Bailey is the BEST! Every time I visit this David's Bridal I just have the best experience. I've always gone as a bridesmaid and even then I would feel so important. This time I went as a bride and I felt so pampered! Bailey made me feel comfortable and helped my indecisiveness in choosing what style. She helped me pick out so many styles, materials, and was so patient throughout the process! I must've tried around 15 or more on and not once did I hear a complaint! Wow I had a wonderful experience at David's bridals! I requested Andrea as my comeback wedding dress stylist. She made my transition so easy. I was a nervous wreck but Andrea reassured me that I'll be ok and I will be in good hands. Andrea was the best stylist ever! She was so knowledgeable and also was honest with her opinions on the dresses I tried on. Very disappointed with David's bridal. I've always admired that they were a chain and I could buy a dress online. With that, expecting I would find my dress at David's and they'd have excellent service, I set up and appointment. I was assisted by a girl who I shall not name but she was not really helpful in pulling out dresses for me, did not know how to clip, saying her clips are lose. She can find other non-lose clips. Also, she told me I would have to buy the dress already to be able to try on the dress in my size. That was a red flag because I'm a size 8-12 bridal and it seems like there were no size 8-12's The worst part was she kept on calling me "bro". I've purchased a dress from another location but the customer service told me I could come to any store to return it, and I have it on writing too. But she wouldn't acknowledge that, and she even called the other store (where I purchased) to prove her point. Turns out the other store even say that the return could be done at her store but she wouldn't agree to it, and started teaching the other store that that's not possible. What a joke! Amazing staff & service! Shoutout to the amazing ladies in the alterations department! I went in today for my final alteration's appointment for my bridesmaids dress & accidentally had the wrong time showing up three hours early! But they still got me my dress. I tried it on & it needed just a little more hemming in the front & they did it no problem with only a short wait which was the perfect time for me to find the shoes I needed, special shout out to April, who works in alterations, but was running around helping whoever she could however she could as they needed assistance! She took the time to help me find a different size of the shoe I was looking at & was very helpful & understanding! Also thank you again to Tiffany, Kelly & Jacqueline, who helped me with my original appointment in finding the dress! The store has great employees, great service, and great prices! THE ABSOLUTE LACK OF ORGANIZATION just amazes me, I bought my wedding dress here and when I arrived for my alterations appt. 1. They couldn't find my appointment, 2. They couldn't find my dress (they had 3 employees looking& it was misplaced) and 3. They lied and stated alterations would be around $200 and tried charging me $450 and added a "rush fee" which when I purchased the dress they didn't mention they tried to hide it or something. I ended up going into for 2nd fitting and they couldn't find the dress AGAIN it got Misplaced AGAIN. Seriously this location just wasn't the best I don't recommend going here. read more

I worked in there with my daughter and her boyfriend. We were looking for 2 dresses, but we were not acknowledged by anyone. The lady at the podium by entrance didn't even make eye contact with us. The one at the center at the store ignored us too. An older lady stared at us, but never acknowledged us. Horrible experience. I had never been ignored at a store as this one. We there for about 20 minutes and left. Thanks to your very bad customer service, I had the pleasure of driving to South Coast Plaza's Bloomingdale's and Macys. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THIS PLACE‼This place is the worst !!! I called last week to make a first time appointment for my best friend, who is getting married in August of this year. The lady who answered seemed too busy to assist me: i had to repeat myself multiple times and she didn't seem to know what she was doing. However, I decided to proceed in making an appointment for today, Friday, May 10th in the afternoon. I then called back to give them my best friend's email so that she could receive some kind of quiz on her likes & dislikes. Yet, she never received anything. I called yesterday, May 9th, to confirm the time for today's appointment and this is how it went. SMFH‼ I was livid !!! First, let me mention that I am the "Maid of Honor." A lady answered and transferred me to "alterations"??? I'm like what?? A guy answered and was very sweet and tried his best to finesse me into scheduling the appointment because I was