My friend asked me to be in her wedding last year before the pandemic and we bought our dresses at David's. She ended up having her wedding yesterday. I tried on my dress the night before the wedding one last time and realized that the dress was too low cut, which came as a result of going to an alterations business that was not David's. (Mistake). I knew the bride wasn't going to like it being so low cut, so I began to get worried. I woke up first thing yesterday and went into the store and explained to them my emergency and every associate in the store was incredibly kind and helpful. Christina Roman in Alterations was able to add a couple of stitches to the front of the dress that completely got rid of that issue. If I could give 0 stars I would. For my first wedding dress shopping experience we went to this David's Bridal as they seemed to have a plethora to choose from online. We walked in and no one acknowledged my mother and I and when we stated we had an appointment the lady didn't even make eye contact with us and shoved a paper in my face telling me to fill it out. After we filled out the form, we were unenthusiastically taken to a small horseshoe area with instructions to turn out two dresses I liked. So, I did and we waited like another 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us once more. My mother had to go to the counter to ask when someone would be over to assist us and she stated once the consultant clocked in she would be over. We were pleased that Grump McGrumpface would not be our consultant and looked forward to meeting the one who was. Well, I would like to say that it got better from there but from the one star review you can already tell that it did not. Somehow, it got worse. Way worse. The lady grabbed the dresses and took me to a small 2x2 room with dirty carpet and no mirrors. I also had to put on a dirty slip and some corset type thing that smelled like BO from the last 50 brides who had to put it on. After each dress I had to take the walk of shame to the big mirror where I stood, completely uncomfortable in dresses that were WAY too big for me. Which is fine, I understand, but the consultant did nothing but stare at me and when I was unenthusiastic about each dress she did nothing but question to me as to why. She didn't put any clamps on, not veil, nothing. No effort whatsoever. One dress was almost at the mark but I still wasn't emotional over it, and when I told her that she looked at me and said, "so is this your dress, but minus the emotion"?........... like, what? Excuse me? Of course it's not THE dress?? What kind of question is that. Anyway, my friend and mom started looking at other dresses for me because the ones the lady kept bringing me were totally off. She basically thought my vision was too complex and kept making comments about how I would probably have to go to other smaller boutiques (mind you, I found some on David's website that were what I was looking for but she completely dismissed me). She refused to let me try on the dress they picked out and ignored them. After five dresses she told me that I hit my five dress limit, something we didn't even know about as we scheduled an appointment for 90 min and we had only been there for 45. She acted like she did me some kind of favor and let me choose between two ugly dresses to try on as the grand finale dress. I chose the lesser of the two evils (as the other one was completely filthy) and did the walk of shame once more. My mom and friend were completely speechless and not in a good way. I stood in front of the mirror feeling like a potato sack forcing out nice things to say about the dress. In the end, we left empty handed and walked out of there very discouraged and with a bitter taste in our mouths. Everything was dirty inside and the chairs even had rips in them. We felt like we were shopping for dresses at Kmart. There is a happy ending to this story though! We went to Bridalxoxo and I found my dress! Everything happens for a reason! These ladies are AMAZING!!! The whole vibe of this location is warm and inviting, and everyone I encountered was professional, helpful and easy to work with. When I walked in last night to pick up my dress from alterations, the lady at the entry podium immediately recognized me (from WEEKS before!) and even came back to the fitting area to see me in my dress. The alterations were PERFECT, and they took a few extra moments to re-steam the dress after I'd tried it on (without my asking!) I made an online purchase and stopped into this location to return it. I ended up browsing and trying on a dress and falling in love. The staff accommodated me even though I didn't have an appointment, and still made it a point to make me feel special! I went back with my bridesmaid a few weeks later for her to try dresses and had another great experience. I get excited knowing I'll have to stop back in for a fitting in a few months! Absolutely loved this Davids Bridal location. I have to admit I was skeptical to go to Davids Bridal because I didn't like the experience when I went to one with my step sister but thought, "what the heck I'll give this location a shot." I am so happy that I did. McKenzie, my stylist was so great. She saw my profile and had some dresses in mind before I even arrived. She was so great with helping me try in the assortment of dresses my group and I chose. I found THE ONE! I was able to do express alterations and Hannah was amazing. She was fun and witty and so quick with pins and needles. I had an appointment at another spot but was able to cancel that because of these great ladies. HORRIBLE MANAGER! I won't even say costumer service from the sales rep because they were super helpful. Manager started talking about me to another coworker but little did she know my friend was also there hearing her every word. Gave me a hard time about my dress refund (when I have every right to a refund). Manager spoke to me with a huge attitude and did not want to deal with me personally. I would highly recommend to go to another Davids bridal (if you have to go there) if not go to a whole different bridal shop. NEVER AGAIN. read more

