Promote Crystal (Krystal?) to manager if she isn't already! It was my friend's first time and my second time, so we were both terribly indecisive about how much food and what to get. Crystal was patient, quick to help, and never stopped moving the entire time we were there. From taking orders, to wiping down tables, even fitting in a "please" as she called out the name of the person picking up! I've seen complaints about the service and slowness at this location but experienced none of that. The spice level varied even though we got the same spice level for different items. We didn't mind that being the case but imagine that might be a deal breaker for some people. My favorite so far is the extra spicy tenders. Try the mozz at least once, if nothing else to be part of the viral trend. read more

Probably my least favorite location I've ever been to. I've been here twice and both times there was something wrong with my order. First time I was here, order took about 10-15minutes longer then quoted. Yesterday, they messed up my order. I had ordered 40pc cauliflower and some other things. They completely forgot my cauliflower and called me back to come get it. They were nice and gave us fries but my experience in this location just hasn't been great. Food still amazing tho. read more

Excellent customer service. Everything looked "hot" (as in spicy)... cashier taking my order offered me a taste of the sauce for me try out. I didn't even ask. At the end of my order... she offered me a glass to help myself to water while I wait for my food. And she gave me her name and told me to not hesitate to come back to her with any questions. WOW! Genuine care! I am not a huge fan of spicy food... I do like a little kick. There is a total of 8 tables inside. They have a walk-up window for take out orders. On a Saturday night parking was fairly easy. They have music (in Spanish language).... 80% of customers are probably not Spanish speaking, nevertheless, everyone seemed to enjoy the lively ambiance. Went to two locations to look for the x-meal. I was excited when they said they had it, waited 30 mins for my meal just for them to tell me they didn't have the x-men toy. They "just ran out'" they said, yea right. Plus for the amount of customers there their service was hella slow. read more

Not sure what the crew thought of the food. It was their experience, not mine. I just wanted to leave a review concerning how good the service was. I love the organization of this establishment because many things are setup in such a way that orders are given and picked up smoothly. They have self ordering kiosk, which of course I used. It was very easy to order. They also have a screen entitled "Where's My Food" with the time and date. Categorized by "Web and Online Orders, Postmates, Door Dash and UberEats. That way you're not sitting there wondering what status your order is at. Communication on lock. Parking is plenty because it's shared with various establishments. What I thought was pretty unique though is there order window that's located outside. For this se who are doing a quick pickup, that s is quite convenient. Works for me. All fast food is expensive now but ten bucks for a burger and fries is fine if it's good quality. McDonald's burgers are 8 bucks anymore and that's just one item. Good fried chicken, still fast food ultimately but when they say hot they actually mean hot. Not hot according to a four year old. Decent amount of fries, seasoned and crinkly, not my favorite but again better than McDonald's type standards. I wouldn't go out of my way for Dave's but it works if I'm around. read more

I always order delivery from this location from either Uber Eats or Door Dash. This time is was from Door Dash I got the Dave's #1 which 2 tenders and fries combo. I got one tender mild and one tender medium. I love that it's always consistent. The Dave's sauce is so good. The only thing is that on Door Dash it doesn't give you the option to purchase the sauce packets. The service is always good and the ambience is chill. read more

I was excited to see a Dave Hot Chicken because I love Nashville style hot chicken. The chicken was good. I got the hot and the heat level was standard. I wish Dave menu was more broader. I honestly was let down to see only chicken tenders. I would've preferred leg quarters and thighs. The service was extremely slow. Inside the restaurant was cleaned and a decent amount of tables to dine inside. We ordered our food to go on the kiosk and waited a long time for our order to be prepared. I do like that you're able to see your order progress on a live screen. Personally, I feel that Dave's Hot Chicken is pricey. I recommend if you love hot chicken tenders. read more

This particular location is little rough around the edges so just be cautious. The service is good I've never had any issues with the staff and my order is always correct. You walk up and the front register guy is overly nice to the point of being awkward. Even says let me give you the rundown as he reads the little pitch sheet in front of the register and then you wait 20 minutes for 1 slider when it is not even busy. I love Dave's, Chicken is spicy and tender, fries seasoning is excellent. Kale slaw and Dave's sauce is the bomb. Came here today to buy lunch for my employees and I, I got the extra hot #3 with two sliders, kale slaw and fries, as well as an order of their Mac and cheese. Yum!! Extra hot hits the spot, had reaper once, but was way too hot for me. I have visited this location many times and have never had any issues. The employees are nice, service is fast, quality and taste the same at any other Dave's, thank you. There is plenty of seating inside, as well as tables outside. Self serve soda fountain, Bathrooms have a code and as kept clean, overall the restaurant is nice and clean. My Uber Eats order showed up colder than my ex's heart and tasted like the kitchen gave up halfway through cooking--then ran it over with a car for good measure. The chicken was soggy, the fries were limp, and the entire box smelled like disappointment and broken dreams. This wasn't "Dave's Hot Chicken," this was "Dave's Lukewarm Regret." This location has consistently disregarded my order and given me less than what I asked for for the last 6 months at least. They seem to be unable to add cheese to cheese fries if you choose to order it, and are stingy with condiments; when I order extra (which I have learned is necessary) they will only give you the extra you ordered and not what you asked for originally.
