My daughter was recently in a wedding in Las Vegas. She ordered her dress online since she lives in Reno. She was able to come home to Vegas to have her measurements done to make some alterations to her dress. She was told that the dress would be ready for pick up in three weeks. Since she was going back to Reno she asked the seamstress if her family could pick up the dress for her and was told yes. When we went back three weeks later to get the dress NONE of the alterations were done. Something happened and all the pins or placeholders came off the dress and they needed to take her measurements again. ‍ this could have been a very stressful situation however the team was very accommodating. They shipped the dress to the Reno store where my daughter was finally able to get the alterations done there and the store shipped it back to Vegas so we could have it on time. they also refunded the fee for alterations and I think it's great that they offer complimentary steaming service for the dress. IN the end it all work out and the staff at the Marks Location in Henderson is very friendly. read more

I originally left 5 starts but after going in to pick up my dress after the alterations I'm very disappointed. I paid $1,000 for my dress and all the alterations. When going in to pick it up they forgot to sow the buttons to hold the dress and corset together yes the lady said she forgot they also didn't sow the belt I bought the same day as the dress that was suppose to also be sown on already. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for them to sow the stuff they forgot to sow. My dress was there for a month and half and they forgot stuff. read more

I love love this location!! I'm getting married this year, and finally got to bring my dress home. The alterations team is amazing and listens to suggestions. They even held on to my dress from January/February when it arrived, until I had them ship it to me in March. I live 10mins away, but couldn't pick it up at the time due to Covid rules. Had the worst expierience ever at the sahara location , so I drove thirty minutes across town to get to this location... and let me tell you.... IT WAS WORTH IT ! As soon as I came in the receptionist gave me a welcoming hello and told me that a guy named Larce was going to help me and he was just divine ! I don't recommend this place to get a dress. Everything is overpriced and cheap looking. Staff is rude (except for seamstress and manager!). I came in by myself with my baby and felt very judged (don't know if it was because I had my baby with or because I was by myself). Where to begin, we had an appointment and arrived there on time. However, the lady assigned to help us was incompetent. She didn't seem to know anything about your company, what you had to offer, styles, colors, accessories, etc. We pulled out styles and dresses ourselves. She was unable to help us with sizes. By far the worst experience. She had no desire to help the bride or the bridal party. In addition when checking out, she rung the dresses up incorrectly, in the wrong sizes, and gave incorrect delivery dates. We found what we wanted by our own research and desire. After reading the reviews on this location on Yelp, I almost canceled my appointment for Saturday afternoon. But considering I was ~48 hours away from my elopement and still dress-less (the ones I ordered online flopped), I headed in. I wasn't sure what to expect, and wasn't convinced (despite calling and asking and receiving a YES) that they would have sufficient plus-size options for a picky person like me. I was so unsure, that I actually had a second appointment set for the following day at a dress boutique in Las Vegas. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised! After looking through several rows of plus size options of varying style, my consultant, Taylor brought me several dresses to try on. After about 20 minutes, she found the ONE - a plus-sized Vera Wang! Taylor helped me select undergarments and a belt, and showed me a few options for adding sleeves since I didn't initially want a strapless gown. The seamstress was kind and willing to do a rush job for me, but after snapping pics and sending to my circle for approval, everyone agreed the dress was perfection as is. *It was an amazing feeling to ring the bell once we found THE dress!* After feeling a great sense of relief at having found a dress, I was even more thrilled to learn at the register that the dress was on sale! My experience at David's bridal was very unpleasant. I came in for an 11:30am pickup of a dress I paid a RUSH fee on. I tried on the dress and the dress that was supposed to be completed had the same pins in it from a previous visit meaning no alterations had been done in that particular spot. I expressed that I would have to receive a refund if the proper alterations were not made. A worker named Violet said " you're not getting your money back." I requested Management . A young woman came to the back, I don't remember her name. She assured me the alterations would be done and that I would have to come back in 7 hrs (6:00pm) to retrieve the dress. I went back to the store at 6:00pm I tried on the dress and the alterations STILL were not done correctly. I asked to speak to a manager, violet went to the back of the store and came back and told me that the manager said I would have to wait 30mins to speak with her because she was on the phone. I am very displeased with the services from this store. After paying a rush fee I still don't have my dress and I have yet to speak with a manager. I was told if I wanted my dress today I'd have to come back in an hr and hopefully it will be done before their shift is over.The wedding I am attending is out of state. I leave in 2 days. No one should have to go out of there way multiple times in one day for a service that should have been completed correctly the first time. ESPECIALLY when you pay extra for it ! I came in last minute (3 days before the wedding to be exact) for a bridesmaid dress. Courtney greeted me as soon as I walked in and once I told her my dilema she sprung into action. Courtney asked me what kind of style and color I needed and immediately started pulling dresses for me. Courtney was there through the whole process between helping zip up my dresses and giving me her honest opinions. What a perfect experience! Our party of 5 came in to help my daughter try to see what style of dress would work best for her...not really intending to buy as her wedding is over a year away. Alecia C did such an amazing job, we end up finding "the one!" Alecia was patient with us, put up with all our craziness and chatter and listened to everything my daughter explained to her. At one point we were wrapping up our session, as we only had so long, and my daughter asked her if she could think of a dress that would combine everything she liked from the ones we tried. Guess what?! She did and it brought an abundance of tears when she looked in the mirror(from ALL of us)! Not only that, but it was $200 less than our budget! I arrived at Davids Bridal around 11 (I thought they opened at 10 like most stores) as I was walking up one of the sales girls opened the door for another employee and looked at my mother and I and slammed the door without even saying anything to us like " we open at noon" and no eye contact at all. After killing an hour we came back and I fell in love with a couple dresses and I wanted to try them on but to my surprise, they only take appointments, mind you the store was empty. After someone canceled they decided to let me try on the dresses I was not pleased with the saleswoman tactics or her condescending tone with me. I wish I could write a good review for this David's Bridal but unfortunately I cannot. I ended up buying my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses here. Our wedding was supposed to be December 2020 but due to COVID we cancelled the wedding when I picked up my dress I asked what the return policy was for my bridesmaids dresses while we tried to figure out when we would reschedule. They stated that I could return or exchange the dresses anytime in the next 3 months once we figured out what we were doing with the wedding. I came down to return the dresses and they told me that there was nothing that could be done and I was basically stuck with these dresses. I will not be coming back here when we reschedule the wedding they were extremely unhelpful during this already stressful/ uncertain time. Now we are out hundreds of dollars stuck with dresses that won't be used. I really wish they could have done something. read more

