As a new patient I saw Dr. Kim after not going to dentist for over a year. Dr. Kim is very kind, patient and thorough and the staff from front desk to the assistants are quite efficient and nice. The office and exam rooms are clean and modern and my 2 appointments so far have started on time, yeah. I have left both appointments smiling! Pretty good news after initial exam. The small issues I had with gum recession and old bite guard were discussed. I watched an educational film and Dr. Kim was great at explaining more about my issues. A plan to correct the receded areas of the teeth and new guard options was discussed. I had no idea I was brushing wrong with my electric toothbrush all this time! Second appointment today bonded the exposed sensitive receded areas and impressions for new bite guard. Very pleasant experience. Thank you Dr. Kim and staff! 4 stars for now. The cleaning was very very short, done almost in 10min and finished by an assistant. Feel everything was so rushed. I am not sure the cleaning was done well since it was really quick. Keep pushing me to do X-Ray, deep cleaning and filling. My favorite dentist and staff, EVER!! I had been going to Dr. Li for the past 2-3 years and have only great things to say about this dentistry. Dr. Li is an amazing dentist. He's attentive, informative, extremely skillful and so friendly. He always takes his time working on my teeth and answering any questions I have (I always have lots of questions). I recently got my braces off and LOVE IT!!! I'm smiling nonstop these days and am always showing them off to everyone. I also found out that Dr. Li is very good with children and immediately told my husband that we have to take our future kids here. I can't imagine leaving my family in any other dentist's care. And in the event that I move somewhere very far, it would be hard to find another dentist that can live up to Dr. Li's standard. The front desk staff should get an award for being so kind. Nicki and Linda, I love you guys!! I haven't seen anyone go as above and beyond with their customer service as these guys do. Nicki is the sweetest thing! She's always taking the time to answer my calls and responding to my emails within the same day. I went on vacation right after taking my braces off and my retainer couldn't come in time (my fault). Called them in a panic bc I was scared that my teeth would move w/o using a retainer for 3 weeks. Within the matters of hours, Linda somehow (with her unicorn power I'm sure) managed to made a temporary retainer to help keep my teeth in place. She actually called several labs and went around, asking neigbor's dentist for the materials and equipment to make them. Most places would just say "oh well" and tell me to wait 3 weeks. When she told me she got it, I was so happy I could cry. Now that my braces is off, I honestly miss seeing these guys every month :( I'm so grateful for all that they've done and helped me with.Thank you, everyone! P.s. I want my Dental office to improve for the service so I will update the review. I had many dental cleanings done by all three Dentist which I had no problems in the past. However, today's cleaning was really rough at the end. Polish & floss was done by the dental assistant and it made me feel uncomfortable for the first time. I was actually worried if one of my crowns will come off again. You should feel good after a good cleaning not the other way. read more

Mrs. Li is one of the best dentist around. While the office takes care of everyone in the family, Mrs Li is excellent with kids. 2 years back my son was 3 year old and she suggested to bring my son to dentist twice a year so that he get's used to the setting and will be cooperating if a future need comes. In hindsight, it was an excellent suggestion. My son is 5 year old now and we had to take two of his front tooth because a new tooth was coming behind them. I was extremely worried about the extraction process and was suggested by number of my colleagues that I will have to put the kid through anesthesia. However Mrs Li however did her magic, talked to my son about the process and made the whole thing a game. We were able to do extraction through regular numbing process using injection. While I prefer her treatment for myself as well, she is highly recommend for kids. read more

i went to the office of Dr. Li. I was a patient there last year for teeth cleaning, The office is neat and very clean, the staff are friendly and smiling, accommodating front office. i didn't wait too long i was called right away by the dental assistant. They used the most latest equipment in taking dental x-rays and photos of your gums and teeth. The doctor explains very well and tells your upfront about the procedures and what they gonna do about your teeth (example: fillings or teeth cleaning). Dr. Li has soft touch hands. I like the office it has spacious parking and very easy to locate and access from the main road. I will surely go back the office of Dr. David Li for my dental procedures. Dr.Li is an amazing dentist with an office full of amazing people. When I go to the dentist I'm very nervous because I hate going to the dentist. Dr. Li was super nice, he explained everything that was going on and what I need to do and how It'd get fixed. He explained I needed a night guard and my insurance may or may not cover but it's ultimately up to me. But, it will definitely benefit my teeth in the long run and help my headaches which are triggered due to my teeth grinding in my sleep. I felt really comfortable with the treatment I was suggested! This was my first visit with Dr.Li for a crown. I broke 2 of my front tooth during my vacation. Dr. Li's office was able to accommodate me right after I got back from my vacation. He was thorough, gentle and explained in detail what he was going to do and what to expect. It was painless.
