I would like to thank Dr. Lim for helping me last minute. I called in for the same day appointment last Saturday around 12 pm because I cracked and chipped my tooth while eating lunch ! I was in so much pain and sensitivity when I inhale air or drink cold water. Dr. Lim explained that it's because the cracked is near the nerve of my tooth. That same day she did my root canal . Dr. Lim is the best when it comes to giving shots , I didn't feel a thing!!! The procedure went smoothly. I like that every step of my root canal was explained very well and I understand it . The best part is she made me feel at ease because I told her that I don't like going to the dentist because of fear of shots. I had a pleasant and quick visit! I especially liked being able to book the appointment online. Also, since I was able to fill out some of my information online through ZocDoc, it reduced the amount I needed to fill out by hand the day of the appointment, which can normally be a pain. The appointment went well, and Dr. Lim took the time to walk me through my X-rays and answer my questions about my teeth. She was thorough with my cleaning and made sure that I wasn't feeling any discomfort. I went to Dr Lim for a regular cleaning and she discovered that I have few cavities and immediately need a root canal. I was pregnant then and was hesitant to go through x rays, but they coordinated with my gynecologist and referred me to an orthodontist for the root canal. The process was smooth and they also helped me with a temporary solution(which was a build up) because my insurance for the year was over. I got a same day appointment when my crown that wasn't treated by them fell off. I never had any issues with any of the dental work that I got done there. read more

I came for the first time yesterday for a first time exam and cleaning and everything went well! I had seen all the good reviews and decided to give it a shot. It had been a while since I've seen a dentist so I assumed the worse but dr li and his staff are very conservative and will not suggest treatment unless it is truly needed. I appreciate that since my last dental office was quick to diagnose treatment that was unnecessary. Also, the cleaning was done very nicely. I have always had to deal with very heavy handed dentists in the past which made going to the dentist an ordeal for me. They've updated response with a little bit more information but still completely not trustfully, sorry. Insisting that you provided me with an information about a consultation fee is ridiculous because on the moment of scheduling of a visit there is no mentioning of that. It may, of course, appear later on website but at the moment I've scheduled appointment and in confirmation e-mails there is no word about it as well. Right now they referring that tooth extraction could be of three different types. May be four. OKAY. You could just give 3-4 tags. That's easy because it's only few of them. With different codes and my insurance on hand. If you don't care about patient's time who's already made his way to your office because of interest why not to spend 3 minutes or so to give these prices to him? You completely refused to say anything without consultation first. I had insurance with me and was ready to provide receptionist with information but it was said that prices after consultation only. Returned back for my routine dental check up and cleaning and everything was great as always. Went there to get a check up and cleaning with Dr. Mendoza again and he does a great job making sure my teeth were cleaned as well as explaining the conditions of my teeth. Although for this time I did have to wait a little but I it was still a great. Not only was Dr. Mendoza great but the one who was assisting him was also very nice and helpful. I had a complicated tooth. I was going from one doctor to another asking for second, third opinion. I had to decide should I go with an implant or crown and every single doctor had something else to tell me. I felt comfortable to go with Dr Li and I am glad I did it. Dr. Lim is my dentist and she is great. I highly recommend her. She explains the procedure very carefully and she is very gentle. First time I went there she did a full examination and spent about 15 minutes explaining what she saw etc, which is very rare.