never scheduled! I mentioned my best friend's name & nothing was found. I then mentioned my name, & still nothing! I then asked if they could possibly find me by my phone # & he said maybe. He claims I was scheduled but couldn't even confirm a set time for my appointment! I asked him to confirm the email I provided for the bride because she hadn't received anything & he said his system was different from the front so for me to give it to him and he would confirm. Lol! (He really thought I was stupid.) I told him to just transfer me to the front so that I could speak to them & confirm what "their system" has for her email. He puts me on hold. I must have been on hold for about 5 mins and the call was "dropped." Of course I call back! A lady answers and she was already made aware of who I was. She then confirmed that I was never scheduled. No name, no phone #, no email, NOTHING !!!! Are you fu**ing kidding me ???????? I was furious!!!!!! She then stated she could schedule me. Are you serious??? Why in the fu** would I want to do that after your unprofessionalism ???????? You guys clearly don't know the importance of a wedding dress ! The main attraction!!!! Pathetic !!! Short review: The team here was great, the whole process of trying on dresses, picking one, waiting for it to get delivered (longest wait time), picking it up, getting fitted, alterations, to final dress was smooth with wonderful service throughout. A few things that stood out was that they never pushed for me to spend more than I wanted and were helpful even though my dress was on the "cheaper" end (some companies are only nice if you spend a lot!). I never felt like a bother, and they took care of all my concerns. Longer/Step-by-step review: Try on - I made an appointment online, and showed up on a Wednesday evening. It was pretty empty, and I got to try on 5 dresses picked out by one of the staff (I forgot her name) after I told her I wanted to try a little bit of everything. I didn't have a dream dress in mind, and she picked a good mix of different styles and fabrics. The third one made me feel like a bride, and even 2 dresses later I still kept going back to it. It fit my style, but was a little fancier since it's my wedding after all! Getting the dress - This took a bit, but wasn't the store's fault at all. They didn't have my size in stock, so I had to wait a few months for the dress to be made. It did arrive a week earlier than expected, which is what one of the stylists said could happen since it was a slower season (yay!) Alterations/Fitting - I knew the dress would be too long, and Jaclyn from alterations made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She offered lots of options of things we could do like taking in the sides, adding cups, etc. When I opted to just hem, she didn't push at all for me to do more. Final fitting - When I tried on the dress after the standard month's wait for alterations, the hem was a little uneven on the bottom. We pointed it out, and Andrew (alterations manager) and Shauna (store manager) didn't deny it, but quickly worked to find solutions. I was stressed because my wedding was in a week, but they got my dress fixed in literally 2 days! read more

Not sure what is going on here - my cousin (mother of the bride) was able to make an appointment with her phone number and email , but the manager is saying you cannot make an appointment without the brides email ??? Literally already had an appointment there last week , but will not let me make another one . So note to everyone - have an email ready ? I am not posting any photos for the moment because my fiancé follows me on Yelp. I have been coming to this David's Bridal since 2012 but always as a bridesmaid. Finally, this was the year that I got to come as a Bride. I knew from all of my time being in other people's weddings that I didn't want a traditional wedding dress. I am very busty and did not want to have my boobs hanging out in my family photos. My style has also changed a lot of the years. Had I gotten married 10 years ago I would have wanted a more traditional dress but my taste has changed a lot. The lady who helped me on my first bridal visit was fabulous! I left with her card so I could mention her in my review but I lost it. Her name started with a V. She was great at listening to what I wanted which was something not low cut that also had pink. I knew immediately that the dresses didn't feel like me and it wasn't her fault at all. I knew going in that I was 99.9% sure that I'd wind up buying a bridesmaid dress that I loved that came in white. But, I still wanted to try actual bridal dresses. When I told her known of bridal gowns were me and how my dream to have a half while half pink dress in a bridesmaid gown. She helped me figure out how I could make it happen and we ended up ordering two colors of the same dress. One white & one pink which I then had an alterations place combine to