This is the only location I come to. I like the location, not overly crowded. The service is great and the ambiance as well.

I've been super excited for the opening of this establishment for a while since I worked in the area. When it first opened up, I had gotten an employee vouchers and free play/cards to check this place out! So, the place itself is an eye catcher! It's colorful and feels inviting too. The food itself is pretty good and I had got to try the pizzas and wings and the other entree items such as burgers too. I came back the second time because I was invited to someone's birthday party and all the foods that was ordered was so good! They had salads, pastas, wings, and an appetizer I never thought to liked, which was battered cauliflower bites! Those were good! I did came back for My birthday with some friends in October, and it was even a better experience! I ordered the appetizers and definitely get the Voodoo pasta!!! Game play was fun and it's easy to reload the game play cards too. Definitely go visit this establishment! The alcoholic drinks is yummy too if you don't mind spending a bit of money. read more

We were super excited to finally visit for our 10 year old sons birthday celebration but we came home and had a bad stomach ache. Had so many issues throughout the evening. Seating took an hour and a half, spent $500 for drinks, game cards, food (we even tipped) but serving uncooked food and giving false accusations are uncalled for. read more

This is a casino, plain and simple. There are few actual arcade games you can actually just play for fun. Nearly every game in the building is geared towards earning tickets. Most of the games are no harder to play than a slot machine. There's no classic arcade games. There's no skiball! What kind of respectable arcade doesn't have honest to God actual skiball? Not to mention the absolute bizarre prizes. A toaster? Is this The Price Is Right? Just gamble away $700 in tickets and it can be yours! read more

On 10/26 we hosted our end of Month team meeting here. The hostess & waitress were very helpful getting us an area to sit in and helpful when we ordered for a large group. It was very loud but it's also Dave & Busters . The games were fun and interactive for group settings. The plus of it all, on Wednesdays all games are 1/2 price! Everyone had a great time. First time here for the LB location. Sunday football this place did not disapppoint! Plenty of TVs to watch all types of games...food is good as well. Bar area is awesome you can see games throughout the area. Bartender Kevin was awesome to watch. If you're looking to get their special cocktails and/or shots..think flare cocktail maker...he's the guy! Great talent and showmanship. Customer Service here is HORRIBLE, even on not busy days like weekdays. Bartenders extremely slow. I'm the only one standing there for a while and he skips me to help a couple who just arrived. So much fun for the family! Great environment for all ages. There is a bar with eating area for you to enjoy some food and drinks and watch some sports. Decent selection of beers/ alcohol for adults. Games vary for all ages I would say 4 and older. Service is ok, and can be noisy but it's an arcade so it's to be expected. Restrooms are clean. Definitely will visit again! read more

My first time at Dave & Buster's was AWESOME! I reserved a table ahead of time which I recommend on a Saturday. The hostesses were wonderful! They were so happy and eager to help. Then we were sat with Cham as our server. He was also wonderful!! He was attentive and kind. The wings are absolutely delicious (I recommend the Cajun and Sriracha Honey wings) We left our table to play games, which there are so many of to enjoy. Everything is so clean and the music always matches the vibe. Unfortunately when we returned to our table all of our food was taken. Cham was on top of everything, he fixed everything so quickly. He ordered us fresh food and brought out fresh drinks. He went above and beyond while being apologetic and so helpful. Needless to say I cannot wait to come back again! read more

Wow! Party of 12 for a birthday celebration and what a mistake that was. It literally took 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us or even ask for our drink orders. Finally our waitress came to take our order we never saw her after that. Odd parts of meals were brought to our table by a young kid who stated he didn't want to walk around the table to serve the food if he didn't have to so he basically just handed us a mix match of food we thought he was coming back, but he did not. The manager is standing around the front just smiling but certainly not doing his job he saw us sitting there for a long time but never acknowledged us. While we were waiting for service the waitresses were all standing around and talking while everyones food was just sitting there. As I start to walk over to the manager our waitress runs to our table while stuffing food in her mouth and ask if everything was alright while we are still waiting for our complete order. It finally all came but only because every 15 minutes or so the waitress would come to the table and we reminded her that we were still waiting on our order. Obviously you need no experience to waitress there. No excuse for this level of service on a Saturday at 1pm which was not crowded at all especially in the section we were seated in. Food was disappointing burgers and fries were cold, steaks not cooked as requested asked for medium of course they were very well done served with cold mashed potatoes, same with the burgers and fries. Needless to say I would not recommend eating at this establishment to anyone it is expensive and very poor quality . Our kids had a great time in the gaming area but a arcade would satisfy them and would be a better choice. read more

Honestly, really disappointed. We went to celebrate a 12th birthday. Server ignored us every time he passed, 3 of the 4 plates came out, my plate never arrived. When a plate did arrive. It was the wrong food, so they took it away. About 40 minutes after the food came out, my family was done eating. The server finally came over and said my plate would be "right out" 20 minutes later he came back with still no food. Saying they had taken my food to the wrong table. We had a great first experience at the new Long Beach towne center location. We went on a Friday night and expected to wait a long time but we were actually seated immediately. Our server (I believe his name was Joseph) was great! We were very happy with his customer service. The burgers were delicious! The drinks did not disappoint and we even bought some Jell-O shots which was fun. The only downside was that some of the games were not in service so that was a bummer but overall we were very happy with this location. Hope this wonderful service stays consistent. read more

