I am not one to give bad reviews or even complain about bad experiences, and maybe it was the fact that I was out of network for my insurance coverage BUT $510 for a teeth cleaning and x-ray??????!!!!! That is just ridiculous. After they completely disregarded the fact that I had a huge hole in my back molar, they slapped my insurance with a $510 bill taking a large sum of my total annual insurance coverage away from me and also told me to come back in 6 months - yes, 6 MONTHS to get a filling!! They also didn't know what my insurance even covered and made up a number and percentage as to what they THINK it would cost -- strange thing is that every other practice I called had exact prices for me -- strange. That is definitely not good business practice. They must be doing really well with the high price tags for just preventative care and they clearly don't need my business. On the other hand, they did do a good job with the cleaning but shouldn't that be expected? read more

Let me start off by saying that I (embarrassingly) am deathly afraid of the dentist. It's just been a thing ever since I was a kid; they give me bad anxiety from 0-100 real quick. ANYWAYS. I was due for my 6 month check up and was in need of a new dentist so I found this office on here. I thought the reviews were fake, but definitely not! They send you friendly reminders via text multiple days prior to your appointment. (very helpful since I tend to be forgetful when I have a lot going on) The scheduling isn't super crazy, I got an appointment a week after I called in. I've been here twice so far, once for my check up/cleaning and the second time for my return visit and Dr. Lim is the sweetest! She's so awesome when it comes to explaining what's wrong and how she plans on fixing it. When she was fixing my fillings/cavity she felt how nervous I was and calmed me down throughout the procedure. She explains things when she's about to do them so you're not taken by surprise. She's also super personable/professional and sensible. I don't feel uncomfortable when she's down my throat or "torturing" me. It is very rare and I feel fortunate to say that I have found the best dentist and dental practice! I'm grateful for the original referral. I've shared similar experiences to the other positive reviews, and especially want to point out that the ease of making appointments to fit around busy work schedules is very much appreciated! I came here b/c my friend asked me to come and I am very pleased with Dr. Li. He made me a mouth guard for my grinding and the first time it didn't fit my teeth correctly but he remade another guard right away. I receive reminders for my teeth cleaning and I also receive friendly phone call reminders. He's very gentle with my teeth and makes sure I am comfortable during any procedures. Every time I go to Dr.Li for an appointment, I always come out with a smile! The staff is so friendly and helpful from the moment I walk into the office and Dr.Li does a great job with everything. I had my wisdom tooth pulled out and I was very surprised at how easily it was done! I felt very comfortable during the entire appointment and I loved how he always remembers little details about the patients! The staff was also very caring as they called me to make sure that I was doing fine after the extraction. My friend recommended Dr.Li's office to me. I have been there for several times to fill the cavities and install the crown. The experience was great. I have been treated by Dr. Li and Dr. Lim. They are very professional and careful, I barely felt any discomfort during and after the treatment. And they always explain the symptoms and solutions to me patiently. Both of them are fluent in Mandarin, so don't worry if you can't give an exact description of your symptoms in English. All staffs are nice and helpful. I have a straight teeth now which I am so happy about (3 years of braces and I'm happy they out now) but with one problem, I have large cavities on my 2 front teeth. It looks kinda off and yellowish from my other teeth. I have sensitivity sometimes when I eat sweet things or very cold drinks. I experience sharp pain sometimes when I eat sour things. Anyways, I didn't want to prolong my agony anuymore, so I decided to find a good and not greedy dentist. I didn't know how hard it is to find a good dentist until I asked my cousin. She's been seen by Dr. Li's dental clinic for 5 years now. I called the office and Stefanie from the front staff was great, she helped me schedule my appointment with Dr. Jeff Yoshihara. He explained the treatment thoroughly to me from beginning to end. He treated my cavities in a smooth and painless manner. Dr. Lim is the best ! I went to this clinic 3 weeks ago for my busted tooth done by my previous dentist . Believe me , I always have a very bad experience when it comes to visiting a clinic. Three weeks ago I experience super sensitivity on my lower back tooth and Even I put oral gel it does not help . I just had a filling done on that tooth a month ago . And my previous dentist said its ok and it's normal to have sensitivity . I am so skeptic and I suspect that something is wrong on the filling that she put. So I decided to find another dentist . My co worker refer me to Dr. Lim . Lo and behold it's a root canal tooth. I am so scared to do it because I heard so many horrible stories about root canal . But Dr. Lim fixed it without problem .I feel sore only for one day , she prescribed medicine for pain . I thank her for helping me . No more pain and I can chew better . After various unpleasant experience with other dentists, I have finally come to Dr. Li and found that he is the perfect dentist my teeth have longed for. I got an acute toothache in a premolar which got my half face swollen one Sat in February. After explaining my grave situation to the staff at Dr. Li's clinic, the lady was exceptionally decisive and considerate to squeeze me into a time slot in the afternoon right on that day as an emergency. This really saved my life since the pain was killing me indeed. After careful diagnosis by Dr. Li, it was found that my tooth needed root canal treatment due to serious inflammation from my previous tooth filling with another dentist. Though I was quite sad about having to take this step, Dr. Li professionally explained the rationale and procedures which made me feel much more assured and comfortable. My root canal was then sterilized after Dr. Li gave me several numbing shots in a very skillful way which minimized the pain to the least extent (I was really afraid of numbing shots since they did caused me intensive pain in the past experience). My toothache went away immediately after the treatment. I had to take antibiotics afterwards to ensure my root canal heal nicely. Dr. Li's staff called a day later to make sure everything is alright, which is very thoughtful. And to complete the root canal treatment, it took me 3 more visits, all of which were more-than-satisfactory experience. Now my tooth looks nice and remains safe without the potential of future inflammation. Dr. Li and his team are very professional with exceptional skills and efficient services. This is the first time that I will review a clinic . Because I want to acknowledge Dr. Ahn for a job well done !!! I had an upper tooth that's been bothering me, terrible pain and face swollen, it happened a month ago when I was vacationing (Sucks! ) in the Bay Area . My friend who used to go to Dr. Li's clinic refer this dental office . My friend help me , called in for an emergency appointment . I would like to thank my friend and also the staffs because I was seen immediately by Dr. Ahn. I am not a person who likes to go to dental clinic specially if I knew that I will have shots!!! But Dr . Ahn is the best ! He is such a joker and he tries to destruct me by his stories and the next thing i know I am already numb . It took 2 hours for the procedure . And it went very well. I am so comfortable during the whole process . He prescribed pain medicine , antibiotic and even vitamin c! Dr. Ahn strongly suggested that i need to have a crown on that tooth when i go back here in Las Vegas .After 2 days , no more pain and the swelling subsided. Thanks to you Dr. Ahn and the staffs . I was referred to Dr. Li from a friend of mine four years ago and have been very pleased with all the work he has done on my teeth. The staff are very responsive if I have follow up questions or want to reschedule my dentist appointments. Dr Li is gentle and is very good about making sure I am pain free and numbed up during cavity fillings. He has a great bedside manner and is really good about explaining procedures he's performing on you. I've had my teeth whiten and love the results. The zoom session consisted of 3 15 min sessions and throughout the procedure Dr. Li would check on me and make sure I was comfortable. I am very pleased and have a more confident smile now.