make the half white & half pink dress of my dreams. Vahideh was the person who did my alterations for my wedding dress. I had to add fabric, lace and my correct bra cup size to the dress because I am chesty. She did an amazing job with sewing and creating the dress for me. I thought I was going to have to buy a new dress but she did such a great job that I won't have too. Thank you CORI! This was my first and last stop for a bridal dress. I made an appointment and upon showing up, I wasn't sure what to expect. I can say that cori was extremely helpful. I told her the kind of style I'm looking for and what I was comfortable and uncomfortable with. She showed up with 2 dresses and had me try them on. The first one Initially thought would not work out but boy was I wrong! I ended up buying the first dress I tried on because it fit my body type perfectly. When I finally was approached the asst manager Cyliese Diaz was rude unprofessional and walked away when I asked for additional help. I had the best experience with Helen, and I appreciate all the work the women in the alterations department do! Vahideh, Nayer, and Aida all worked so hard to make sure my dress was perfect for my wedding day! There were a lot of things that needed to be done, including taking out the body suit that came in the dress and replacing it with a fabric lining, taking the dress out a bit, hemming it, everything! Helen was so helpful when I'd call and ask questions- I had a hard time finding the fabric I needed but it ended up working out and she went above and beyond to help make sure the dress turned out as I wanted. If I could give zero stars I would. The service here is horrible (or at least the girl who helped me.) I didn't come into this place expecting much especially after having 5 star service at the first place I went to try on wedding dresses but seriously the service was the worst. I was asked what I was looking for in a wedding dress and shared some photos with my stylist expecting her to then go pull some options for me. Buuuut no instead I had to go through the messy racks trying to find something I was interested in while she was doing who knows what. She only grabbed me one dress. She then didn't even offer to help me get into any of the dresses or add clips to see the dresses more fitted. It was seriously the worst experience. I went to David's Bridal after purchasing a bridal shower dress from the House of CB that was not what I envisioned for my special occasion. After entering, I found this adorable dress that fit with my theme, "Happily Ever After." As I helped myself around the store, Nate noticed me and offered to help right away. He was in-between appointments with two brides and still managed to help (a total plus shopping for something other than a bridal gown). Unfortunately, the dress I tried on and loved was a bit too tight. Jaclyn the alteration specialist came out and noticed, too. Nate looked for the next size up, but they only had two sizes larger. I needed an 8 and he had a 10. The 6 could have worked, but it was just too snug for my liking. Jaclyn stepped in right away and then asked if I would be open to having the size 10 altered. I forgot to mention, my bridal shower was THE NEXT DAY. She offered to literally have it done for the next day. I just felt that I wanted to try to grab an 8. So, we called another location and they had it! Phew! I write this post to extend my gratitude to a very helpful team. The gals in the front weren't the most helpful, but boy were the people behind the scenes on top of it. Huge shout out to Nate and Jaclyn who were so helpful, even though I did not buy a dress from their location. My experience shopping for my wedding dress at David's Bridal was seamless and enjoyable! Every person involved in the process was accommodating, patient and kind. They had a wide variety of dress styles within my budget. Julie helped me pick out my dress and she definitely knew her stuff! She was friendly and made the experience special. I had to come in for a handful of appointments and it was so easy every time! The alteration department was also very wonderful to work with. When I came in for my last fitting, Vahideh, Vajeheh, and Rebeca worked extra hard to make the last finishing touches (while I was still there!) so I can take it home that night. Customer service was okay, when I asked where I would be able to locate the item I had in mind the staff member pointed towards the dressing room instead of walking me to the display. Mind you she was not with another customer from what I could see so I guess that made no sense. When I did find the perfect dress, Jules worked on locating one in my size before I went out of town. We found one in the store, that just needed 1 minor alteration that they fixed immediately. We arrived early and we're helped promptly and directed to the poster where we chose the styles we wanted along with the colors!