We were in today to shop for my friend's wedding dress. Our stylist was Courtney and she was the best. She made us feel comfortable in every part of shopping. She had us pick one dress out and she asked Aira what she liked and what she didn't like about the dress. Once she got a good idea of what Aira wanted, she brought out dresses that had each of the things she wanted. When we found Aira's favorite, Courtney called over Christina, the alterations specialist and she told us exactly how the dress was supposed to sit on Aira's body. They really made it easy to visualize what the dress would look like after alterations. They made a great team. 10/10 I highly recommend working with Courtney as your stylist. read more

Amazing experience finding the perfect wedding dress with this team! Having made an appointment, they were incredibly organized and accommodating for my lack of clarity on what exactly I wanted in a dress. Although this store is perhaps a bit smaller than some locations, they had a great selection to try, and for any styles I liked, they were able to provide clarity on what they could order within my (short) timeline to ensure I had the perfect dress in time for the big day. Terrible service. Just a note: my sister bought her (eloping) dress here a few months earlier and did not need an appt or a consultant. I walked in thinking I could just try on myself; the women stopped me and said no and that there policy had changed and a salesperson had to put me in the dress and I had to wait for an hour for the "appt" to not show up so they could squeeze us in. (4pm and dead) so my family and I picked out dresses and were standing by the 30+ empty dressing rooms ( we could have been done by the time the appt time was) when 5 o'clock rolled around they gave me to the consultant that was already working with another bride... Uh what!!! I could have been working with her the entire time! She then asked me my size and bra size in front of everyone (thanks a lot b*tch) and the dressing room was the size of a closet so we could only fit us and one dress at a time. She put me in a corset that was too big and awkwardly shaped (cups didn't even touch my skin and it was the same size as the bra I was wearing?) I also didn't know there was a street size and a bridal size so when my street size was to small she announced to the group that nothing fit me and said she'd have to grab all new dresses in a bigger size. We liked some but I wasn't feeling it.last thing she told me "the highest priced dress in the store is $1500" the one I was in was $1750.... She just looked at me like "wellll..." Absolutely amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress! I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted going into it. Was helped by Kaitlyn mainly and a couple others who I don't remember the names of but they were all amazing and super helpful. I found my dress after trying on 3-4 different ones. I ended up choosing the one that I said I probably wouldn't like and I'm so glad they convinced me to try it on just to see! I'm so in love with my dress and I can't wait to have all the alterations finished and wear it on my wedding day. Definitely recommend shopping for your dress here, it was a great experience and they really pay attention to what you tell them. Went in looking for a bridal dress. I'm not someone who wears dresses or anything really girly all the time, so I was nervous about this whole experience, and I went by myself (because these covid times). The ladies that worked here definitely made me feel comfortable and were very easy to work with. I'd like to especially thank Kylie who helped me pick out my dress. I told her what style I was looking for and what my budget was, and the first dress that she picked out for me was the dress I actually chose. She was helping out another customer that also had an appointment at the same time but she was still very attentive and made me feel like I was the only one she was assisting. I bought my dress and it had to be delivered to the store first before alterations, and thankfully the dress arrived a few weeks earlier. When the dress arrived, it needed some alterations of course (cuz I'm short and etc). I was fortunate to meet Alessandra who did the alterations to my dress. She shortened the length of the dress to my height, added cups and a bustle to it, which were all perfect! The dress would be ready in 4 weeks from my alterations appointment and I finally got to pick up my dress. When it was ready, I did my final fitting with Hannah. She showed me how to do the bustle part and made sure I was happy with my dress, which I was. My whole experience here overall has been more than excellent. There were even times that I've ordered things from DB's website and had to make returns, and there was no hassle at all. From the girls that greet you at the door to the girls at the registers and alterations, they have all been so pleasant! I am very happy with my experience here. Make an appointment ! Today was my first day trying on wedding dresses. My mom, my two sisters and I all had appointments. I brought in a list with the style numbers that I had saw online that I was interested in trying on. This list had over 35 dresses on it. I didn't try on a single dress from that list. They were no where to be found in the store, or they were a size 4 and under..... Especially when we were told right off the bat, that wedding dresses run small....how does a store not have ONE dress out of a list of 35-40..? doesn't make any damn sense to me. My consultant, Ashley, (quite the coincidence, eh?) Was awesome. She juggled me, along with my mom ( who wanted to also look for MOTB outfits), my sister wanting to see and try on her already bought wedding dress, and kept it all together. All in all, I did end up finding a top contender for my choices....However, I know that I will have to make an appointment at another store, because the dress I'm falling in love with is a size 22....Practically double my size. They can't even alter the dress, because they have a *2* dress size rule (up or down). read more

