Friendly service; Lizbeth is the name of my server on the receipt. She greeted me with a smile and helped me immediately. I waited about 10 to 15 minutes for my order which they freshly make. I'm so glad this is now in Highland. The restaurant was clean, the A/C was blasting which was an awesome escape from the heat. The dining room is huge with ample seating compared to other locations (San Berdoo, Ontario, Norwalk, to name a few). There is also outdoor seating. The parking lot is spacious and well lit in the evening. A manager came out and told us that he repeated his order back to us when he didn't and actually asked a question about a show. I was standing there the entire time and was never acknowledged by the manager. They continued calling order numbers after mine, so I finally went up to ask about my order, only to be told it still wasn't ready. I spent $11 for the bites plus fries but if I want a different sauce than the one it comes with it's an extra $2? The food is great but the service needs work. I strongly believe they need help in the kitchen and in the front register. I ordered my food and waited over 35 mins for my order to come out incomplete. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the rest of my of my order to come out.