On a Friday 530pm at the sit down food service next to to the bar.. Service was unexpectedly FAST! Customer service was on point.. from host to server(Victor) to bus boy, friendly and professional. Food came out so fast, we actually had to wait to let it cool down enough to eat. The Christmas ambiance was alive and kicking with the Christmas songs being played when we first got in. And then it turned to top 40 around 6pm. Game area looks clean and spacious.. not at big crowd at the moment. Thank goodness! My friends and I went here on a Wednesday night (during the week between Christmas and New Years) at around 7pm and it was so so so packed. We decided to leave and walk to the In n Out for dinner because there was a 2 hour long wait for a big party at Dave n Busters. Because it is in the Long Beach Town Center, there are lots of stores to walk around in the area while waiting out the big crowds. We ended up sitting at the bar and the service wasn't too quick, but we weren't upset about that because the place was over packed. The drinks tasted great when we did receive them. This place was extremely packed and I'm sure Dave n Busters handled it well, but it'd be nice if they encouraged reservations or let people know how busy the location is (online or somewhere convenient). Also, because it was so busy, towards the end of the night the women's bathroom had no toilet paper or sheet covers. Honestly not worth it just because of the amount of people read more

Brought the kids to Dave and Busters on wednesday 11/9/22 around 4:00pm. I got 2 $40 eat and play combo. I asked for the bill and paid it about $65 with about $11 tip. Then i realized that the bill was too low for what i ordered and told the server. She went back to look and saw that she did get the bill mixed up and she would fix it. She brought me back the right bill which i paid. She informed me that the other charge would be canceled. On friday 11/11 both charges changed from pending to posted. I called and they made a note about it and said they would call me back. Followed up on Saturday operater Said there were notes and they will have a manager contact me. Today is Tuesday. 11/16 no one has contacted me yet and no refund has been posted. Be careful paying your bill here. This has all been highly inconvenient with no resolution still. read more

Bar staff is not friendly my friends and I were never acknowledged they were helping out everyone but us we asked if we can get help and the staff member said that's not his section to wait until the person in charge of our section is free. After we got a drink we asked for food but it never came we asked again for an update and they said food was never ordered we asked to close the tab we had to wait another 20 min I do not recommend I know it's happy hour and it can get overwhelming but don't ignore customers and make them believe they ordered something when you guys never put the order in. Also you guys need to invest in cleaning the bar tables they are dirty with food from previous customers the ambiance is horrible never again! read more

It's awesome that there is a Dave and Busters close by. The arcade area was clean and shiny when I came here the first week it was opened. I came back almost a month later and there are already broken games and kiosks. Will I still come for the arcade? Most likely. Now let's talk about the restaurant. It was really bad. The first week, they were still figuring things out so it made sense that things were a little rough around the edges. But this nights service was all around bad and not just for our table but for the entire restaurant. It was that visible. And the manager was waking around not addressing any issues. First of all, we got our kid's order at a reasonable time. Then we waited for the two adult entrees. We waited and waited and waited. Our kid finished his food before our food came. And then, when our food came it went to another table. The whole time we were there, the servers had no idea where any of the food and drinks went. They kept approaching tables asking if it was their order. Lastly, our server, Jennifer, was completely checked out as in can't find her anywhere. We had no utensils or napkins but plenty of drink napkins. When we wanted to ask about our food, it was impossible to find her or even get any eye contact with any of the other servers. When we asked for the check, she told us she was coming and then disappeared again. When she finally came there was no apology or any acknowledgment of any of the bad service. A table that came after came and left 15 minutes before us. Like what? Play the games but eat at a Lucille's. read more

This is the second time that I have come to watch a football game and I am now over 10 minutes into the game and it's still not on!!! I let it slide the first time but I will not be coming back to watch football here. This is unacceptable and a major fail! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A 1:05 or 1:20! Manager Dan finally came over to say it causes them problems when a game goes into overtime. But yet had 10 TV's with the same game on. Nice excuse DAN! ON a good note the waitress Chanel is great! Dave & Buster's was a nice place to hold our Championship banquet. They gave us a great deal for about 40 people food a room for 3 hours and non-alcoholic drinks. The game cards they gave us allowed our children to play regular games without tickets unlimited for 3 hours and ticketed games a certain amount of tokens. Food was great finger food like cheeseburgers mac and cheese salad french fries chicken strips. The alcoholic drinks were not bad and very reasonably priced compared to other places. For instance eight bucks for a Guinness and then there was this woman going around with syringe shots for four bucks which was not bad. All in all the places nice it's brand new so it's still super clean. We had a great time. read more

Just want to give a quick shout out to the bartender we had tonight.. Chanel you were amazing girl! Super attentive and overall amazing. Chanel was literally busting her ass the whole time we were there , going around the whole bar, cleaning, serving, restocking the bar, and also checking in with literally all the customers.... Meanwhile the other bartender, James, was just walking around doing absolutely nothing. James was walking back and forth , not asking anyone if they needed anything . When we did approach him for help, he was dismissive and was just hanging around in the back near the kitchen. I was there for a whole hour during Chanel and James's shift. And honestly I don't know how Chanel did it.. I wouldn't be able to work with someone who literally does nothing while you do ALL the work. Props to you Chanel! read more

I would have given this review 5 stars due to the great service but there is an issue with a coupon I had. Being a member I had a coupon for a free burger less than $16.50 but thing is nothing on the burger menu is less than 17.99. Luckily the waiter was able to accommodate and adjust the difference just thought it was a small inconvenience for me and the waiter, why offer a coupon but have nothing that can be redeemed for that price? read more

Came here wanted to have a couple drinks and there are no prices on the menu which to me seems deceitful and dishonest. I went ahead and ordered a drink and the ice was filled to the brim with practically no alcohol. So I then ordered a shot and it was the same price as the drink.