I had a negative experience in this place. The person whose supposed to help me didn't seem like she love or likes her job. I didn't feel the warm and helping approach. I honestly felt like pressured to get the gown which is an uncomfortable feeling since i am not convinced that its the one. The worst of all is the alteration lady who told me " why don't you take home the dress and alter it yourself ", first of all its her job not mine and 2nd if im paying for it why would i do it myself? What an attitude. Then she said if i buy the dress she would see what she can do! She didn't give me a straight answer. Why would i bother buying the dress if your alterations department would not be able to do the job?! I went to pick up a maid of honor dress that I had to order. The one they had previously was too small, so they said to order 2 sizes larger. When it did come in It was huge on me! The cost to alter the dress was more then 2x the price of the dress. I was told the dress was discontinued. The ladies helping me Myah and Julianne went above and beyond and they found the same dress in a California location. They are having it shipped to me in my size. Just stay away! Poor service. Limited stock. We went on a Sunday around 4pm. They were all over the place and in the poorest way possible. Here's the summary: - Started the appointment late - They switched stylists but insisted it was fine because it's the assistant manager and she used to be a stylist. Ok whatever - We get setup in a room, then nothing thereafter - They insist we move to another room. This room was already surrounded by another party. No space for our party to sit - They switched stylists yet again - After about 10 minutes, finally they hand us the undergarments to use - We provided a list of dresses we researched online. She said they didn't have those but had similar ones - The first stylist returns with a few dresses, none of which were even similar to the styles we provided - My bridesmaid was tired of waiting on their help so we went ahead and tried on the dresses - First of all, we're not sure why they put us next to a big party because every time I came out with a dress I would accidentally bump the other bride. There was a lot of space on the other side of that bride, we don't know why the staff wasn't smart enough to shift us on over. - The stylists were of no help, nobody came around to help clip the dress. We weren't able to see what the dresses would actually look like when it's fitted properly - My bridesmaid basically did their job as she was able to wrangle up a few of the actual dresses I provided from the website. This was after they insisted that they didn't have any. - Finally my direct and great leader of a bridesmaid finally got on their case about helping bustle and clip a dress. For once it was as if we were treated like a customer! Amazing. - At that point, the assistant manager explained why they moved us. She mentioned something about a shy bride so they needed a private area. Well thanks for depriving us from that option. You never even considered that we could've had the same issue. BYE!! - Once again, my bridesmaid had to call them over to grab some veils and help out. Then the assistant manager tried to feed me some grade A BS about the veil and presenting it to your Dad. Don't try to sale me anything on emotions when your ass was slacking on the ground the entire process. BYE! We used them to try everything on and get ideas of styles and never ever going back nor buying a dress from them. They don't deserve your business if they treat brides that way. read more

My aunt and I stepped into this David's Bridal location a day before her wedding. Although, we were just grabbing a couple of small things our experience wasn't great overall. We did get assigned a consultant by the name of Rose who took her time steaming her veil for her and she was so patient and amazing with helping us. However, when we proceeded to check out we were bombarded with multiple personal questions by the consultants/receptionist at the desk including the manager Sarah. My aunt had expressed that she was getting married the next day and that seemed to be such a shock to everyone in a bridal shop in the marriage capital of the world. A lot of personal questions followed after including questions about where we were staying(we are from out of town), where and how much did she spend on her dress, my eyelash extensions, and comments implying that it was non/ traditional to be eloping quickly. It was a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience to be badgered by multiple ladies at once. They were very catty and passive aggressive with how they approached us with questions and made her feel uncomfortable about her special day. read more
