exotic cars to pull up at the valet station. We sat at the bar and were waited on by James who had a great personality and a flair for mixing cocktails. The "White Walker" is a long-standing cocktail on the Sofia menu, and it really hit the spot (Ketel One vodka, coconut cream, lychee, lemon and club soda). My wife tried the "Geisha's Lullaby" - a Japanese whisky cocktail with pistachio, lime, falernum and vanilla. This cocktail was outstanding! On the food side, I ordered Cacio E Pepe. I enjoyed it. Not creamy like the typical cacio e pepe, but the pasta was served over a delicious slice of beef carpaccio. I'd rate it a 4.5 of 5.0. To finish the evening, I enjoyed a pour of Redbreast 12 from Sofia's wall of spirits. Whiskey lovers will enjoy the options, including luxury pours. My wife tried a Peaches in Paris cocktail - white peach puree, vodka, lemon, St. Germain, and Peychaud's bitters. The Peychaud's bitters bullied this cocktail making it slightly unbalanced.