Of I could give less than a one, I would so they could feel the way out bride felt today Tonight with Kathleen and her helper was the worst experience ever. From.the moment we came in we were excited picking dresses that the bride loved. Yes she had a budget but she also should not be confined to that. She was rude. We dont pick dresses. We were shown to our area. We couldn't laugh when her friends gave opinions about the dress she was rude to them on several occasions. Our appt was until 730pm to 9pm she started late and rushed us out early 834pm to be exact, her boyfriend is constantly interrupting us and making comments we couldn't enjoy the experience the bride is extremely sad tonight after leaving this place. I have never experienced any customer service like this in my life and I am very upset. Now she us stating she will never be able to buy anything. As a bride to be, I've dealt with a lot of different people and stores to make everything possible. My bridal party and I decided on this David's Bridal for the bridesmaid dresses, and let me tell you about how amazing this experience was. Starting off, as soon as we walked in, Kam made us feel happy and comfortable. Next, the sales and management team are incredible. The sales manager Sara and other manager Courtney are two of the kindest people I've ever met. When we had difficulties with our delivery, these two women bent over backwards to make sure the dresses were delivered and that we were happy. They were prompt with calling us with updates and really went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our order. Even when I was worried with everything, they sat on the phone with me and assured me that they would do whatever it took to put us at ease and to give us great results. They did not disappoint. Next, the alterations department. Christina, Kat, Hannah N. and Alessandra were AMAZING! These women busted their buns to get all 3 of my bridesmaid dresses altered. They were quick, professional, and also incredibly fun to be around! With 3 different people on 3 different days, they worked tirelessly to get all of the dresses done on the same day at the same time! On top of that, they were even willing to help my mother get her dress re-altered after she had a horrendous experience at a separate David's Bridal in Riverside, CA. These women made it right when they didn't have to. We were blown away by their kindness and willingness to make everything right. My mother and I made an appointment for today a month in advance so I could try on dresses for my wedding. When we arrived at the store today, the staff looked confused. They were trying to figure out who was going to help me today, and not one of them seemed like they wanted to help me. Granted, I can only imagine how difficult brides can be, so I tried to shrug it off. The person who was assigned to me seemed less than thrilled. I explained to her that I wanted to try on dresses within and outside of my price range because my body has changed so much after pregnancy that I really didn't know what would look good on me. Short story long, she seemed annoyed when I asked her to get anything that I asked for, she kept interrupting my mom who I brought because my mom is always honest with me. This was supposed to be a fun thing for my mother and I, and my mom felt like she had to stay quiet and it hurt her feelings. When I asked to try on a particular style of dress a friend had recommended, she basically told me that my body would not look good in it instead of letting me decide for myself. Then when I asked her for her opinion and her advice she just kind of stood there and stared at me. At that point I kind of gave up and just said "well I guess we're done here." I left feeling embarrassed and sad that this was the one and only time that my mom could go with me to try on dresses and she didn't even get to enjoy the experience. I would pay twice the amount for a dress if I had received outstanding customer service than what we received at that store. I live in New Caledonia, I'm getting married in May 2018, I was on holiday with my spouse in Las Vegas. I came to David's Bridal because I had seen 2 dresses that I liked. The salesgirls are not efficient, not helpful and leave you to fend for yourself to try and make your choice, do not advise you. I had the impression of disturbing. It's the factory so they do not care that you buy or buy a dress, has $ 1700 the dress. I preferred to go to a competitor who was just wonderful and welcoming. For tourists we were disappointed. So bad because there are really wonderful dresses. Je vis en Nouvelle-Calédonie, je me marie en Mai 2018, j'étais en Vacances avec mon conjoint à Las Vegas. Je suis venu chez David's Bridal car j'avais vu 2 robes qui me plaisaient. Les vendeuses ne sont pas efficaces, pas serviables et te laissent te débrouiller toute seule pour essayer et faire ton choix, ne te conseillent pas. J'ai eu l'impression de déranger. C'est l'usine donc elles s'en moquent que tu achètes ou n'achètes pas une robe, a 1700 dollars la robe. J'ai préféré me rendre chez une concurrente qui elle était juste merveilleuse et accueillante.
